I only go here when I can’t wait for an Amazon shipment. So far, they have sold me a faucet with critical parts missing, a drain auger full of feces, and storage bins full of water which poured out into my car. Just waited over 30 minutes for curbside pickup despite the store not being particularly busy.

The worstWe bought washer and dryer, spending 1700. long story, first the schedule for the delivery is 3 weeks after the purchase, ok, after that 3 weeks the driver call asking me if I have the appliances because we only had the paperwork for the installation, so I have to call home depot/Samsung/delivery company, coordinate everyone, to find that someone forgot send the appliances before ☹, ok we need to re-schedule. 2 weeks after we received the appliances but with huge damages, impossible to accept that, so we returned it. For us was enough, next problem try to get the money back. We have call 3 times, every time that we called the agent, they say that the found the problem and that they will process cancelation but again we don´t receive anything, we stop to buy in your stores, every day writing bad reviews that no one read. now we really hate home depot!!

Didnt have the exact part on their website but had a good enough alternative for less.If youre not familiar with the local layout youre better off ordering on the web for pickup in store.

Standard big box store. Was not able to find an item I just bought one of the week before. It’s an ok store but I just can never seem to find exactly what I want. Probably end up on Amazon half the time.

People are nice and wonderful but I had to wait nearly 30 mins to return something. Outside of that they have been great!!

This is the bigger store of the local stores, this one is very well stocked and is just around the corner from our house making it the preferred place. Products can be a little confusing the way they are advertised, and they dont offer price as advertised when things are mislabeled if they are too drastically different but they gave me a $10 off credit for the inconvenience...

I get lost in a good way here. Im a creative person so I always find what I need here. I like to fix things myself, and parts and pieces are here.

An amazing place but go on a Saturday night before they close. Always busy, always popular!Hard to find help so I borrowed the saw to cut the stock so it would fit in the car🤣I love the staff, they are always so helpful and kind. I was really disappointed in the customer service here! Not once did any of the employees ask if I needed help! I waited over 10 minutes in one aisle where two employees were talking about non-work related matters, and all the while continued to ignore me! This Home Depot is lucky I wasnt a mystery shopper!

I bought in this store material to make a porch. The person in the Pro-service offered us a bad service. He is a person who does not know how to offer a good service to the client without making distinctions. I will not buy anything in this store again. Also, I picked up my material because the store canceled the delivery and they gave me the date until after four weeks. I decided to pick up my material.

We needed a part to a power tool which was missing and we were unable to find the exact brand, however, we were able to ask the employees about possibly getting a different brand part would work with the tool that we were needing the part for and were told that they were interchangeable parts and that it would fit the tool that we were needing to use on a project.

Huge store. Always very busy. The employees arent that helpful. Theres always something i need that they dont have. Its always good to call ahead of times to make sure.

The Home Depot offers soany options to improve your home.staff is really helpful in the garden section, but a bit hard to find in the warehouse section of the store.

Went for some lumber and cement. Most of the cement bags were torn and unusable. Went for landscape timbers but most were warped and splitting. Was able to piece together enough for my project.

A gentleman at the Pro desk helped me today with my order for a home that is going through the beautification process before I place it on the market to max out the best and highest price for the seller. This guy deserves to be recognized for the amazing customer service, friendly, professional and over all a great human being all together. It didnt get his name but by looking at the receipt his store ID is MWR093. I will make sure I will get his name on my next stop at the Home Depot in Concord. What a pleasant experience! I wished to come across great souls like yours more often. I will post again to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Not enough starts to measure your service and attitude. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Im so happy with this store, everything is always in stock, the employees are all incredibly helpful, and its always a pleasure to talk to someone who knows what theyre talking about! Dont use this home depot for flooring, they use a sub-contactor (JW Flooring) and they just dump your stuff in rather than actually installing it.And then you have to fight it out in court with Home Depot. Look at JW Flooring reviews. DO NOT USE!!! RED ALERT!! even the people in home depot flooring dept told me how bad JW Flooring is. But only after i already paid. Thanks for the tip

Out of so many things, hard to find knowledgeable help.

