Great store. Im enjoy going to Tractor Supply stores. Of youre Into Lawn care and other outside activities.

I got my chickens from here. I come here every month at least twice sometimes. I get my chicken feed from here and I also get my dogs food from here. This location is not the closest as far as travel goes but its the closest to my house. I like that they always have what I need food wise.Ill go here again.

Went to buy dog food and it rang up wrong, cashier Mckenzie said she checked with Morgan and it was correct, paid my bill, walked back and took a photo of the sign being $2 less than what i was charged. Mckenzie said there was nothing she could do about it. Asked for manager, Chris came up. and looked at the sign, didnt offer to refund the difference, only took the sign down, didnt apologize, didnt seem to care he advertised one price and charged another. Pretty simple customer service decision, refund the difference, take sign down so it doesnt happen again, yet nothing. its almost like they had no care about not over charging. It wasnt bad customer service, it was a lack of. Its not even the money, it is the principle.

Went to exchange an item today and Michelle and the manager on duty at 345 were amazing. They were considerate and helpful. Would happily come back to this store because of their staff.

Very bad customer service I do not recommend you to go there at all.

I waited 15 mins at one register.. when the customer was finished the cashier left and ignored me and I was next. I was so insulted by that.. so I waited on the other line that ended up going quickly thanks to Parkers excellent customer service. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because of his professionalism when he checked me out at the register.

Why are you not enforcing mask covering, although you have a sign at the front door that says customers must wear a mask? I was just in your store for five minutes and passed three people walking around with no mask at all and half a dozen with masks barely covering their mouth, never mind their nose. Even after about a year of this pandemic and with all counties in the Charlotte region being in COVID red zone, you are really not doing much to prevent the spread. Shameful!

Issac the cashier deserves a raise, I like the kids work ethic. He made my kids awkward wait into a nice little moment raising customer satisfaction and making me rather come here more often.

Theres actually no tractors there so that was a bit of a disappointment however they have baby chickens there so that deserves 5 stars in my book.

I did an online order at my local store. Long story short, they told me item not in stock, even though it showed to be in stock online.I went through a 2cd store , in different area, ordered on line, same issue. Ordered at a 3rd store same issue.Finally got email from Concord store telling me item in stock and ready for pick up.I drove to Concord to pick up item. Only to find out that the item had been pulled to hold, but now no longer can be found.A young lady named Riley was trying to find item, she got another lady named Tonya to help also.Very long story short they both went above and beyond to help me. They were both very very helpful. Ive NEVER had better customer service than these 2 ladies .To be honest everyoneat this store was nice.I didnt get the item I ordered, but they did locate it at another store and it is supposed to be shipped to my local store shop I can pick it up.Thank you for going out of your way to help me

This place has a wide range of items. You can get everything from animal feed to small equipment. They have a great selection of hardware and truck accessories. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They also have a dog clinic on certain days that saves an expensive trip to the vet. You wont be disappointed.

This is the closest Tractor Supply store near my house. I have to drive 17 miles to get there. Last week on 6/3/18. I drove 17 miles to go get a 40lb bag of Diamond puppy dog food. This was the second time they didnt have any. So I had to settle for a 20lb bag which meant I would have to go back the following weekend. So I drove back on 6/10/18 to get a 40lb bag. Guess what! The same results. Dont understand management. I drive to far to shop here. I also buy other items. This is my last time coming there. And I am a neighborhood club member. I will be looking elsewhere for my pet and hardware items. Very disappointed.

Very helpful staff, Tractor Supply took the time to explain the different types of feeds that were available. Another item I needed was located outside, the worker told me where to find the item and explain the difference between the two. I was very happy with the service I received.

My pup loves to go to TSC when it is time to replenish his food supply! The cashiers are very nice and give him treats when they have them.

I go here for all of my dogs needs (food, treats, ect.) They have a wide variety of all things dog. I use the brand 4Health for my dog whos stomach is super sensitive and this is the only place Ill purchase it!

Stepping into tractor supply always feels like stepping back in time to a time when life was simpler an living was easy.

Mower belts were stocked correctly..and not scattered about like some locations.

Did not have what I wanted in stock but I still like to shop there.

Just North of Walmart at the next light off Hwy 29 on the same side... Extremely knowledgeable and helpful... Best prices on 2 cf of miracle grow potting mix and 100 ft. of 14 ga. Fence wire 5 ft. tall in the region. Always have the somewhat hard to find items that you really need. Been shopping with TSC for 30 plus years and will definitely continue for the rest of my life. I dont visit often but when I do the staff had been courteous and I often all myself, as a tool junkie, why dont I come here more often? For my last visit I needed one somewhat obscure part and they had it for a great price.

This store is pretty good. It has lots of farm and animal stuff. The dog leash and collar section is a bit lacking.

If your horse dies and you need to return the extra feed you bought from Tractor Supply,dont count on this store showing you any sympathy. Not a good experience, one lady rang everything up wrong kept asking over again ,name ,address. Then she couldnt give me a price on a kennel. She tried but I dont think she knew how to check on price. Then we waited so long to get out t posts. Finally a girl came out ,so my husband loaded the posts.

It is a great alternative to PetsMart or PetCo. Because they have supplies for farm animals and also for your dogs and cats.

I get most my dog food here because they have the food that doesnt contain grain because my German Shepard will poop all over without it. They have a lot of things that you would use for outdoor work. They do sell baby chicks occasionally but not all the time.
