My wife and I were in the market for a sleeper sofa as well as maybe replace some furniture in the family room. We had shopped a few other stores and were disappointed with price vs quality or no knowledge by the sales staff. We went into Ashleys where we were met by Ken, explained our goals and he showed us some options explaining fabric and construction . Ken took all the time we needed for us to make an informed decision. We purchased a sleeper sofa and a sectional sofa. Without hesitation, we will make Ashleys and Ken our first stop next time.

We were lucky enough to get the most wonderful sales individual that you can find, his name is Jay Moore...since we came in, his greeting attitude made my family feel at home. We had doubts if buying that day was the right decision, but when someone like him takes charge, there is no way as a buyer that you can walk away without buying anything. He was professional, kind and his knowledge out of the chart. Immediately we knew, we were closing the deal with Ashley Furniture period. We ended up buying everything we needed, since the whole living room, to the bedrooms, with his help we found exactly what we were looking for. Most of my experience has been HORRIBLE.... WARNING, read this before you purchase with this company. Let me start with the good... Steve at the Concord store is excellent and had wonderful service. Unfortunately, thats where the good service ends.1. My bed arrived with parts missing. The techs told us to just request a part replacement and they would come back to assemble. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the parts to come.2. Our Ashley cc was charged for a bed we couldnt use. Later, a rep told us that we should have asked the tech to take the incomplete bed away and return with a complete bed in order to avoid being charged for a bed we couldnt use. The tech conveniently forgot to mention this important fact when we were ordering the missing part.3. Scheduling delivery is a nightmare. You can only select a day, not a time. You will need to plan to be available the entire day, because they wont give you a time frame until the day before the appointment4. We planned our entire day around our appointment to have the bed assembled. They scheduled to come between 9am and noon. Around 11:30, I contacted customer service to see if they were on track just to find out the appointment was cancelled at 9:20. NO ONE EVERY CONTACTED US TO LET US KNOW.5. While speaking the the customer service rep, Caroline. I had to request a refund 6 TIMES before she would submit the request. She gave me the run around and made my experience worse.

Ordered new bedroom furniture, and a couch in January. Still have yet to receive anything but the mattress, absolutely abhorrent communication from the company. Still no delivery date. Weve been constantly told that theyre waiting on piecesI understand during the time were in with a pandemic that shipping and manufacturing is slow. But we were promised 12 weeks would be the longest we would have to wait. Were now going on 8 months. After this is settled this is the last of the money ashely furniture ever gets from me. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

We bought over $14,000 worth of furniture, here and Mickey told us MANY times how long it was going to take. We could not be happier with our purchases!I have a pretty bad snoring problem (allegedly) and I’ve tried cheaper solutions that didn’t work. We heard that there were beds designed to help and asked Mickey about them. He mentioned the Tempur-Pedic adjustable bases.Mickey did a great job helping us navigate the process and made it easy. We bought a Tempur-Pedic split king with a smart base and I was a little apprehensive about such a large purchase (not the full $14k, but a large chunk).Several of the other employees came over and told us how much they like their beds and that there’s no going back. One of them even mentioned they have pretty bad sleep apnea and theirs helps a lot.All that to say that Mickey, Peter and the entire staff were great and have continued to be so, even after the purchase. Great customer service, all around! Thanks!

We just bought a new house and made it very clear when we went in that we had no furniture. We ordered over $10,000 worth of furniture and were told it there were delays, but was given dates on some of it. We were told we would get a love seat by the end of June and our bedroom set by the beginning of July. Fast forward 3 weeks later all we have gotten is a dresser, an end table, and the frame for the bed. All of the rest of it they don’t even have dates for anymore. My husband and I have been sleeping on a air mattress for 2 weeks and they haven’t even offered something to get us through until the furniture comes. We ordered pillows and they’re isn’t even a date for those. 🤣

