The specialty of these guys is fixing screens. I dropped off my Google Pixel phone at this store, explained what the issue was, but I dont feel the person listened or cared much. He said they would get back to me within 1-5 days. I emphasized that the phone wasnt dropped, there is no physical damage on it, it is still chargeable, it just suddenly turned off after it was fully charged, and cant be turned back on. I called on day 5, they did not even start the diagnostics. They promised to call me back the next day. Nothing happened. On day 7, I was told the battery and the screen do not look to be damaged, but if I want he can order a new screen to try out (of course Id have to pay for it). I am mad because I just wasted 7 days with no result, and I really needed to know asap if the phone was fixable or not. I would recommend to avoid this store if your phone has a software issue.

At first they were good. They fixed my phone screen within 5 hours and for much cheaper than Apple.But just a little after a week the phone screen cracked on a light drop and yes I had my otter box case on it. I then started to have problems with the screen itself. I went back and they told me that it’s not covered under warranty since the screen is cracked.It’s clear to me that the screens they use are not of high quality. An Apple screen is much more durable than the ones they use. It’s true what they say once you put a third party screen on your phone it’ll never be the same. Just do yourself a favor and spend the extra $150 to get it fixed with Apple.

So I brought my I-Pad to change a broken screen, when I picked it up it had the home button pushed almost all the way in and wobbly.! (it wasnt like that when I dropped it off) I had to come back several times for them to fix it and set it in place but it was NEVER done properly, the excuse was we are not Apple so you cant expect things to be perfect YOU should disclose that information with your customer before you take a job.!!!!So this is what the home button looks like now, it came lose and its behind the glass.!!!! And because its been more that 90-days, they want to charge me $49.99 to fix it.!!!!! If there was a fix, why wasnt done from the beginning.???? More ways to create revenue.???I couldve gone to Apple and fix it there, money well spent .! Better customer service too.

Where do I begin? When you walk into the store you might need to turn on your flashlight, as its dimly lit and hard to see. I personally wasnt greeted by an associate and there doesnt seem to be much clarity with regard to how the process works.Once I finally got to speak withing an associate, the experience wasnt so pleasant. Dressed in a hoodie and unprofessionally, I was told it would cost $300+ to fix my phone screen, to which I hesitantly agreed. After waiting 5 hours, I returned, only to find that they had broken my phone even further and didnt have the parts to replace it. I ended up walking out with an incomplete phone, screen still broken, along with other damages. I was advised to return on another day so that they could order additional parts to repair the pieces that they had damaged. Never once did they call my alternate number or email me to let me know that they had run into issues and that I should come to the store. The communication with the tech was terrible and there was no offer to make it right. I explained to them that the reason I brought the phone on a Saturday is that I depend on my phone for work during the week and I cant afford to bring it back or not have it with me during the week. The tech basically said tough and that now its my responsibility to bring the phone back, wait, pay full price again, and hope they dont mess it up.Be careful when signing the receipts, they release themselves of all liability!!! Be careful with this store!!!

I was sent to this place by Samsung care service to diagnose a problem with my folding phone. I am not satisfied at all with diagnostic of my problem, they failed to see that the folding phone screen was breaking inside out because they didnt even care to check it carefully.

I recently got my phone fixed at this location. The screen was completely destroyed. Jose made it brand new within 30 minutes. Even faster than the quoted one hour for the repair. I would highly recommend stopping in here with any phone issues.

I went to repair my iPhone S5 for a battery and a screen change. After taking it back the home button was loose and they hold it for another day.In the next day the button was still loose and the circle once you press it is not aligned with the surface of the phone.Hearing from the manager saying: I have been working with phones for 6 years and that phone is like that !!! and disappearing inmediatly after it left me astonished. Apparently I discovered how an iPhone S5 looked on 2021.Cons: -the manager didnt pay attention to my claims and was a little rough-they dont care about customer satisfaction

I dropped my phone off before the weekend for a back glass replacement. Once I went to pick up my phone, I immediately noticed major damage around the back frame (see pictures). I addressed the issue and they said they would replace the frame for me at no charge but only had the black frame available and it would take another 24 hours. After 24 hours, I picked up the phone and everything seemed fine. However, after using the device normally, I noticed the GPS was not working properly and I could not make calls or receive calls. When calls got through, they would fail or have horrible signal. My phone now constantly loses signal and only stays connected via WiFi. Soon after I also noticed I was not able to flip the ring/silent switch because it was stuck. The increase volume button is also stuck.I gave two stars because I was at least given a refund and the company showed some customer service. But because my phone is in worse condition after the “repair” I cannot justify a better review.

