Got to see the Sales Manager Tyler Woogerd and he was amazing. He went through the Tesla top to bottom and even gave us a ride to show us all the insanely cool features. I had an amazing experience with auto boutique from walking in the door to leaving in my new car! First I was greeted from Abby at the front desk. She was very helpful and respectful and made me feel comfortable buying a car with AB. My salesman was Brittany and she was awesome! She found me a car based on what I liked and she did a great job. She was also very professional and I would recommend her to my peers in the future who are looking for vehicles. In the downtime, a woman named Missy was being very helpful and was making sure I was comfortable and did not need anything. She was also amazing!! Lastly, Pavel helped me out a lot and made sure all the numbers were lined up. I loved this experience and I am very excited with my new car. Very interesting in the fact it was a used car lot. If you cross georgesville road on that side of the street there are five or more new car dealers. So in the arena of new car dealership Auto Boutique definitely stands out. When looking at the prices seem to be pretty much in line with what you would find on Kelly Blue book. When you walk in they have you sign in. It seems to be a high volume used car lot. The staff was friendly. They made a follow-up phone call from a car that I was looking at that wasnt available that day. Two days later when I called about another vehicle I talked to a young girl that pretty much wasnt truthful. She said the car I was looking at had the brakes being repaired. I just so happened to be in the area and drove by and the car was out on the lot. Anyway I like people who are 100% truthful. Especially when purchasing a vehicle. My experience was very positive overall. The staff seem to be very helpful to the best of their ability. There was a good selection of cars to look at. I would recommend Auto Boutique.

I had been looking for a Tesla online and found one for a great price at Auto Boutique. Austin helped me from the beginning to hold the vehicle for me so I could come for a test drive. I even had to change my appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The purchase time was less than half of previous experiences and I was out the door quickly. The vehicle had not come with a charger and they worked hard and quickly to get me within a few days. I had a great experience and look forward to returning in the future for other car purchases.

This was my first experience purchasing from a dealership, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly if I’d imagined it. My sales representative Missy G. was so kind and helpful, and made what could’ve been a difficult day, into an exciting and joy-filled one. Her approach was relaxed, careful, and non-predatory unlike most dealerships I’ve visited in the past. She even took a photo of me and my new car with a shiny red bow on it to make the experience more memorable for me. It was a wonderful day, and a purchase I’m happy I made.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The environment was really nice to be in because they have a really modern, spacious lobby. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful. Missy helped me get my Chevy and she was super helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only real downfall was the wait time with financing. I had to wait approximately 3-4 hours to speak to someone but I got a really good deal and I love my vehicle.

We recently purchased a vehicle form Auto Boutique. Brittany was amazing and truly went above and beyond to ensure we got the exact car we wanted. It was a unique situation as there was another person who was interested in the car but kept stalling in an attempt to get additional services at the dealers expense. It became heated but everyone at the dealership remained truly professional and supportive during our purchase. The finance step was the best weve ever experienced. She was relaxed but professional, absolutely no hard sell but very knowledgeable and answered every question. This was an excellent experience and we highly recommend Brittany.

BUYER BEWARE! I attempted to buy a truck from this place and thank goodness I didn’t. I met with my sales person whom was nice enough and took the truck for a test drive and the steering column would shake when on the highway and when asked if they would fix it - the response I received was “well it’s not engine failure so that’s good and as long as it’s not a safety issue we won’t fix it”. I asked if they could take any money off and they said there was absolutely no room for any money to be taken off only to find out 2 days later that the truck had FRAME DAMAGE… and they adjusted the price downwards of 1500 dollars online. This was after they tried to get me to come in and buy this truck for their full price and lied straight to my face by telling me there was nothing wrong with this truck. This place will sell you a lemon and hopefully with this review I can save others from making a mistake that I almost made. Good luck. Do your research and take your car to a mechanic before buying!! 0-10 for me

We drove almost 2 hours based on the ratings I had read. I wish I was writing a similar review. We set up an appointment to view a vehicle over 24 hours ahead of time. We showed up and the truck was dirty. The wheels had all kinds of road grime, inside the rear fenders had mud and dirt all over them. The front tires were noticeably low.They were patient with us when we realized we did not have our current auto insurance card with us. After that it was all downhill. We waited over 20 minutes and the salesperson still did come back for us to drive the truck. We finally walked to the front desk and politely told them we drove too far for the truck to not be ready. We were ready to buy a truck but it was not from this dealership.

I came in an hour before closing hoping to find a car for my daughter. Brittany was extremely attentive to what I was looking for, and found the perfect car for us! I appreciate the time and effort she took to make sure we left in a new car - and happy! I loved how upfront the sales person was about how they dont get commission for selling a car and that there is no negotiating the price as it is what it will be for anyone else. The only problem I ran into was that during the test drive we reported to them that the tire check light came on. We didnt buy the car the same day, but came back several days later to purchase and the tire was nearly flat. They did promise to fix it though, but at the time they didnt have that tire in stock. I am going today to get it fixed (two weeks after buying) and getting a new tire placed.

