Im sorry I dont recall the name of the young woman with pretty colors in her hair. She spoke with us for quite awhile and was so friendly and welcoming. We were so surprised when she ran after us and found us a block away to give us a gift of beautiful sunflowers! This must be what they mean by southern hospitality ( I am from CA).

Seriously the best. I stopped in for an out-of-season Christmas gift (looking for a product I had seen the previous summer) two days before Christmas and the ladies there not only pulled out what I needed from their back room but they even put it all together and placed it in a cute little gift bag as well. Highly recommend this place!!

I saw the same light fixtures at Wayfair. I wanted to see this particular item near the back of the store. A man stop me and said can I help you. He made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in the store and so I left. I don’t feel like I was treated with respect. It would have been nice if the man had said welcome to Ridge Avenue, please look around and if you have any questions let me know. I gave it 1 star because I like the items in the store and customer service was poor.

I found the staff extremely welcoming when I went. I had 2 friends with me and we all felt like they were super helpful as well. I will definitely go back soon.

Every time I am in Covington I visit Ridge Avenue. I love the staff and the selection of home goods