Went there to get my phone screen fixed after dropping it (iPhone 7). Sent my phone in for 2 hours just to be told that the home button was damaged during the repair and that I’d need to wait till Tuesday for final repairs to be completed. Also asked for a screen protector in addition to the screen and never got it. Disappoint service and lacking in experience. Do not go here.

Took my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) to this place to get its screen replaced under the manufactures warranty. The repair took 5 days to be completed as quoted. I picked up my phone and the screen works fine. The issue is the quality of the screen that they had used to replace my phone with, it is HORRIBLE. I take good care of my phone and throughout my years of owning phones, Ive never been able to accumulate more scratches on a screen than with this screen that they used to replace the defective screen with. Quality of the replacement part used is definitely below standard. I had the option of sending my phone into Samsung or brining it here (since they are an authorized repair center) and I choose to bring it here for the quicker turn around time. I REGRET that decision, and highly recommend if you can wait to ship your phone into the manufacture, do so.

Dont bother to make an appt online its useless. The website should manage the customer expectation. It knows what you are coming in for tell the person A screen replacement will take 2.5 hrs and oh by the way we will not do it on the day you make the appt. They will keep your phone for days. BEWARE --I booked an appointment, paid a fee to do so online.They confirmed by detailed email stating that they would TEXT 30 minutes before the appointment.They did not do so.Instead, they claim to have called -- no message left, if they even did call and then they emailed me that they cancelled the appointment.They refused to refund. Told me I had to book/pay again to get them to come out.

This place has terrible service. I got my phone 17 days ago and the screen turned black so i took it here. After 5 days of waiting for just the diagnostics test they give me a call 10 minutes before they closed telling me that the sim tray is not in the phone. I turned in the phone in mint condition and the guy that took it said the phone had everything. They loose my sim card tray and and then tell me that i never turned it in so i had to pick up my phone. The guy who attended me was a big fat guy with a beard who claimed to be the manager and when i asked for his name he neglected to give it to me. This entire experience has made not want to buy any more samsung phones in the future. Please spare yourself the trouble and dont come here. they will hold your phone for days and end up giving you more problems then what you came in with.

I dont think they ever taught these people how to deal with their customers.I made an online appointment to repair a screen and with 30 minutes left they canceled the appointment, when I called they simply told me that they did not know what had happened (Obviously they knew). That same day I made an online appointment for them to come to my house the next day and they never came. When I called to find out what had happened, they told me that their store is very far from my house when their website was the one that assigned me the store to come to my house. I dont understand how the website lets me make an appointment when they ask for my address, they confirm the appointment and then nobody calls or warns to say that they are not coming, Terrible service.

I was in need of an in warranty repair for a Samsung phone. Samsung suggested one of their authorized service centers in my area, uBreakiFix. After having dealt with some of the most unprofessional people at another uBreakiFix location in South Miami, I was hesitant to take my phone to uBreakiFix, but called around to find out which locations were NOT owned by the same people as the South Miami location. I figured that different ownership would mean a different level of service. I was absolutely right!The Coral Gables location is not affiliated with the South Miami location, and it really shows! When I called the Coral Gables location of uBreakiFix, they gave me an estimated repair time, and made sure they had the part in stock.I showed up for my repair at 11am and had my phone back just 3 hours later. The techs at uBreakiFix Coral Gables are definitely worth the extra 15 minutes driving time. I appreciate them giving me a realistic repair time frame, and sticking to it. I only wish I had discovered this location when I first used uBreakiFix. I have restored faith in the company, and will be returning to the Coral Gables location in the future.