Home Depot is my go to place for all of my gardening and home improvement projects. Their nursery and garden areas would make anyone excited that spring is just around the corner. They already have tomato plants and many other vegetable and herbs that are ready to plant into our gardens. Home Depot is a big box store, but it really gives you the feel that you are important and they will assist you with any of your DIY projects. AND, they are big and have what you need for any project.

Great selection.. however this stores footprint is a tad small for the amount of items they sell. However, was able to find what I needed. Downloading the Home Depot app helps locate items in the store.

Easy to find parking at this store. Was out of what I was looking for at this time. But Walmart nextdoor had similar item so worked out ok. Always like to browse the Home Depot.

Great place to go to when you need home improvement stuff. Now, if you know where your stuff is and have no questions about it then by all means have at it. But if you dont know where the stuff is and how it works then youre in for a painful trip to HD. On a few trips I had to chase down a staff member many aisles over then s/he turned out to be the wrong person to ask. Anyways more helpers would go along way in meeting customers expectations.

Once again the Home Depot sucked. You cant find anyone to help you, and when you ask a cashier to page someone, they still dont show up. Id rather go to Lowes where they have those call buttons for help.

Placed an order online using a gift card. Got notified that my order was cancelled because the item was out-of-stock. 3 days later trying to place an online order only to find out that gift card balance isnt refunded. Called customer service and found out that I have to come in to the store to receive a refund in store credit. No one notified me that the refund couldnt be processed unless I come in to the store, in any form of communications.Call got transferred to the Concord store and the lady told me its not their responsibility to inform me that I have to physically come into the store to receive my refund from using a gift card and that the gift card refund policy is listed on the website.Spent a total of 1 hour on the phone with Home Depot personnels and my issue still isnt resolved unless I go to the store.Think twice and look elsewhere if youre looking to get a Home Depot gift card, or shop at Home Depot, this Concord store specifically.

Home Depot has a great return policy and a wide selection. They dont have everything and they dont always have the best prices, but its a great store.

Like I say the Home Depot always has what you need when you dont have it and when you dont have it they might 99.9% have it but before you make a trip go online and check that sto stock level of your item or items itll be a trip saved I tell you peace out, many blessings. 1/31/21 at 12:35pm (Paolo)Concord store. I wanted to return two houseplants I got it December but when I got there I told the clerk I did not have the receipt and I paid with the card. He told me, we don’t do any returns without a receipt. I asked him, you sure about that? Asked him to check with his manager or supervisor. And he did, still no return without the receipt. I got home, look up online it clearly says you can return item without a receipt as long as you paid with the card..smh. I went to the Martinez store because I did not want to deal with them anymore. It took them less than a minute to look up and got full refund.Thanks a lot for drove a crossed the town just to return plants because Concord store don’t want to do their job.

I bought an oven and it was delivered with damage. I had them take it back, unfortunately they also took away my old oven. I was perturbed and told them to bring it back asap...after less the a few minutes of them leaving. Of course they didn’t and said they had cut the cord on it, cuz it was now scrap metal. At that point I just wanted my money back. It wasn’t made ez. After several hurdles, Laura I guess from customer service/applicance made it happen. should be 2 stars, but she made up for it. Hope they appreciate such a person like her. Sometimes just the one person can change it all in an instant. Thank You Laura!!!

No lines for check out. In and out very fast

The store is more spacious and the parking lot is larger compared to other HDs. Overall items are at better stock as well. The store is also located close to a few shopping centers that you can visit nearby or run your errands close by instead of driving around town.

This is a secret, but i got on a kick with xanax a long time ago n apparently left my mother in laws car in the parking lot here. i couldnt remember for the life of me where i lost the car. gods honest truth. a freind of hers spotted the car about six weeks later on a shopping trip to home depot. so i guess this place is a cool place to leave a car, but one of the guys that works here isnt very friendly at all, and two of the cash register ladies confused the sh$@ out of me when i was trying to buy a pepsi.. thanks for looking.

Great to be there very early in the morning when fewer people are there. I was pleased with the HD app that helped me quickly locate the items on my list. Check out early in the AM was very quick.

They had a solution for a project I am working on. A bolt for a crib that I am building for my grandson that nicely replaces the bolt and cross dowel solution in the plans. GREATLY simplifies the connection of the head and footboard to the end pieces. The sales associate at Rockler suggested Costco for a solution.

