Within 24 hours 2 of the 3 devices to keep my daughter from having to be on a vent quit. The 3rd doesnt fit her correctly. (They didnt even try it on her before they left) And of course on a holiday weekend. They are gonna call us back. Thats Horrible. Makes a parent scared to death not having the equipment their child needs!
Horrible service never picks up the phone. Told them I have a new born and need more tanks and I called non stop for a hour they just laughed at me. Told me to come to the store to pick up tanks cause they have no drivers and call when I get there cause doors are locked. Get there call no one picks up for another hour worst people in the world to deal with. How this is still a company is amazing
I would give this company a zero if allowed. no one answered the phone for 3 months, I left several messages and no one called back. I knocked on the door and no one came. When I received my cpap machine they insisted on fitting the mask with a paper mask underneath. Needless to say I struggled for months trying with an ill fitting mask. I visited a Lincare in Colorado to get supplies I had left behind, and same thing- no one answered the door or the phone. RUN dont walk from this company!!
They never take complaints seriously their machines are substandard they refuse to replace
Service is bad and no one seems to work, I was brought a machine that did not work properly and asked for a different machine and it was a process. No one answers the phone and they seldom return calls

My experience with them has been nothing but positive. Receptive to calls and arranging for equipment.
If I could give this place A 0 I would. as a daughter of one of the patients and her home health aide they really dont do their jobs at all. you can call them 4 times in 1 day and ask them to do something and it still wont get done. My mother also had to wait almost a month for Apap machine which is ridiculous because she has to have one.
