Brought my car in for my hood to be painted as I swapped it out since it had rust damage. The hood was painted super fast. Within 24 hours actually. And i was able to pick it up 2 days after i dropped it off. I had a slight part of my front bumper hanging off and they amazingly fixed it for me and didn’t even say anything about it. I worked directly with George during the first week of September 2021, who treated me like family. A man in his position could have convinced me that all I wanted to do to my car was a good idea. However, he set me straight, saved me a sizable amount of money, stayed on schedule and delivered a fantastic looking vehicle inside and out. I highly recommend George and his crew to anyone thinking of doing any paint or body work.

I will never have business with Maaco again. 2020, I Picked up my vehicle, noticed driver side mirror broken. They measured the glass, manager tells me to come back the following week so they can replace the glass. They put a new glass on but it’s on top of the broken glass. Why not just remove the old glass and do it the right way? Heat from the summer weather caused the glue to melt resulting in the new glass mirror falling down. Frustrating, they did not get the job right the first time. Present day, Post car wash my vehicle’s emblems fell off and I noticed that they did not sand the trunk down where the emblems were originally on…they painted over the OLD GLUE and then put the emblems on to the paint resulting to the emblems coming off without a flat surface. This site refused to let me go to another maaco branch to do warranty work. I don’t recommend coming here. They are not honest and just seems like they wanted to get me out the door

Kevin and George went above and beyond to take my 1962 Ford Falcon and make it beautiful again. The car was in rough shape and rusted out in a lot of areas and now its absolutely gorgeous. It took a lot longer than expected due to Covid but none of that mattered once I put my eyes on it. Dont think for a second that because its Maaco and not a $30,000 restoration job that you wont get quality work done. Check out the photos and see for yourself.

I needed a front bumper replacement, color matched, and installed. Park Ave Maaco had the bumper ordered, painted, and installed within 5 days. They did an excellent job, the price was more than reasonable and the service was very honest. And I was only without my car for about 4 hours! Excellent service this company went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed with their work ethic and the professionalism I received. I dropped off a used bumper that was in rough condition. It had scratches and needed to be cleaned and brushed up to be in mint condition. Their workers took care of the part. When I did receive it I was very happy they could of charged me extra for the effort put in, but they didnt so I appreciate their service and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.

Also I was pleasantly surprised that the interior was completely spotless from vacuumed and shampooed carpets to every surface thoroughly wiped clean.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if it was possible !!! This was my first time being in an accident and dealing with the other parties insurance was really difficult. I choose this specific repair shop because it had great reviews on google. Kevin and George arranged to get my car to their shop right away and always kept in contact. After the accident, insurance was difficult to contact and didn’t even offer a rental, if it wasn’t for George arranging one I probably would’ve been without a car for over a month!! Even though it was difficult to contact the other party’s insurance, Kevin and George continued to do so for me. I was 100 percent satisfied with my car when I got it back, it looked brand new and even better than when I had originally bought it !!There was a dent on the right passenger door from the previous owner and all of the damage from the accident was in the front and drivers side, Kevin and George fixed the dent on the right free of charge. It was a really nice surprise getting my car back and it looking brand new (new bumper installed and no dent on the right)and washed from the inside as well! Over all, customer service was amazing and I am grateful for the extra things that they did for my car while it was being fixed. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family for future occasions. I will also be bringing my car back if it needs any extra fixing.

We received an aftermarket piece from online and brought in to Maaco to have painted, when they went to paint they found it was damaged and warned me right away before i even left. They helped me by ordering a new one through them instead and price matched the first one i bought. The work was done very quick in a few days and came out a perfect match to the original. very pleased, and would definitely recommend.

Had the top panel of my trunk repainted. Great customer service and all questions were answered. Was told the paint and body work would take 3 days but ended up being ready on day 5. Their work looked great but not brand new. There were a few areas of overspray but with some work came off. Overall decent experience and youll get what you pay for.

Will not even discuss price without seeing vehicle in person. I am not wasting my money on tows when they could simply give me a ballpark estimate. I offered picture and video of the exact work that needs to be done, but worker claims he needs to see the vehicle I person. I am confused about what he will see in person that picture and video could not capture. Very poor customer service.

I’m not one to write reviews, but this one is a must! Getting in to a car accident and requiring auto body work right before the holidays is not ideal. If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. They never got our consent to start working on my car but they did, even before giving us an actual estimate. Was told the only light that would fit my car was over $1000!! Went to advanced auto to ask if that was true and they said absolutely not and that I was getting screwed. They have also had the car for over a month now and was told it would be done sometime last week and that they would call me. I waited another week and its still not done. Horrible service. Do not go here.

I read some of the negative post about this place and their service, prior to going, but I went either way, and Im glad I did. Service was on point, all questions asked were more than answered. The vehicle came out looking like new, very satisfied with the quality of work. Regarding price well I def got what I paid for and more, but with prices one can always say It could have been cheaper, I shopped around prior to coming here and the quote I received was in the middle , and this one came with the guarantees. I dropped the vehicle of on Saturday and it was ready on Friday, just like was told. The only issue was that the service should include cleaning the inside of the vehicle prior to turning it over to the owner. The inside was full of dust and it obviously smelled of paint, I have small children and no way I would of put them in there, I had someone else come pick them up..

Absolutely awful experience. Over charged me for work they said they did and didn’t do. Over spray on everything. Painted the window gaskets. Painted the truck a different color then agreed on. Don’t go here it’s very bad work

Maaco Review...My daughter bumped into the blocks of a flowerbed and scraped up the rear quarter more significantly than a simple buffing out. After receiving several estimates (that were shocking and demoralizing), I checked with Kevin V. at Maaco on Park Ave in Cranston. From start to finish, Kevin was fantastic. He gave us a very reasonable written estimate after researching the specifics of my vehicle paint utilizing the vin number. He explained the repair process in detail. The repair work was actually completed before promised. I am no expert, but we could not tell where the damage was previously!!! Thank you to Kevin for being so accommodating and Maaco in Cranston for courteous, prompt and professional service.