We ordered a set of office furniture on 2/22 and was told that it could be 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Al in all, I can understand the logistics issue. The real concern is that we are going on twice that long and after 2 promised delivery dates, they are telling us AGAIN, that they have no idea when we might expect to see our order. They cant even make a guess. They sure are happy to sell you furniture they KNOW they cant deliver in any timely manner. Our last contact with them we called customer service who was honest to say they had no idea, so we asked for a call from the store manager. Within 5 minutes some lady called impersonating (presumably) the store manager and assured us we were set for delivery on 5/11. We asked how that could be since 5 minutes prior customer service said the product was still not available. Well, we followed up last week to confirm the 5/11 delivery date, and as I had told my wife all along, they had no record of a delivery being set and told us again they had no idea when (and I assume by now, IF) we will ever receive the merchandise we purchased months ago. I can understand the supply and logistics issue, but the ethical and honorable thing to do is STOP SELLING FURNITURE TO CUSTOMERS THAT YOU KNOW YOU CANTT DELIVER

The sales people I delt with directly were wonderful! But the items I received were NOT what I was demonstrated in the store. The return policy is basically non existent. If you dont spot whats wrong at delivery, then forget about it.UPDATE: After contacting Ashley directly, I was contacted by the store and they made sure to correct this without any hassle. If you have an issue, go through the store directly and not any of the corporate numbers. Again, the sales team were WONDERFUL. Jay and Chris really went out of their way to help me, and Im very pleased with the outcome.

Came to Ashley furniture not knowing exactly what we wanted and a little apprehensive of all furniture sales pressures you hear about but as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and politeness by Cody that alleviated all pressure. He walked us through the different options like he was born to sell mattresses at the highest level. His knowledge and guidance led us to a new tempur pedic mattress and we couldn’t be happier with any part of the process! Go see this guy and the entire staff at the Kannapolis location! You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered a dining set on May 20th and got no tracking/delivery status for over month. I got a message today (June 25th) telling me delivery was scheduled for tomorrow and rescheduling it will cost $80. This is just ridiculous that they expect us to clear up our calendar and sit home waiting for the delivery to show up any day.( I understand the current conditions can cause delay in shipping but a one week notice would be appreciated especially if its going to cost $80 to reschedule )

If you need your furniture any time within the next ten months, don’t order with Ashley at all. If you’re waiting for the market to cool down to buy a house but you are going to want new furniture in that new house, this is the place to buy from. We ordered the Enola 5 piece sectional in September of 2020 and were told 6-10 weeks shipping but it could be closer to 12 weeks because of the pandemic. 12 weeks, we close on our house early December, gosh we hope it takes that 12 weeks. Not only were we never contacted when the delays began, but they acted surprised when I called before Christmas wondering where my couch was. Ashley’s call center basically waits you out on the phone in hopes of you choosing to get a call back or finally hanging up. When the do call you back, it’s hours later when you’re in the middle of doing something and can’t answer now. On the bright side, after 8 months we FINALLY got biweekly auto generated texts from Ashley saying the appreciated my patience and I would get an update as soon as they got an update. In all this time, hand sanitizer came back, toilet paper was finally off the shelves, mask mandates were lifted, and Ford finally had microchips for their next trucks. Somehow it takes Ashley until June 30th to deliver my order.Before you buy, ask yourself if you’ll even still want that piece of furniture in a year.

Possibly some of worst service Ive ever dealt with as far as damaged product. Kitchen table came with mashed up corners. Not surprising after seeing the way it was packaged and shipped. Wife called service and after 5 hours, the service person says theyll have to send a representative to see if its fixable. Mashed up corners. Just replace it or give us our money back and take your damaged product.

The sales people are great when you are buying your furniture and negotiating a price. However, we purchased our furniture in January. We paid in full the day we ordered it and set our delivery date for May when we would be in our new house. We were told that everything was in stock and would be held until our delivery date. Two weeks before the delivery date we were told everything was in except our footboard, then the next week that everything was in except the nightstands. It seems that they have our furniture to other people, and now it’s not ready for delivery more than a week after our scheduled delivery date. We went to the store in person to speak with someone, but they were not able to help us. We are very disappointed that we ordered our furniture so early, were told it was all in, and now don’t have it.

