The service was good but need more cashiers

I love the the store but half the employees are tweaking. Do better!

It is in a very run down building with really bad parking and the parking lot is almost never cleaned. OK selection, its small so they dont care the extras that other stores have. Its a hit or miss with employees, some are helpful and friendly but there are others who are rude and dismissive. Ive been going to this location for 3 years but I prefer the Latonia location.

Best and most friendly and honest Dollar tree I have ever been to my niece dropped her toy octopus and they went up and down every aisle even after we left until they found it just to return it to her

Everything was surprisingly well organized and stocked up

Took me a little bit to find my card which was my fault, then when I found it I put it in the card machine. It stated it was waiting for the cashier and I told the cashier this. She was on her phone and she stated that there was nothing on her screen. After putting my card in twice, her pushing her buttons, giving me my receipt and me saying Thank you, this girl didnt say anything! If you dont like your job please go somewhere else!

Great selection.... Clean environment and friendly cashiers. Will definitely be shopping there from now on.

Found everything except birthday balloons for girls they were practically out of all of them... Other than that staff was great and great selection

Dollar Tree is a treasure trove of great clearance deals! If you are a budget minded individual then you should occasionally swing by this store just to see what surprises that they offer. From food products to cleaning products and often even things like tools. I stop by every couple of weeks and always find something not only that I can use but also yes, everything is just one single dollar! Stop by and check for yourself! As Always, Enjoy!

This store is never clean. There is always stock in aisles. Today I was verbally attacked by several customers and the clerk did nothing, would not answer me or help me. I am 62,in a wheelchair with a service dog. I had asked a customer to please stop petting and talking to my service dog and she, asking with several other customers, cussed me and had me frighten for my safety. You also need to put in a door switch for handicapThere is always people hanging around out front on sidewalk, that are drinking and bothering customers.I have been harassed by some of these people myself. I will never set foot in this store again and will tell everyone I know. I have tried calling the manger and headquaters. Cant get a hold of anyone.I have to give at least one star. I would rather give a negative star

This Dollar Tree is close to our building ~ The Golden Tower for seniors in Covington ~ It has paper products and cleaning supplies as well as staples for the kitchen we need ~ It also has nice gifts for your very best friend as well such as pretty candles ~ ~ ~ 🎗

The prices cant be beat! The store needs help with cleanliness and organization of products offered. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The store has a variety of items. The staff is welcoming.The only problem is the neighborhood, which is a bit sketchy.

People are nice enough however, the store is dirty and outside is disgusting.

I love the dollor stores only because I am on a fixed income and these stores really help my bottom line. They are the best thing that has happened in my area. Please keep these stores they really help people who dont have much money to spend for necessities.

I dont know how this store has such a high rating??? It was dirty and looked like the place had not been cleaned in some time, the shelves were a mess and it smelled. On the postive note, cashier was very friendly.

I like going to Dollar Tree Stores they have great stuff when it comes to packing lunch and snacks for when you dont want to eat a lot just enough and be satisfied. Learning tools for my youngest daughter.

Sounds like a great concept. However, the only things that are a dollar are cheap thin sandpaper squares to wipe yourself with and open candy that someone at half of and left it on the floor for you to step on. No thank you. I always feel like I need a long, scalding shower after leaving one of those rodeos.

Not the biggest Dollar Tree and looks a little shabby on the outside but they have a good mix of inventory and a nice little seasonal section. The employees are always friendly and willing to help.

There is several Dollar Tree near me. This 1 seems the best stocked.

They are having problems with their fridge supplier isnt sending the fridge foods that they are supposed to be sending🤯. So a CEO need to figure it out🤔 or find a new fridger food supplier 😏.💋
