Called to see if they had a vehicle on their lot that they had listed, they had told me yes, told me to drive from an hour away and when I got there they had took in a deposit on it from someone else! did Did not call me to tell me. Bought a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder for my mother, ran for a week if that, my mom technically drove it twice. Head gaskets blew and they did nothing to help. Called several times got nothing but attitude, told the GM would call. Never called!! Horrible place to buy a car. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Been waiting on a title for a month havent been able to drive my car even after she told me its only minor things wrong with the car come to find out it needs a whole transmission so today I will be going up there and its goinv to be a problem a big onebeen calli g leaving messages an all no calls back but they can text when they need they payment!!! Horrible!!!!

My husband purchased a vehicle from here 2yrs before we met a 2000 Cadillac Seville all black clean inside and out. He still has it it runs great and rides good. A year into our relationship he took me here to purchase my 2002 Gm Yukon all white. Clean interior and clean paint on outside. The engine is awesome in it runs brand new and smooth. I got a great deal on it to 2200 out the door. They were very professional and had great customer service skills I would highly recommend. Took my grandma to buy a car during the winter. They said if the ac didn’t work they would replace it due to her age and having copd. When the heat started this summer the ac didn’t work and they called us liars and refuse to fix it. Terrible customer service.

Horrible experience. Customer service was nice but bought a 2011 Jeep Compass still owe around $7500 on it currently and not even worth that. Bought it in January. Ran fine up until 30 days or more I have an electrical issue that cost me $600, then abs sensors start going and and wheel hub/bearing so rusted it wasn’t even safe to drive. Front subframe rusted so bad plus the back in total my mechanic said it would have costed me over $3,000 to get it fixed not including the money I already put into it plus regular maintenance, car payments and car insurance. So frustrating. I have a kid and need to get places. Never go here.

I cannot recommend this business enough.Global Auto Leasing has not only the best prices, in addition they have the friendliest and knowledgeable staff.They made me feel at ease financing a car, taking the time to explain to me how financing works and Sarah even helped me find the cheapest insurance!They were very adamant that if something were to happen mechanically with the car within the first 30 days, to bring the car back to them and that if I bought the part, the wouldnt charge me the labor.My cousin bought a cash car which was a 99 Malibu and besides a few minor fixes; wheel bearing, pads, it has run great!Give Global Auto Leasing a try and ask for Sarah or Randy, they will not let you down!

Rip off alert.. not at all a reputable company.. they have vehicles but they are marked well above market value.. We drove 3 hours 1 way to check out a car and it turned out to be a lemon and they absorbed the $1000 cash deposit put on the car as a holder.. the car had been sitting for months and had multiple codes related to the fuel system.. Not my type of establishment..

HORRIBLE. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Sold us a car with a broken frame in February 2017. Never knew about it. We were hurting for a dependable car for our newborn who was with us at the time of looking for a car. NOW we try to trade it in for a bigger vehicle and find this out. A waste of $13,000!!!! I wish I could give them -5 stars. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR LOT. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. I was interested in a 2011 jeep compas they have listed for sale for 4999. I contacted the dealer and went into a contractual agreement with them that I would give them 1000 to hold the car and tbat id there were no mechanical issues I would purchase the car. When I went with my mechanic to purchase the car the manager told my mechanic that the jeep had been sitting for months. When my mechanic checked out the jeep it gas multiple issues. I asked if they would take 1000 ofd the price of another car on the lot off the jeep and refund me my money and they REFUSED. I asked for it back via cash app they declined. I have made complaints against them via the BBB and I am in the middle of filing a lawsuit against them for breach of contract and for trying to sell me lemon. Anyone reading this PLEASE heed my review and DO NOT GO THERE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUBPAR THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SUBPAR AND THEY WILL LITERALLY TRY TO ROB HOU OF YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING A PRODUCT. MARK MY WORDS. Great service up until 3 days after I bought the car...figured out they sold us a lemon. Now im out 1429.00 plus the labor and new engine .

Be honest with people money is not everything I bought a car from them and they turn off the check engine light light for it few hours after I bought it the check engine light comes back it was huge problem with car I fixed the car and I sold it I lost a lot of money on it not fair.

I was gonna recommend them to everyone i bought a jeep for 1200 cash was told it was a good running car no issues no problems. Not even a week later and i done replaced the front tie rods,front breaks, front rotors, oil change and filter.. Spent about 600 had all the recents then the ac did not work so i paid 50 bucks to have it recharged few days later it stopped working. Then my turn singles were not working had a shop check it out paid 75 and it needs new harnesss wires which would cost about 400 or more cause of labor. I called them a friend called them then i pick up my title and they still did not really wanna help then to find out he said before he sold it to me that u have hit the motor for the ac to work which it did not work. Never buy a car from here and damn sure not if u have kids

They had a couple of nice cars but all their prices was above Kellie blue book value. They restroom was very nasty. The ladies at the desk was awesome but the younger tall man who was showing us cars and talking to us was very confused about the cars. Every question we asked was answered with Im not for sure let me ask or let me find out. And he was very rude.

