They continued to bill for 3 months for a CPAP that was fully paid off. Also, I tried to switch to a full face mask in February 2021. I was told that I couldnt try on equipment due to Covid. They suggested picking something out on the internet and trying it. Waited 4 months - same thing. I found out every other supplier in town would have been happy to let me try on any equipment I wanted.

Had to get a new bipap, everything’s on back order because of some recall. So three weeks later they ship my new machine but no new mask or other supplies; so have a brand new machine and no way to use it.

I would not use this company. They lie about their quotations and later tell you they didnt lie. What they tell you is completely different from what they bill your insurance. You end up paying trice the price for the equipment.

Terrible customer service. Do not this company. I was traveling and called their after hours emergency service. They never called back. I left message with the office during normal business hours, they didnt call back. I ordered a new mask. No Ohio locations had a replacement in stock. Blamed me because they sold me an older model mask. So many other companies you can use with better prices. You have been warned folks.

This company has improved over the last few months. I had a problem with people just never calling back but that has improved. Every interaction with them has been thoroughly helpful. The customer service has been incredible. I appreciate all the help I have received during this process.

Run as fast as you can, my electric went out and they told me to go find some electric and Im on oxygen. Recent events called because my oxygen not working properly and well that was a few days ago and still nothing. And if you have a emergency dont call who is suppose to be on duty it gets you no where Im stuck with these people and its so sad.i wish I could get out .

I was referred here for a medical device by Ohio ENT. I had issues with the device, so I called for help. I got transferred to extensions that did not pick up, got cut off, left voicemails with no return calls. This went on for 2 weeks. When I finally spoke to the receptionist, she said that she was the only person there who scheduled patient appointments for all the locations!. One week ago, I spoke with a very nice girl who answered the phone and left her a very simple request: please leave a message with whoever does the fittings and tell them to make an appointment FOR me in the computer & leave the appt date & time on my voicemail so they wont have to call me back. That was a Thursday. No call or v/m on Fri, Mon or Tuesday, so later that afternoon i took my device to the Harmon Ave location & was told they couldnt take it back without my doctors order. I am outside their Harmon Ave office right now, Friday, with an order in hand and their door is locked. I have called all 4 phone numbers I have for them. 3 numbers say leave a v/m. The last number I called said she didnt have their hours, and that someone is not always at this location. She tried contacting Brian, who works there. He didnt answer his phone or cell phone number. She said she can mail a LABEL to me to return my device, but I have to box it up and take to a UPS location. Are you serious? Why should a patient have to go through that time and expense? She is emailing someone to CALL ME so they can leave on my v/m when someone will be at their office so I can return this device. Ill write a follow-up review so other patients will learn through my experience. My ENT office is aware of my experience & has had many patients complain. Theyre obviously understaffed. Better pay attention, MSC, before you lose a contract...

They never returned calls and when we decided to switch companies they scheduled a pick up day.on the pick up day we called to see when they would be by to get their stuff they said the driver called and knocked and no one answered. 4 adults were sitting in the living room right by the door no one ever came to our door or no one called!. Worst service ever!!!!