My Wife and I recently purchased a love seat, sofa, dining room table and chairs. Our salesperson was Kramer and he wasnt pushy at all, and just offered his assistance if we were to need it. We decided on our furniture and Kramer was able to make the deal work. Held our hand through the whole process, and as an added bonus we found out some of our furniture (delayed deliveries due to COVID) is going to arrive early.Despite what some people say, there are still good sales people out there, and lots of benefits to going in person and dealing with professionals. Recently my wife and I purchased a power reclining sofa and recliner and a table from this Store. This is not our first purchase with the store. In fact we’ve spent considerable money here over the years in addition to referring family and friends who have also purchased from the store. Our furniture was delivered on 12/3. Everything worked as indicated and the delivery experience was of high quality. Unfortunately we had to leave to go out of town as soon as the delivery staff left so we only had about 5 min to sit on the furniture before having to leave. We returned on 12/4 and sat on the furniture that evening for about 3 hours total. To our dismay neither my wife nor I felt the furniture was comfortable. The more we set the more we hated the couch and recliner. Having never had this happen we went to the store on 12/5/2020 and asked to exchange for a different couch and recliner. When reclining the support for your legs is painful and leaves us with sore legs after reclining. We offered to pay a restocking fee and a new delivery charge but were told the staff could not help us until we go through customer service. So we did (#104) in line at that point. Over the next two weeks we tried to work through customer service and then with the manager Chris after customer service denied our ability to exchange. Chris was almost impossible to reach via phone so we went back to the store to try to get resolution. He was not able to talk to us so we emailed him. After a couple of days of no response we got a short email stating they said no happy holidays. Since then I have sent Chris a long email expressing my disappointment in him and Ashley and expressing although we know it won’t matter but we will never spend another dime at Ashley. We have told our friends and family to never go back to this store. I also saw where the “owner” responded to some reviews here so I emailed the owner, explained the situation and attached a copy of the email I sent Chris. I explained before giving a negative review I wanted to give them an opportunity to respond to me. Well reviews @shopashley.com never responded. So now we will rate them negatively at every opportunity (BBB, Yelp. Etc.). If you buy something here I hope you do not need customer support or management because you will be disappointed.

Our buying experience wasn’t terrible but the delivery and customer service after was most definitely TERRIBLE.We were supposed to be given a two hour window and the day of a 30 minute window before the truck would arrive with our furniture. So our window was 1-3pm. I received an automated phone call at 12:30pm that the furniture would be there in TEN minutes (not 30). Then 5 minutes later....a phone call from the driver said he was there. I was unable to get there in time so my mother inconveniently had to meet them to let the drivers in to deliver the dresser and chair. When my mom pulled up the drivers were putting our dresser up in the middle of the road?! The dresser is for our newborn twins keep in mind so that already made me mad.When coming into the nursery room they hit the dresser into the door and damaged not only the door frame but our brand new dresser. They told my mom I had 24 hours to report it..... not I’m sorry let us call to get this fixed etc. Also placed our new electric recliner in the room but placed it on top of the cord that then ended up running the electrical part of the chair.We have gone back and forth 3-4 times with customer service to fix these damages and ended up having the wrong cord sent to our house etc. we are VERY disappointed with what should have been a very fun and exciting time to something that was 100% the opposite experience.Update** got our replacement dressee today and the delivery guys from Ashley dropped one of the drawers on our baby’s crib and dented it also the drawer shattered. Also the dresser was defective - one of the wood pieces extends the dresser and is a hazard to our kids.I WILL never use Ashley furniture ever again.

I walked into the store with my family (my wife is black and my kids are mixed). Several of the floor salesmen saw us come in and didnt even approach to greet us and offer us any assistance. We roamed the store for 15-20 minutes, and not one time did anyone approach us. I was in utter disbelief at such poor customer service. One of them made eye contact several times (big overweight fella) and said NOTHING. Do better with your employees, Ashley Furniture.