Good location in Concord. Service is usually friendly and their stock online tends to match what is actually in the store unlike many Lowes stores.

I prefer this Home Depot out of all the locations close to me. They always have everything I need in stock, theres always an attendant ready to help, and lines go fast. Other locations tend to have 1 or more of those things unavailable.

Terrible customer service!! Every one tells you it isnt their department and that they will get some one just walk off with no luck on the help.

Horrible plumbing and electrical dept. Lots of things they say they have but when you get there and look they dont have it or dont carry it.

Thought that I was overreacting, but after reading previous reviews, turns out that Im not. Texting the the # provided at curbside pickup did not work. I had to flag down the associate who was helping another pickup customer. I tried to explain this to the associate who was not interested in what I had to say, and that it works for everyone else. So I guess thats it then. I had to ask several times about how to resolve this before he gave me the manager information. I call that number and I am connected to the manager on duty who sounds more irritated than I am. Waited for about 15 minutes for him to come out and possibly help me resolve my issue. As I am preparing to leave I noticed that the associate who retrieved my items pretend that he didnt see me, and didnt bother to ask hey did you get help?!. Thats significant because when I spoke to manager on duty, he mentioned that he has spoken to the associate. So much for the convenience of curbside pickup.

Found the storage shed online that I found suitable to my purpose and budget. , instead of ordering online, i went to the store . I made sure there is one in stock. I purchased the shed through a challenging process. Manager and I walked to the item, she marked it as sold and wrote my order number on there. The delivery was scheduled in two days. On the day of delivery the item didnt arrive. I called the store associate told me that my item will be shipped from Hercules on Monday. I was flabbergasted, I asked why ? It was supposed to be shipped from Concord I said. She said: we dont have it in stock. Today I called the supervisor, he was quite polite but no resolution to my issue. Sometimes managers and supervisors think waiving fees and discount price solve the costumers problem. Not in my situation as I am moving our nonprofit office furnitures and equipments in the shed on Sunday and the delivery is on Monday. Store need to clean their acts and stay accountable for their employees knowledge about their items, policies, promotions & delivery dates. Most importantly stay in support to their costumers needs and limitations. I suggest an overhaul to the store organization and employee training.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered artificial grass and I took off time on the delivery day and they didn’t ever give me confirmation so I called and they said they didn’t even have it in stock anymore. They never notified me and were so rude and unhelpful from day one, I had a bad feeling and I was right. SO unprofessional !!

I thought I had already written a review for this place. So, when I was here the other day, it was way total super cool...NOT the weather. When my friend was shopping 4 plants I was inside chilling at looking at Halloween stuff for the fun of it. Here they had THIS WAY SUPER DUPER MAJOR MASSIVE BIG ENOURMOUS INFLATBLE GHOST THING....pretty cool, did I buy it? No..Way TO BIG 4 me, cool though.

They falsely advertise that they offer curbside pickup. My elderly mother ordered something thinking that she could safely pick it up and was forced to go into the crowded store to retrieve her item. If they have no respect for their customers safety, fine, but dont lie about it. Ill NEVER shop there again.

Well I left my wallet in the bathroom I let one of the people now they said they thought they saw the person leaving I had to be at a job site I took a little while I did get a call from the person who had the phone and they able to give him $20 to get it back I do appreciate whoever that was that let that person know that it was probably my phone I left a message at the customer service desk and obviously cant relate the person was just after the money he obviously knew it was mine and took it either which way Im glad to have my phone back and its not the first time I left my phone at Home Depot so Amana stories get it back

Good selection but the store seems kind of small. Also busy so some items are out of stock. The Concord Lowes has better layout and more selection.

If youre looking for assistance, you WILL NOT find it here. One associate was rude and unhelpful, as he yelled and gave such terrible, harsh attitude. He told me to find it myself. I have never experienced this at other Home Depots (like in Martinez) or in other hardware stores. Now I go Lowes because even if the associate employee doesnt know how to help, AT LEAST, theyre polite and kind enough to point to another employee who can help. Im pretty sure the other employees are kind, but that one employee man made me think Home Depot just hires bad people and doesnt screen for helpfulness or kind behavior.

Opens early for those of us needing a jump start on the day. Got in, got out, found most all needed supplies, back to work site and done before 730am, when most other guys are still hittin the snooze bar.

