Unfortunately we cant review an employee and have to review the whole company, so here it is: an employee who didnt even investigate my case was already telling me I was at the wrong place and trying to get rid of me to go back to watch sports on his phone, but then an ** amazing employee called Carlos stepped in and solved my problem in last than 10 minutes.** For him 5 starts! For the company for not having all staff with the same mindset and training as Carlos: 1 star.

Excellent customer experience, my first time in this store and I felt safer than any other T mobile store I visited in the past. Everyone following the 6 ft CDC guidelines. They are making sure they maintain a limited amount of customers inside to comply with the 6Ft. Nancy my sales rep was super deligient and knowlegeable on their products and promotions. I left super happy with my new iPhone 12. The manager, Carlos was super helpful as well,. Im glad i visted this store nothing shy from a great customer experience. Thank you tmobile! 🙂

Excellent store, excellent staff. Went to buy a new phone and put another line on an existing account. Staff member Catherine, who helped us with everything, is superb: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and inspires confidence. She carefully went over various features of various phones with us and gave us time to try them out ourselves. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and proved very helpful in comparing the pros and cons of different phones. Once we had decided, she sat down with us to go through the purchase and the mechanics of adding a new line with the same phone number to an existing account. There was no rush, no pressure to buy, no games: just straightforward, helpful advice and service. We were very impressed with her and the quality of service she provides. What I especially liked is that the staff at this store really seems to support each other - and that’s not only good for them but for customers and T-Mobile. We had been to a different T-Mobile store and had asked for a call-back about something and the call never came. In the end, we were grateful that that non-call-back led us to the Coral Gables store, where Catherine and the rest of the staff are clearly very customer-service oriented and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

AWESOME attention, dedication and professionalism, as seamless and smooth experience with associate ARIEL MORALES. - Highly recommend him for any type of task and customer related assistance. Also his manager, Jacqueline Rivas was very nice in her interaction and treatment, contrary to her counterpart, Carlos Aguirre, who had a very sour attitude in trying to address and respond to a couple of simple concerns during the transfer of our wireless lines from ATT to T-Mobile. Again, ARIEL MORALES was really special; hope he gets acknowledged and recognized highly by T-Mobile.

I went to this location looking to do a lease from a 6 plus to an 8 plus. The lady that attended me told me all I had to do was pay off what I owed which was 150 and my payments would stay the same at 108 a month. That is not the case. My bill now is 129 a month and there’s nothing they can do about it. I feel completely scammed.

Called Tmobile and politely asked me to go to nearest Tmobile & would be given a new one. Went to this location and Ernesto Franco greeted me. Told him the problem. He said I had to wait 1 month to switch it out cause in his words i cant get a new one every month. Was puzzled as I was clearly told by Tmobile something else. I called Tmobile from the store and they confirmed that i should be getting a new screen protector immediately with no issue. As he is hearing the conversation he tells me that they are not his boss. He said to go to another store? Meanwhile I am telling the lady on the other line what im being told. She daily all she can do is put a formal complaint. I left.Definitely the most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered at any tmobile. Stay away and avoid this store.

As a company T-Mobile should spend some time and money training employees. Completely useless and lazy. I spent one hour waiting to pay for a bill following cancellation of service and at the end she was just able to refer me to another T-mobile store. Is this customer service?

Worst costumer service ever!!! I just pass by and talk to the supervisor which seems like a Rookie and ask for help with my brand new samsung 8 and it was helpless. I spend over 1400 on the phone with the VR and the wireless charger all for nothing.!!! for a bold guy to treat me like im stupid.