We purchased our love seat and sofa from this Ashley’s Furniture on 10/23/20. We were told that it would be 6-8 weeks which is a normal time frame for delivery. However, we have yet to receive our furniture. We went back to the store and spoke to our representative Rod Wright, and he told us to consult with customer service because he can’t help us with the delivery information. Because....and this is his quote “ He doesn’t get paid until we get our furniture so we need to call and see what’s going on.” We called customer service and they said that the manufacture is having some delays due to Covid which is understandable, however my problem is with the store and representative themselves. You are well aware of the issues with the deliveries of YOUR customers furniture. Here it is 01/30/21, we have yet to receive our furniture or a definitive status. We get very little if any info, nor do we have an exact delivery date. This has been the worst experience with Ashley’s Furniture. They should Let us know up front and say, it’s going to be longer than the normal 6-8 weeks. Give us that option to decide wether or not we are willing to wait. You know it’s going to take over 16 weeks then let us know that. We get a generic text message every now and again saying that we are still waiting on word from the manufacture thank you for your patience. I would think, with all the money that the consumers spend with Ashley’s Furniture they would reach out to them, To try to see what they can do to help better their experience considering the circumstances. At this point, we are considering a refund and go elsewhere. With all of this being said, I would not buy anything from Ashley’s Furniture, because they don’t care about anything other than taking your money for nothing in return. They leave it for you to figure out.

I am extremely disappointed regarding the shipping of our sectional. We were just notified yesterday, 2 days prior to delivery, that our sectional would not arrive until April 9. Our original delivery date is March 26.First, I am disappointed that we were not notified any sooner. It shows either a lack of communication between Ashley Furniture and the manufacturer or a major disregard for the customer.Second, the amount we paid for delivery no longer justifies this two week delay. We expected a more refined, more robust customer service experience regarding communication concerning date of delivery.Third, saying sorry will not suffice. If a customer was the one to change or cancel an order, penalty charges would apply. However, if Ashley Furniture changes or cancels an order, sorry for the inconvenience seems to suffice. This is very imbalanced and unacceptable.I understand you are dealing with a manufacturer but honestly, it is better to UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER than to make false promises especially when a customers money, time, and effort are involved. Customers should not be at the mercy of Ashley Furniture and the manufacturers lack of communication and organization.

I purchased a bed frame from Ashley Furniture on July 4th. The salesman told me that the bed would be delivered and everything would be taken care of. Removal, set up, and disposal of all furniture. I received a call for my delivery time to be from 4-7pm. After waiting I received another call that my delivery was going to be from 5:30-8:30. My bed didnt come until 9:30 pm.After the techs got there, they took another hour to try and complete my order.  The bed came with the wrong pieces and was not able to be put together after a whole hour. I waited longer than anticipated,  and my order was never able to be completed.I had plans that were canceled, and also had to be to work early the next morning. Also there were a few defects with the bed that was sent. I am so unhappy with this situation.Kramer was my salesman and assured us we would be satisfied. Well I am not. I am tired and upset that this happened.I want them to do the right thing. The service men said that the bed we received was a returned one, with defects and missing pieces.I dont blame the service guys, but the company was wrong for this. They also were not to credit me the delivery fee after being super late and ruining my plans, and sending a defective bed.This makes me not want to shop with this company every again.

I have reached out to the store on multiple occasions and have not received a call back. This has been going on for almost 4 weeks. My sales person will not call back nor the manager. I have requested to return my furniture to you as the quality is not there for the cost. Also what the worst part was is when I finally got a copy of all my invoices I was in my opinion way over charged for delivery which was $700. Why is it when I come into the store to buy you are all over me but when there is a problem no one wants to help.

I went in today to look around and was very unhappy with the service. I am BIG on customer service! I walked in with a stroller and did not get any help from the 2 capable men that were standing right inside the door. I even made a comment that I was struggling with the door to them. Worse part is, when I left after standing there and talking to them for 5 minutes, neither went over and helped open the door for me! Now I’m not one of those people who feels privileged and like everyone should help me, but when you’re standing there not doing anything, the least you could do is help me for 5 seconds get out the door instead of watching me! But the lady that bought something got the door held open for her!

