I have never been so disappointed with a Sherwin Williams!! My first visit, they did not have the enamel paint I wanted in stock. The girl suggested a different paint and swore it was just as good if not better. After countless hours of work, refinishing my cabinets, the paint peels easily and even after a coat of polyurethane. This is not the first time I’ve refinished cabinets, so I know and understand how to do it.I went back today, and the same girl said they did not have the paint that I needed for my new project. I told her I would go to a different store. She said she would call in my order to the Huntersville store so that it would be waiting on me when I got there. She never called it in. I will never go to the Concord location AGAIN!! If I could give them a zero I would.I should’ve paid attention to her name because I would share that as well!

This was my first time visiting this fairly new store and my overall experience was good. The sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable about their products and willing to help me find exactly what I needed. Although weekends may be slow, but the store needs more than 1 person working.

I have stopped here several times in the last few weeks and customer service is CONSISTENTLY excellent. I have been greeted every single time and have been addressed by the staff when there is a wait or delay. The staff is very knowledgeable and give great advice/suggestions. I refuse to shop at another Sherwin paint store, especially the one in Mooresville. The manager at the Mooresville location is condescending. At this Concord location, the staff answers your questions, makes recommendations, and more importantly, they dont make you feel like an idiot for not knowing the ins and outs of paint.

The staff is always friendly. They have a wide selection of paints, stains, and paint supplies here. They have everything from cheap to high end. Theyve never tried to sell me more than I needed or wanted and always seem knowledgeable. Their hours of operation are very convenient. They can be a little pricy. The best strategy is to wait for a 40 percent off sale.