Great customer service from the manager!! I brought my Google pixel 3 in for a cracked screen. The manager was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. He helped me better understand why it costs so much to repair my screen and the process of how he would go about fixing my phone.I do admit the cost for a Google pixel 3 screen repair is a bit pricey but its due to them using CERTIFIED Google parts. I highly recommend if you want original parts and great customer service!!

I recommend that everyone avoids this place at all costs. Samsung told us to bring our phone here, as they are an authorized repair center for Samsung. It took three days for them to do “diagnostics” on the phone to see why there was a black dot showing up in the images of the front-facing camera. Each day, we called them and were told they are still waiting for an email from Samsung verifying that the phone is still under warranty. We finally got tired of waiting yesterday and called UBreakiFix to ask for their email address so we can contact Samsung to have them send the verification over, because we for that verification pretty quickly over the phone when we first called Samsung about the issue. UBreak told us that they cannot give out that email address as it was an “internal email”. That sounded very fishy. So I called Samsung to find out what the issue is and why it was taking so long for them to verify warranty, only to be told that it should not be taking them that long to find out warranty status. All they need to do is enter the IMEI number into a portal and it would immediately reveal that it was still under warranty. Samsung called UBreak to inform them of this and UBreak told them that they have their own Samsung people they were waiting to hear back from, to which the supervisor from Samsung said that sounded very sketchy because that is not Samsung’s policy. So if you want to be without your phone for an unnecessarily amount of time due to slow service and people not wanting to work, and have your phone repaired by a fraudulent and sketchy store, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would avoid it. After we found out about the nature of this repair center from Samsung, we quickly got our phone back. The supervisor from Samsung has already escalated a report on this place internally due to his concerns.

This place was in and out I left my phone at 11am and was ready by 3pm pass by and check them out . I’m the heart of the Gables right off Ponce de León .

I wish to have looked the reviews before paying inflated prices to have a screen fixed, and yet to receive the gear back not only with the same problem but also a different problem that didnt exist before. After going back two times, I received a receipt from another client, that was only noticed by us at the desk when I came back for the 3rd time, and they took advantage saying they could not find me in the system (same guy who who dealt with my two returns, said he never saw me). I brought the Ipad to Apple and had it traded in as there was no use for it after the mess they made. There are many decent and organized shops in Coral Gables, this one is not amongst em.

Horrible customer service, the first visit we arrived approximately 1.5 hours before closing for a phone screen repair and were told that we needed to be here at 2 hours prior to closing and they could not keep the phone for repairs, company policy. The next day we arrived 2.3 hours prior to closing and were told the phone couldn’t be repaired in 2 hours and we needed to leave it and pick it up the next day. I was confused and ask if the policy had changed. The service tech called his supervisor who informed him that if I were paying out of pocket they could keep the phone and repair overnight but because I was paying through insurance the rules were different. We drove 45 minutes each time to be told something different each time. Phone screen is still cracked...I strongly recommend that the insurance NOT recommend this repair company. They are confused and will cause your customers undue pain and suffering. Wish I could give them NO star ⭐️.

I had the worst and most bizarre experience with the store, store manager (Jose no last name) and seemed dishonest to say the least. I had a major issue w/ a battery bloating on my Samsung S8 and was looking for repair - The store tried to charge me at least $350 for the service. Contacting again Samsung after this incident and explaining my situation, the solution was solved directly with Samsung at no cost. Seems to me Ubreakifix and this store are not capable of being the official service store for Samsung

Stopped by spontaneously with a friend who had a cracked phone camera lens. Staff were very helpful, checked the replacement part was in stock, and quoted a price and time required. We went to eat and got a text when the repair was ready. It was all very efficient.

If I could leave no stars I would! The techs at this location and at corporate were the least helpful staff I’ve ever had to work with. I was told to wait 48 hrs to get a call from the corporate office to get a response to my screen turning green. This location charges more than the other locations and have the worst service. I would advise you save your self the tome and money and don’t go with this company at all. What a waste of time and stress.

These guys are slick and they will tell you your phone is damaged when mine had a pin head scratch on the back so they have to repair it and make it water resistant so it is not covered under warranty. I called Samsung and they said this was not true. I rate their service poor