I purchased a table on 7/1/2020. It was delivered late on 7/4. Upon arrival the delivery company threw the table and chairs together. The table was wobbly & the guy told me it was my floor that was making it unsteady. The customer service rep said You accepted it, so all we can do is send a technician out. The technician came out days later to FSUs over the delivers only put half of the hardware in the table, put the chairs together wrong & took back the stretchers that secure the table. We ordered new stretchers for them to come & NOT fit. They send a new table that was scratched & dinged out of the box. Then they put in the computer that I had accepted the table that I did not. The whole time I have had people coming in & out of my home, NASTY customer service representatives & Chris the manager of the store lying about return calls and credits. I received a corrected table & now that I am asking for compensation, that they said I would receive...... CRICKETS. Chris said he would call on Friday & as of today, there has been nothing. If I call and ask for him, he avoids my calls.I paid cash for the table & now that they have gotten their money Ashley does not give a damn about me. I was warned by several people not to purchase with them. I should have listened. Customer service is awful & Chris is dishonest!TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

We ordered a section, dining room table, breakfast table and outdoor furniture from Ashley. We have yet to get the dining room table so who knows about that one. The breakfast table had two of the four chairs uneven, now about a month after it was delivered they say they forgot to reorder the chairs. The table also had a scratch and they dont want to try to fix that until the chairs come. The outdoor furniture came during the week we had a crazy amount of rain! The delivery guys took out around to the back after we said not to step in the yard creating huge footprints all around our house. The outdoor furniture itself had a leg completely torn off, of course the delivery guys put it up against the house so it wouldnt be very noticeable. When the rain subsided we saw the leg was torn off, about three days later. At that point both Ashley and their protection package vendor told us we were out of luck there is nothing we can do, now were stuck with a very expensive broken piece of furniture. At this point I couldnt recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone, they dont care at all about their customers after the minute they have your money in hand.

Was sold my couch and ottoman on a 90 days sane as cash bases but when I went to pay it off 3 weeks early I had insurance fees attached to it of almost $80!! Not acceptable when I was TOLD if I paid it within 90 days there would be no additional fees! Be careful what they say snd DO are two different things. LOVE MY COUCH THOUGH!!!

I had to choose one but if I had a choice I would absolutely choose none. This is the worst mattress purchasing experience Ive had in my entire life. Sales rep at the time was not very helpful at all. I was told I would get removal of my old mattress upon my delivery which was not indicated on paperwork. I was left hanging. The mattress was cheap and sagging causing major back pain and the box spring is a box box and damaged. I been dealing with them since july Nothing has been accomplished. They lie to you about helping you and communication is horrible. I guess you have to spend thousands of dollars for them to really care about you. I will be contacting the news now. I have no energy left to go back and forth with these ppl. Just look at all the complaints theyve gotten. Its a shame folks spend their hard earned money and Im sure they dont want for nothing. This was all during covid-19 and it sucks!

Update: After 5 tries and Ashley not processing my refund, they finally responded to my bank when I reversed the charge. Finally got my money back thanks to my bank!Still waiting for my recliner ordered in August (November now).I wont buy from Ashley again.Multiple problems:1. I Ordered 2 accent chairs at the store I found on the website. Refused delivery when they tried to deliver. They were poor quality and very small (kid sized in my opinion).Requested refund on 9/22. They said full refund 7-10 days.Called back on 9/29 since no credit received, was told I hadnt requested a refund but she would process one for me. Once again told full refund.Got an email later that day to reschedule my delivery of the chairs I cancelled. Called again, was told dont worry about it, its an automated system and the refund has been processed.10/1 They showed up again to deliver the chairs I cancelled. Called in and was told no record of my refund and she couldnt process it, I would get a call from the store manager and he would decide how much of a refund I would get. Store manager never called me.Called bank and disputed and reversed charge. Ashley never responded to my banks request either.2. Ordered 2 recliners in August. Told due to COVID earliest delivery was in November. I get it, thats not their fault. Call me to deliver chairs 10/14. Earlier than expected. Great. Nope, one of the chairs was the wrong one.Customer service tells me I have to fix it. I have to call them back tomorrow after the return is processed and set up a new delivery date.Call on 10/15, long hold times, schedule a callback. Finally get called an hour and a half later. They tell me they have to reorder the chair and now the 2nd one wont be here until 11/24.No one checked that the chairs didnt match? And then its up to me to spend my time fixing their mistake? Zero customer service.The quality of the furniture is not what it was 5 years ago and there is no customer service. Ill shop elsewhere from now on.