We purchased my sons first car here. We had a good experience, and found the staff and owner to be helpful and friendly. We went to see a particular car which, once we saw it, we felt would be too unreliable. We explained to the owner what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend, and he steered us in the right direction. The car turned out to be a good deal. GAL replaced the brake pads and rotors for us and only charged us for the parts. We did end up putting a new timing belt in the car after we purchased it, but that was a maintenance decision and even with that expense, our investment in the car was still under blue book value. Remember you are buying a used car. You have to do your homework. The owner let us test drive the car and gave us up to an hour. Thats plenty of time to run it by your mechanic, or bring someone with you to look the car over. They do not run Carfaxs here, but you can do that online if you are willing to pay for it, and I would recommend it. They do not usually know the history of the car they are selling. This business has some bad reviews, so I was a little anxious after we had decided to go ahead and purchase the car. We expected the title in the mail, but as the temporary tags were getting close to expire, I called GAL and they had the title there for pick up. It was just a miscommunication about it being mailed. I picked up the title, got the tags, and no worries.

I left 5 messages since Friday for someone to call me back about a vehicle. No return call! Either they are way to busy for my business or they just don’t care. I also had a friend purchase a car from here that has two small Children. The car they sold her is a pile of junk and unsafe. Maybe that’s all she could afford at the time but she has had the car less than two months and it has been broken down and parked for over two weeks. We have called several times and don’t ever get an answers. I wish people would stand behind what they sold. Even if it was a buy her pay here deal. Shouldn’t be allowed to take advantage of people.

They sold me a car told me I had 3 months warranty with them and it leaked from day one .When I took it back I was told its been over a week and it was my responsibility. Not to mention a problem with the breaks .They didnt fix it and nothing changed I rarely drive it .

The vehicles are not very good... i was asking about a vehicle the guy told me 3 possible reason of what was wrong with it starting each reason saying ( i think it could be ) followed up with ( im not sure tho ) while answering 3 different phone calls in the 15 mins i was there instead of focusing on me an selling a vehicle needless to say i left with my cash an drove to another car lot where i bought an awesome vehicle an yes paid cash for it title in hand they missed out on 5k that easy... if i was to give them advice id say ( take care of the customer in front of you an be more knowledgeable about the vehicles on there lot )

I bought a car from the Frank Rd location the staff was very helpful and got me in a great running car I work in Westerville and drive to Chillicothe on the weekends and so far not a problem with the car I purchased it in February and have already put over 800 miles on it as I said before I havent had a problem with the car and would definitely purchase another car from them

Very unprofessional and quick to sell junk. Bought a car, same exact day the transmission went out. They refused to help me out, just hours after the purchase of a lemon.

Test drove a 2002 Acura MDX that drove fine while I was test driving it, I drop $500 on it immediately. Come back 2 weeks later to drive off the lot it drives fine until like 2 hours later the transmission start acting crazy. So I go to autozone to get a diagnosis and it reads that it’s a solenoid issue, being that they had me sign an as is disclosure I ordered the solenoid and had my mechanic put it on. Yet the transmission still acting like a wild bull. At this time I decide I want them to do something about it I was told bring it in on a Monday which I did on November 12th 2018 so they can see what’s the issue. I let a few days past before I called and asked what did they figure out and I was told it was the transmission. But when y’all sold me the truck y’all said it was just driven from Cincinnati which can’t be true if I can’t drive it over 40 miles per hour. Smh. Anyway I give it a few more days before I contact them again and don’t get the response I’m looking for so I told them I’ll be up there to talk to the owner or whoever was in charge at the moment. Knowing that there’s a lemon law and I had a 30 day window I decided I just wanted my money back cause I didn’t see how I still had to pay tax and title and still purchase a transmission for the truck. Of course they refuse to give me back my money and tell me give them $300 plus what I owe for tax and title and they will have it fixed in 2 days. Me personally I feel like I’ve been robbed with no gun. I think I just want them to take me to small claims court so they can try and get they money for tax and title. They did a good job stalling me out until my 30 days of was up. The extra sad part is that when I tell them give me my truck I noticed that it’s parjes in the same spot I parked it in 2 weeks prior. Take me to court I’m not giving y’all nothing unless it’s ruled by a judge in a court of law y’all can any y’all money I want my truck. Fix my truck I’ll pay tax and title with no problem! They suck! Going to another state to buy cars or Craigslist! Craigslist got better cars and better deals!

Liars that ripped me off. Said minivan just needed an alignment. Needs wheel hub bearing, tie rod end and cv axels. No returns. No partial refund on purchase price. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give them zero stars I would. First off theyre dishonest, 90% of the time their used cars will have issues they claim they know nothing about. . Dont even bother having them try to fix anything either as their mechanic and staff are both incompetent. Mechanic couldnt even find a simple a leak - when I brought my car in from burning oil and loss of coolant he said he didnt notice anything out of the ordinary. Either he was lying or he truly shouldnt be mechanic - I doubt hes even certified. Also seems like theyre very disorganized, had to wait well over 2 hours just to purchase my car - management seems nonexistent here. Bottom line, if youre buying a used car do NOT buy here. If I could I would have never gave them my business to begin with. Very unprofessional & just overall a awful experience!

TERRIBLE PLACE, In 2015 I purchased a car from here and within a year the starter broke on it. The car was only $1,100 so I didnt mind. Now I finance with them and two months into it and my engine breaks! They refuse to do anything with it and say I need to fix it along with continuing to pay car payments and if I refuse they will sue me! This place is an absolute JOKE!

We are from marietta OH, and we came all the way here for some JOKE! Completey wasted our time! The ad said the van had 164k miles and when we went there it had 200k miles! The guy said it was a misprint but the thing is it had 164k miles on the windshield. Word of advice, forget this place. Dont waste your time.