I went to home depot Emeryville yesterday evening. Website said they had nine of what I needed in stock, I got there and found the two items on my list that I desired but couldnt find the item I went there for, I walked around, I asked associate one, I dont know where that would be, i asked associate two who directed me back to the tool coral that I had already searched but I searched again, I asked associate three who walked around with me because he couldnt get online because his phone froze to find out its location, he said it is typical there, we walked and couldnt locate item, I went to customer service and asked a lady on computer and she directed me to stand in line behind the people returning items, I went to a agent on another computer that told me to go talk to a tool coral person who was standing at the register isle, I went to him but he wasnt tool coral and clueless, i went back to customer service and waited in line and asked the guy to look it up, he didnt but just said we are out of that item and I said my phone says you have nine here and showed him the item and said can you please look it up(I have been in the store for 45 minutes at this point) he would not look it up and directed me back to the tool coral.. I tossed the two items I desired in the air and walked out..That all said I needed the item for todays work so I drove to Home Depot Concord, I walked in and started to walk toward the tool coral and saw a guy in a grey shirt with an HD logo on it, I said excuse me sir can you help my locate this item and he said yes follow me we passed through the tool coral and he said that thing is always in my way of stocking, we passed two similar items so I knew I was OK we went into another isle by the nails and screws and he said now I am worried as I had been telling him about my nightmare at Emeryville we started down a fourth isle and he stopped and said sir I dont know what to say but I cant help anymore because my boss sent me on to do other project and a customer would be waiting and I said No worries the item is hanging right over your head. He laughed I laughed and I was paying and on my way home..Hell no to Emeryville and Oh Yes to Concord

I had occasion to speak to three workers and in each case I was greeted cordially, shown to what it was I had asked 4 and was assisted with smiles.One of the workers help me to apply my military discount and ring out my goods because I wasnt familiar with the machine. Parking lot was not overly crowded and I was able to get in and get out and under 20 minutes.

A quick stop to pick up a new shower head. Took less then 10 in amd out. Great customer service as well. My go to when Im looking for supplies and material.

We came in looking for a bath vanity. Couldn’t find anything. Ran into Terry , he not only helped us find the vanity we were looking for, he helped get us a cart to put it on and helped load it in our car. We can’t thank him enough. This kind of service is hard to find.

Buying something even I dont know its name while replacing my toilet, got it today. Last time, got my power plugins for my garage, and light bulbs for my kitchen. Got all of them. Only one thing, I dont know if any place to dispose my used light bulbs, which originally from The Home-Depot years ago.

The only Home Depot I go to because all of the employees are super helpful and polite. Special mention for Charlie, he knows what hes doing and I was able to fix my home problem in seconds.

So crowded.I had a problem with my order & delivery that continued for a long time. I went in manager was nice told me he gave me a discount allowed for a couple of items for free. Just received the statement still showing the original total. Hopefully it will show up on the next statement .

Special orders is a disastrous mess. Months instead of weeks, wrong product shipped, then identified mistakenly for another completely different product for pickup (how do you do that? Scan it for gods sake). Then....they LOST it. Omg. DO NOT DO SPECIAL order. If you complain to online ? Oh they give you $20 off. Yeah thats great. Unbelievable. Still waiting for 4th attempt(yes 4th) at getting my product.In store staff In customer service is dedicated and amazing. Took 35 minutes of me standing and waiting to find out product had been lost.Unbelievable. Do. Not. Order. On. Line. You. Will. Wait. MONTHS

Having worked for Home Depot for five years (different stores) I can tell you that the Concord Store is the worst Home Depot store i have ever been to. It appeared to me that the store associates do not know their product and that is just plain poor management. With the exception of a few associates everybody seems to be doing anything but customer service. Again that is poor management. The store manager should be replaced.

I have been going to this Home Depot since the early 2000s. It has usually had everything I needed, and it did this time as well. But the severe lack of enforcement of mask wearing of customers was extremely bad today (Aug/2020). There were several customers outright not wearing masks throughout the store and workers didnt do a thing about it. With everything going on with Covid-19 right now, it is not a good time to shop here. Id stay clear until mask enforcement is better. This is ridiculous.