There needs to be a way to give them 0 stars. Bought a new bedroom suite in July. Was told it would be August when it would arrive. August came, I received a mattress and bunkie board. I was then told it would be 9/24 when everything else would arrive. 9/24 gets here. Truck shows up without a call ahead as I was told. Got a head board, foot board, slats, and chest. No Rails. Was then told it would be 10/22 before the rails arrive. UNACCEPTABLE. Called Customer service, the girl hung up on me! If these folks fixed lawn mowers, I would buy a cow to eat my grass before I would let them work on my mower.

To start with the salesman was helpful. They were very nice as long as I was about to spend money. Service is not so good after the purchase. I purchased 5 items. 4 came from the warehouse and were delivered. The quickest I could get delivery scheduled for was 2 weeks. There is a chair that was supposed to be picked up from the store and delivered. It didnt get picked up and delivered. I had a message in a text that said that it was out for deliver, and then later delivered. I need this chair in place in 2 more days. I am not getting much help. I am going to pick up the chair myself on Saturday. Beware. If you need service after the purchase, you may not get much. I may change my review depending on how much help I get tomorrow. As of now I am very dissatisfied.

Great experience with this store I went in and knew exactly what I wanted but had to make some decisions based off of delivery time. Syd was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I got the vest deals not just get me into some furniture to make a quick sale. Great employees and great customer service especially Crystal with the financing dept she was very knowledgeable about the small details. Thank you Syd for helping me furnish my new home!

Sid was a delight to work with. He gave us time to shop on our own, but was nearby for any questions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient, as we are customers who like to take our time and look back over pieces that we like. We were just looking around today with no plans to really buy, but ended up with 2 great pieces. I would highly recommend asking for Sid. Also, take the comfort test! I’m glad I did.

We purchased a couch sectional and a dining room table about two weeks ago. The dining room table was delivered full of scratches, scuffs and chips, unfortunately, the delivery driver said he could fix it, with a black sharpie. Unsure of the practices with Ashley Furniture and their delivery team.We spoke to the store and was told it would be reordered and delivered on Tuesday, it was not delivered Tuesday but instead is scheduled for Saturday. When we called the store to cancel the order they told us there will be a 10% fee to cancel the order.I was under the impression Ashley Furniture was a high-value furniture store but after this debacle, we will never ever purchase another item from them and will never ever recommend this company to friends.Terrible delivery service, terrible customer service, but they sure are great sales people!

Ashley furniture delivered my furniture. Before they left I had to sign that everything looked ok. One of the items was a metal bed frame. Apparently it was put together wrong. After a few days it started to make horrible noises even when I turned over. I took off my mattress and it was loose. I called and they sent workers to fix it but they couldnt. Why????? Anyway Ashley will not let me exchange it because I signed the paper that everything looked good. Please thoroughly check everything even if you have to keep them there half an hour. Keep them there a few nights to sleep on it just to make sure the frame is sturdy if you have to. Of course that is sarcasm but WOW! They will NOT make things right. Will never buy from them again.

