Very friendly and the older lady at the desk is so funny she speaks to you as if she knew you for a long time. shes so nice she makes you feel at home but at the same time shes very professional she sure treated me as a daughter this is the second time i go there and they are all very friendly i dont have nothing negative to say about them...they should make a youtube channel and post up everything they do..... I give it ********** stars

They clearly never want to help when I call them. The lady is rude and just tells me to call state police for towing in their area. I rather call colettas in that area. They deny me for jobs too but at least they aren’t rude about it

First of all, they do good work. I was rear ended and required over $6000 in repairs. The repairs look great! No noticable differences in the repaired work and the original. And the car drives just like before the accident. They worked with the insurance company so I did not have any paperwork to complete.Now, the bad. It took forever! Over 7 weeks total. And the communications were poor. They NEVER contacted me. When I called them it was always waiting on parts. I could never get a real estimate of the completion date. Not a warm fuzzy service experience.But they did do a good job.

Was in an Accident and did not know where my truck was towed when I finally found out that it was here I went and met with The owner Maria and she was nothing but helpful my truck was there for over three months and I owed over $3000 in storage and towing fees and she helped me out and discounted the price greatlyawesome lady and her husband is great too I see other reviews that are negative and all I can say is you get what you give.Obviously if your car has been towed and impounded you’re not going to be in the greatest by Mindset or mood but if you go in there with a respectable and reasonable attitude you shouldn’t have any issues“ you get more bees with honey 😉”

Was in the accident on the highway Arlington Auto body came out picked up my car they cleaned up the oil and antifreeze with speedy dry, then proceeded (I could not stop them and found out when I picked up my car because I was on my way to the hospital) to shovel all of the oil and antifreeze soaked speedy dry all over my personal belongings in my trunk! Give your tow truck operators a bag to put it in or something! I think Ill send this to the state police so they can remove this company from their tow list.

After being rear ended, all you want is for the process to come to be as smooth and stress free as possible. That right there, is exactly what Arlington Auto Body did for us. They dealt with the insurance company from beginning to end. They made sure we were taken care of and even did more than we even imagined. You can bet that I will recommend them any time I have a chance to friends and family members.The entire staff was a blessing to work with. Thank you all so much!

I had my car worked on by them recently after an accident and it was a very pleasurable experience. They kept me up to date as to what was going on, and honestly it looks better than the day I bought it!Hopefully I never need major bodywork again, but if I do, Ill be taking it to them!

That place talks down to employees they are rude they know police officers and throw them in your face you give them an attitude and the first thing they say is Ill call the lieutenant of Cranston Police to be honest with you most of the police officers are sick of the part owner Maria cuz of her bad attitude and disrespectful a friend of mines car got towed there and she went and picked it up and she just had liability insurance and they wouldnt give her back the car unless she gave them the insurance information which was false and I feel bad for the future people who are towed by them that cant do nothing about it and have to run into that miserable lady in the office

They treat you like family, do great work and have your best interests in mind.

My wife and I were in a bad accident and damaged the whole front of our Cadillac Escalade. After asking friends and family members we decided to have our car fixed at Arlington Auto Body and we are glad we did. They towed our vehicle to their shop, took care of the paper work and got us a rental car.I think they were very helpful and upfront, also I did notice they have a Certified Master license.We love our car and Im just glad we brought it to the right place because our Escalade looks as good as new, like if it never had been through an accident.Highly recommend it.

I dont know what the bad reviews are about, I was in there this morning and everyone from the girls in the office to the drivers that helped with the car were all super nice and incredibly helpful.

I was a victim in a car crash and they tried charging a ridiculously amount of money when we werent even aware of the car being there along with storage fees when they were closed. The owner, a girl at the desk, said if she keeps yelling I wont help you out to a head trauma victim. Horrible people, arrogant. Also trashed the police departments when I have family there. Awful business is there a corporate or higher up I can contacy?

Horrible people to deal with. Gave me an estimate of 6500 to fix my truck. They told me that would cover everything. I get a call saying its all set paid them went to have the vechiel inspected and was told there was sensor issues. I took it back to Arlington and they did not make good on it they charged me more money. I get the vechiel back for the second time and it shakes going down the highway. I look under the vechiel theres a part they said they would replace. The didnt. It looks like they just took a hamer to it and tried to straighten it out. Horrible body shop bunch of liars. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there

The service SUCKED. Not warming by any means. Stuck in snow on off ramp. 4 hours. I get charged tow and storage fee. No cash on me, just check. Would not accept. How does this happen. Does any one carry cash these days. Lil miss in the office was very rude. Basically cash or walk. Awful. Just awful. Never recommend for Towing again.

We don’t do Wheel Alignments but only when you spend hundreds of dollars. Gtf outta here

Arianna, you were upset because you were in a accident and your car was towed here by Cranston Police, you started screaming and swearing the second you found out that you had to pay tow and storage. You kept throwing around that your brother was a police officer . We work towing for the police so we have never talked bad about them like you said. We were contacted by the police to tow your car . The charges that were charged are governed by the PUC they determine the charges not us. Your dad had to come in and in fact we helped him because he didnt get paid until Friday and we didnt charge the extra storage so how we treated you badly is beyond us.

Jus horrible the owner gave me nothing but a hard time call me stupid repeatedly in Italian because she thought I didnt understand and when I was told I could send my sister to pick my car up for me because I was at work they gave her a hard time & didnt let her get my vehicle when I called back to ask why the owner told me simply because I felt like changing my mind so what I would never recommend honestly I wouldnt call them if they where the only option
