I was in a rush trying to find a place to inspect my car, I called 7 different shops & no one was able to help me! The second I called this place they said just come right in & we’ll squeeze you in- No hesitatation! I was shocked, I came in & out in less than 10 minutes!!! This place was amazing! Not only did they fix my back bumper which is what I went there for but they also hooked me up with repainting the plastic panels around my car- which no one else could confidently tell me that they could do. Remi is the best and she gave it to me straight. I did go to other places for opinions and estimates and she gave me the BEST estimate for all that plus she was very personable and informative about other areas of my car. The price was amazing and $1,000 cheaper than 1 place!! I basically picked her brain in my time spent there and she kept helping me out. Needless to say, when I picked my car up, it looked amazing! Then, if that was enough, she hooked my mom up on the spot too. My mom was my ride back to my car and while waiting for my car, hers died. We werent waiting long either and it turns out it wasnt the battery. But Remi didnt hesitate in calling her guys over to take a look and get my mom jumped and running so of course I appreciate that even more!! I DEFINITELY recommend American Auto Body & Collision and believe ratings and reviews are there for a reason, so trust these. Im glad I did! Thats what lead me here, truth.

I’m a bit of a crash test dummy so all my cars have been to just about every shop in R.I.. Working with Remi and this auto body was GREAT! They took care of everything for me and this was the fastest I ever received MY car! They provided rental but understood the importance of having my car back in a timely manner. I recommend them to all my family and they took excellent care of my mom and sisters vehicles As well.

I had drove into the fence going into my narrow parking lot in Providence and ruined my bumper. I decided to go to American Auto Body. I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received. I was well taken care of and my car was fixed in a timely manner. After my car was repaired I was so impressed because it looked brand new again! The paint was purchased from Honda and matched exactly, and they even washed the inside of my car. I will definitely go there again and would recommend customers to get their vehicles repaired here as well. These guys are doing amazing work and work hard to satisfy customers and meet our needs.

I hit my side mirror off of my Mercedes GLA-250 and Vinny and Remy were super helpful and fast with getting my vehicle back to me in perfect condition. Remy also ensured I had a rental during the short period of time and also offered a ride to the rental shop. My car looked brand new, could not even tell anything happened. They did an amazing job with my Acura MDX. They replaced my front and rear bumper, 2 fender repairs, 2 front doors and paint. They even buff out all the scratches I had! I dropped my car off Monday morning and it was ready by Friday afternoon. I have known Vinny 10+ year, his staffs are always on point with their work .