I am stunned by the lack of follow up and problem resolution.-nearly three months ago I purchased a sectional and bar stools-both delivered with problems. Sofa with manufacture defects and bar stools were assembled so bad that screws were stripped out and missing.- bar stools- few calls and a month later, bar stools are fixed and I’m happy with them.- sectional- 9 calls, 7 hours of talk time, 4 times failed promised call backs, 3 tech visits to my home, 2 missed redelivery dates. I still have a damaged sofa they promised to pick up today on a call last Thursday. I planned travel around it. Today is here. No record of pick up, no confirmation calls, no billing credit for the ottoman that was returned 2 months ago.- this is the first negative review I have ever posted online about a product or service and I’m absolutely stunned that i literally can’t get a hold of any level in this organization that will solve the problem.- new home, needs lots of furniture in coming months and I can’t possibly see buying another item from Ashley. Wondering if they are caught up in the retail downfall, I would worry about their ability to warranty product going forward because there is no after sale support. The first customer service associate I get every time I call says “we will send a service tech out” before even looking at the history of calls I’ve had with the company.-I would recommend to friends and family to stay away from this company unless you have tons of time on your hands to solve a problem.

Our Salesperson, Ms. Crystal, was OUTSTANDING! She went above and beyond to assist us with what we needed. She made us feel welcome the moment we entered the store. Her personality, professionalism, and knowledge of merchandise is a step above other stores we have visited. Ms. Crystals customer service deserves to be rewarded. We have had a very disappointing experience with Ashley Home Store. While in the store Travis Hilton seemed helpful and a good sales man. Careful when you walk out the door. because he gives a good line of bull but follow up is horrific. We ordered 2 end tables in June., Not a big order , we understand. They were to be built and shipped for August. No tables in August, No tables in September. We call and were given the run around by our sales man, the store general manager , basically anyone we spoke to. Our tables we sold to someone else. a replacement order put in. They were to be here in October, no tables, November No tables until we called and had to force the issue. we finally received our tables last week, one is not level , now we begin the run around again. We called our sales man last week to let him know. He will work on it he said, no call back, we call the store and speak to customer service today, they hang up on us mysteriously. We then contacted Travis Hilton again and he brushed us off with Just call customer care , he could careless about our issues. We realize this is a small order but the service is the issue and putting the blame on your customer. and NOT ONCE NOT ONCE has anyone said we are sorry you are having this issue we will make it right. we have been addressed as if it is our fault that this has happened and even blamed that the original order was sold to someone else. Stay away from this store.

I was at the store yesterday and my 6 years old push a cart in the middle of the store and dropped a vase. the cart wasnt secured at all the the vase at the top of many boxes over the cart. the store sales personnel charge us for the vase. I will never shop at this store again.

I’m extremely disappointed in the stores overall customer service. I had purchased a sofa with three pieces early May. The original delivery date was for June 9. They called the day of the delivery to cancel the order to June 16th. Without my knowledge, they canceled and rescheduled the order to June 25th. I’m extremely upset that I was not notified of the change, and I had to personally call and be on wait for 30 minutes. Another thing is that we paid over 160 dollars for the delivery for that specific day. That’s extremely expensive especially due to the fact that I’m unemployed due to the Coronavirus. The location to where this product was supposed to get delivered to is an hour and a half from my home and it’s very expensive to be going to and from my house. It’s simply an extra waste of gas, money, and time that I don’t have. The only thing customer service had to say is “sorry” is that simply isn’t enough. They apologize and don’t want to justify their actions but are so quick to make extra charges and charge cancellation fees. I’ve ordered from Ashley before and they have done the same things and have delivered damaged furniture and don’t want to take the blame for it but want customers to pay insurance and extra charge. I’m extremely upset and will not be purchasing from this store in the future.

My wife and I recently moved from California to Jacksonville NC and were evacuated due to the hurricane so we relocated to concord where our family is for a few weeks. We decided to stop in to Ashley furniture since we have been searching for months to furnish our home. As soon as we walked in Marti greeted us, she was so kind and helpful and really sold us on purchasing from Ashley. We looked around and decided on a new bedroom set, dining set, entertainment center and a few other pieces. We were worried that it wasn’t going to be able to get to Jacksonville but Marti was on top of it and made sure it could happen and even got us a super close date for all of it to be delivered. My wife and I wanted to talk things over and Marti went out of her way to keep in touch with us and really cared about how our house was in Jacksonville which was even more heartwarming. She made us feel like family. We went back the next day towards the end of closing and Marti and Shawn literally did everything for us and got us a great deal on all of it. Both of them were outstanding. The store had closed and they were still working around the clock to ensure we got the best deal and explained the delivery and warranty very well. We could not have had a better experience. I definelty recommend purchasing from here and will be back! Go to Ashley furniture of Concord and ask for Marti or Shawn and you will not be let down! Thank you both for all your help and for making our search as easy and painless as it was!

