After several attempts of calling with no response. We had to go pick up are welder and take ot somewhere else. They were equally polite when we pick it up. I would not recommend .Hot Rods by EdJoe

My company has already dropped them and went with praxair because of terrible service. I called today to order tig torch parts and a SPEEDGLAS welding helmet head assembly. After waiting on hold 15 minutes I called back a few hours later. Then I was sent to a woman who does their parts apparently that knew NOTHING about welding or parts. She had half the tig torch parts in stock, half needed custom ordered and when I enquired about the SPEEDGLAS helmet she had never even heard of it. Who In the welding world thats anybody at all has never heard of the best welding helmets money can buy?. What a bunch of idiots.......

I called and asked about consumables for a plasma cutter and they acted like they didnt even know what one was. So I went into the store, seen the plasma cutter I was buying parts for sitting there on the showroom floor and they were completely out of any consumables for it of any sort... Or so they said. They have to order consumables for a cutter they advertise to sell at a supply store???!
