I’ve been going to Rolling Rock for a long time. They have always been extremely helpful to me. Many times I have had issues with my mods and instead of trying to get me to spend a lot of money they have helped me figure out the issue and fix it instead. Integrity is a huge deal, especially today. I absolutely will continue doing business with RR and sending others their way.

I really dont understand how this shop has such good reviews. I should have listened to the few bad ones before purchasing from them. I spent a lot of money for an indestructible vape that didnt last me a week. They refused to help me on top of the guy Im assuming is the manager of that store talking to me in a terrible way. Heed the warning and take your money elsewhere unless you want to be stuck with a junk vape and out of your money.

Great place to do business with friendly staff very knowledgeable on every aspect of the business. Appreciate the way they took time to show me products snd still save me money. I was able to upgrade to a better device and learned different aspects to my vaping. Last weekend I spent $150 on a new vape and accessories, and they told me I had 30 days to return the mod if anything was wrong with it. I bought two bottles of premium juice to use with my new mod and tried it out over the next few days. It didn’t take long before I realized a pretty major mechanical issue with the mod, but because I don’t live near this store, I waited until the following weekend to return it. Seeing as I had just bought it the previous weekend and the same guy was working as when I bought it, I didn’t think I would have any issues returning it. I told him the issues I was having with the mod firing when it was just sitting on the counter, but he said I couldn’t return it. He says that something has to be wrong with it. Confused because I had just explained the issue, and feeling deceived because I was just told the previous weekend I had 30 days to return it if I had issues. Buyers beware before you walk into this store, the return policy depends on how they’re feeling that day.

Although the products and juices may be good at this store the customer service is terrible really lack in this department and for that reason I have to let people know before they have the bad experience that I had needs new management because the kids in this shop talk to people like there stupid and that is not acceptable

My.husband walked in and the employees were on their phones never looked up at him, he waited and waited and then another person walks in and they get up to help the other person and never acknowledged him. We will never be going back to this one. Very disappointed.

So, I came in the other night on my way home from grabbing groceries. Kind of in a rush to get in and out. I was greeted immediately where I explained my history with different vapes. I wanted to try quitting smoking, and while the POP disposable vapes were really convenient, they aren’t cost efficient in the long run.I had every question in the book. Salt nicotine versus regular. Questions about which vape I should purchase.This was June 23rd. I spent 36$ all together which was a vape, and two bottles of liquid... Best purchase ever made. I love my vape and it was exactly what I was searching for. The flavor recommendation of Scoops was on point too.I really thank goodness that I had someone that listened and knew their stuff. Both guys were so helpful and not annoyed at all.. even 30 minutes before close.Thank you so much.

I actually enjoy smoking, but its really starting to take a toll on me, and my son has been on me for years to stop smoking, so I thought Id start vaping. My nephew gave me one of his old rigs, and I went to Rolling Rock for juice and a coil. The guy there really listened to what I wanted, understood that I didnt want a fruity juice and mixed up a juice that I was happy with. I was a pack a day smoker, but after only 4 days, Im down to one cigeratte a day. I gotta go back soon for more juice. Might even get some fruity juice to try!

Just called to ask if they carried a type of Vape that my husband was looking at the online and she said yes. I asked her how much so I could compare and decide if I wanted to just run buy it instead of buying online and she said we do not discuss prices over the phone. I ask to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. FYI You cannot run a business like that I live 25 mins away. I did not want to drive there unless I knew I wanted to buy at the store. I have visited this location twice now.I stopped by today because my current vape just stopped working.After trying anything and everything,I decided to stop by to see if someone could help me fix the problem.I explained my issues,and they immediately fixed my problem,even though I didnt even buy my vape from here.They were so friendly to help me out,not asking for anything for their time.I however,did buy some juice due to their huge selection!I highly recommend these guys,very nice place.Its not very often,these days that you can find someone to help ya out,without expecting something(money)in return!

Went into this location for the first time about the 1st of the month bought the Joytech AIO box and several juices. Went back within the same week and bought 2 more of the Joytech AIO boxes as well as different juices (all house blend). Was told there was a 20 day warranty. Went in today because the 1st box is constantly spitting hot juice and getting extremely hot when used, was basically told too bad its not our problem. Myself, my daughter and my son in law are not new vapers we have all been vaping for several years. Everything they said we needed to do, we had already tried with no success. If you arent going to honor a warranty then DONT tell people they have a 20 day warranty. I could even understand it if we were trying to get a refund but all we want is it to work or be replaced.