Ashley sold me a clearly used piece of furniture and the night stands laid doesnt even stay on. Completely broken and irreplaceable because I didnt notify them within 24 hrs. We were moving and things happen. I notified them within 72 hours, but theres nothing they can do. I spent $3000 at you store and you cant replace a $250 nightstand that was broken upon arrival. I will never shop Ashley again. If I could post a picture I would.

On May 11th, we went into the store to purchase a sofa and love seat for our new home that we were moving into on the 30th. We opted out of delivery since we were able to have someone drive 2hrs with a trailer to help us move and pick up the furniture from the warehouse.Around 9:30am on the day we were moving and scheduled to pick up the furniture, we received a call informing us that we were not allowed to come pick up the furniture today because there had been an exterior fire at the warehouse. I asked the salesmen if our furniture was damage and he said no so I asked if we could go ahead and come pick it up since this was last minute and we already had the trailer in town ready to pick up. His answer was No, because we have people coming to take inventory of all the furniture AFTER he just told me ours was not damaged.With all that being said, I asked for some sort of compensation since this was their fault and last minute. We get free delivery in return, BUT THEN we get notified that our furniture will not be delivered until July 18th. 2 MONTHS AFTER the order was placed.I then asked the salesmen where our furniture was and why we were not getting it sooner. Long story short, the furniture was apparently damaged in the fire after we were told it wasnt and our names were bumped to the end of the delivery list in the que since we changed from pickup to delivery (which we were not made aware of when deciding this) - but it wasnt like we had a choice!!The compensation is worth nothing since our furniture is guaranteed July 18th, but they offered a $100 gift card. What is that going to get?Overall, their costumer service was unbelievably unorganized and unprofessional. The salesmen continued to say they were sorry but they were not trying to do anything about it. We will NOT be shopping with Ashley ever again. Extremely frustrating - save yourself some trouble and do not shop here.

On September 3, 2016, my wife and I went looking for a new mattress. Upon entering the store, Brian Hodgdon greeted us, and once we explained our mission, he helped us find the right mattress for us. Brian was extremely helpful and professional without being overbearing. You know how that goes in other sales driven businesses! We found what we wanted on sale, received two free pillows (they are magical I must say!), and our delivery was scheduled quickly. Financing was easy and as speedy as it can be.For our delivery, Christian Suarez and Damian Sanchez arrived promptly, quickly and carefully delivered our bed, and answered any questions I had. I was very impressed.My wife and I got burned by Rooms to Go a dozen or so years ago, and wed sworn wed only buy Swedish designed furniture, but Ashely has opened our eyes a bit. If you can go in on a sale, youll get a good deal! Everyone we interacted with during this process with extremely professional. We are THRILLED with our new bed, and we have another option for our future furniture needs.

My wife bought us a sectional sofa from Ashley just two weeks ago. The next day three of the pieces were broken and had to be replaced. The replacement came yesterday and already one of the pieces has broken. The quality of the furniture is terrible, and the store is unwilling to give any customer service. They refuse to take the poor quality furniture back and replace it with something else. For as much as the furniture costs, should be able to get more than a day of use out of it. Do yourself a favor, if you are buying furniture avoid Ashley. There is so many better options and better value out there. I wish I knew before we bought ours. Shame on you Ashley furniture. Fool me once, shame on you!

Customer service was amazing from Ted Aurora, we came in looking for a set that I fell in love with online, and wasn’t on the floor. He was more than helpful and looked to see if the other Ashley stores had it on the floor, they didn’t. He figured out the fabric, and how it would sit and he showed us the 2 couch’s they had on floor that was like the one we were wanting. The manager Shaun was also very helpful with finding out what we wanted, and was just more than helpful also! Both were very honest and straight forward with us! Highly recommended them two!
