Today I went to buy a phone. The clerk was rude from the first moment, any time I asked a question she replied with a very unfriendly attitude, which made me upset and at the end of the transition she said she gave me attitude because I was rude. I was frustrated because her approach was negative, she is not empathetic with customers and the fact that she is the nerve to talk back with more attitude proves that she is unable to observe her own behavior and her customer service is awful. People like her should not work with customer service and, in a place like Coral Gables, it is unacceptable. I will still ask to talk to the store manager to report this woman. I came to get my friend who is handicapped a new phone. Brian ⭐️ was so helpful & patient. Not about the money but about taking care of my girl! The transfer took forever because she had so much to transfer. He was very patient. He even apologized for the delay but it wasn’t his fault. I am so grateful. The whole staff was very helpful. Big Ups to Brian 🏆🥇 We are for ever grateful!!!! May God bless you!!!🌟

Never been treated so openly badly at any service provider. Absolutely terrible and inept service. The associate was unwilling to help resolve a problem caused by another associate. My friend now is stuck with two paid for locked Metro phones. After being poorly misinformed by another associate that the phones after being purchased could be unlocked and used. The associate never apologized and instead put blame on my friend saying they should have been aware of the policy . Metro treats customers so poorly ,a circle terrible service , no one is willing to step up to their mistakes, corporate is a joke and just as unwilling to help. After seeing the trouble my friend has gone through with metro, Im seriously sticking with Verizon. Better quality and better service . Id rather pay a little more than deal with such rude service , or should I say lack of. Never intend to visit this location again .Never responded back nor heard from a Metro Representative, if they say and post they should help you or atleast attempt to. No one responded back . Just a facade of responding to appear helpful when they clearly and obviously could care less.

I stopped by the Miracle Mile, Coral Gables store on Saturday to inquire about bringing an unlocked phone which I found at a good price on the internet to upgrade from my current older model. When I spoke to the rep (Eric) he was so helpful and informative that I ended up buying 2 Samsung S9 phones for my wife at this store. Eric was fantastic, very patient and helpful throughout the process. He also took his time explaining more plan options and features that were available that I was unaware of and I ended up upgrading my plan as well for much better value. Eric made the whole experience pleasant and fast. I am a customer that appreciates good service and wanted to share a pleasant experience.

Have been coming to this location since 2008. Had occasion to visit yesterday. Ian is the rep who assisted me. He was courteous, professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue without delay.As I mentioned, this was not my first visit to this store. I felt the need to provide a review this time because the service I have received at this store has always been excellent and I thought it would be good to share some positive remarks. Store is located in Coral Gables; a city that many would call a well-heeled community. I have twice visited this store to make a purchase, in the past 2 months or so. Have visited Metro PCS Stores at least 5 times since March (I am hard on phones).Let me say that this store, the staff exemplifies the Class and professionalism one would expect of an organization in this town.One staff member in particular, Stephanie, really stands out.Name a desired characteristic. Prompt and friendly, attentative, knowledgeable, and above all else, patient. This is her.This is why I returned with my wife and daughter, when they decided to change their phone plans. Stephanie and the store staff was again spectacular, even though it was near closing time.

I came in the store to purchase a phone and have to admit was not expecting the service I received. The assistant store manager went out of his way to assist me with my needs. This is the best MetroPCS store ever! I had a huge issue with my phones network connection because of assurance (The insurance company) had blocked my phone and were not able to fix the issue (for whatever reason). The people that work there are super nice and have a great attitude, the first person who helped me was DJ (she deals with insurance) she was great and she actually cared about fixing my issues instead of putting them aside. Ian and Ronnie were also amazing, Ian even gave me two numbers to contact him, and Victor attended to me when I went to get my replacement phone and was extremely nice, he made sure my new screen protector was perfect. I really appreciated all their help and I have never been treated as nicely as I was at this Metro Store! Thank you everyone!

Carlos M., one of the on site managers goes above and beyond to help the customer. I was planning a trip to Canada this summer and he helped me get phone service there. Once there, unfortunately, my purse & phone were stolen. I had his email and wrote to him. He adjusted my account while I was gone for 3 weeks, due to non usage of the phone. Upon my return, he knew who I was, helped me get back on track, buy a new phone. and made my experience with MetroPCS a very favorable one. Thank You!

We had the best experience at the coral gables store. a young lady Djeneva was wonderful. she is very helpful and knows her stuff. In the pass we had bad experiences with customer service and stopped coming. But now I know that If I have issues with my phone, I can ask for Djeneva and I be well taken care of.

I came to the Coral Gables Corporate store and Djeneva, a very knowlegable, courteous and professional employee, immediately assisted me and corrected the problems with my new phone. Additionally, she set up my gmail account and answered whatever other questions I had about the phone and the services Metro PCS offers. For sure, I will return to this office and ask for Djeneva whenever I or my husband need a new phone again and will recommend it to my friends to do the same.