Went in recently to upgrade my vehicle, I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from Missy! I wasn’t sure what I was looking for when I came in and Missy was so patient with me and took the time to figure what my family and I need in a vehicle! We are more than satisfied with our purchase and will definitely be returning when it’s time to upgrade our next car!

Buyer beware: Examine your car thoroughly. Even though the Carfax did not indicate an accident, after purchasing I noticed many imperfections that led me to get it evaluated by an auto collision shop. Based on their visual inspection they believed the car had been in two accidents. What is worse is I found a loose bolt on a control arm! Ford wanted several thousand to fix but Auto Boutique sold me a warranty so I thought I would just pay deductible: wrong. The fine print in the warranty indicated there cannot be any performance mods on the car. Auto Boutique sold me a $3500 warranty that I couldnt use (not to mention the $500 paint and fabric warranty). If they had competent personnel, and actual systems in place, all of this could have been avoided. Its been over a month and I am still straightening things out with them as their customer service and finance dept. suffer. I am sure there are some hard working people in their organization but my experience was and continues to be horrible.Update 8/18/21: Auto Boutique fixed the car & warranty company acknowledged dealers request to cancel policy.

It was over 90degrees out that day and I didn’t once get into a hot car or wait long for it to be brought up for me to drive. Andrea in finance was amazing as well. On Sunday, October 17th I drove almost 5 hours to trade in my truck for a 2017 Dodge Durango. Nice car. Nice ride…or so I thought. At the time of the purchase I signed and paid through my loan an 80,000 Mile 5 year warranty and was told if there’s an issue with the vehicle to bring it to a local dodge dealership. On my drive home, about 3 hours into it my check engine light came on. I stopped at a Auto store, scanned it. Came back as a $20 part. I replaced it and continued on my journey. 2 days later the check engine light was still on. Scheduled a diagnostics. Dodge couldn’t get me in until the following week. While at Dodge trying to figure out the warranty I called them, the Warranty company. The warranty company had all my information including the vehicle. There was one problem, the Dealership: Auto Biutique of Ohio VOIDED my warranty. I was immediately on the phone them trying to figure out what happened. Meanwhile, the mechanic came out and told me I had bigger issues then the check engine light, my engine had no oil and it was all inside the coolant. This was Tuesday October 26th. The manager I Sophie with seemed like he wanted to help. Auto Boutique wanted the report and cost. The report was sent and stated without testing the engine apart they could not know what failed. Cost: $1200.. suspected cracked block, head, or head gasket REPAIR: $5,000- $$10,000. From there the manager from Auto Boutique said he’d call me the next day. The next day, no call. I attempted to call them several times, sent messages. Finally someone took the call…here it is Saturday morning and I can tell you what’s been accomplished. Nothing. Every time I call it’s someone else. It’s another lie. I’ve even been asked if I’m there one that canceled the warranty. Every day, after several calls with nobody taking my call, even the managers supposed call number,, I’m sitting with a vehicle that has a $30,000 loan that I can’t drive. They say we’re trying to figure it out. That they are going to come get the vehicle and have it towed back for repair. That they don’t know if they’ll give me a loaner. Probably not! I live in a rural area. I drive 70 miles round trip every day for work. Plus I’m a single father of a little girl… this has been a terrible shady experience. Here’s a list of issues: oil in the coolant ( major engine issue) rear heat doesn’t work, front turning signal has a short ( works when it wants to, rear tail lights( led burn out because lights half filled with water, exhaust sensor. Every time I call nobody will take the call until I mention lawyer. Then it’s almost always someone different with another story and they’ll call back. They don’t. They don’t do anything but lie and hide the issue. I’ve now been in touch with the Ohio attorney generals office and explained everything to them. They strongly recommended I speak to a lawyer and recommended one. I spoke to him briefly. He’s recommending I keep all receipts and track all calls. That if nothing is corrected by Monday to call him back and we can proceed from there. Recommendation: buyer beware!This is an ad on: they respond: Brian, not Tom. Bring in the vehicle. Shows they don’t care. The vehicle can not be driven. All smoke and mirrors. They got their money and sold a car that’s not safe to operate!

Went in yesterday to look at a vehicle and everyone was nice enough at the start. The real problem came when it was time to talk numbers. I asked for the vehicle inspection report, advised i wanted to see what they fixed and what they decided not to fix, they only would disclose what that fixed. Moving on I asked for the numbers break down to see what all the fees shook out to be, it was at that time a $6,000 vehicle became $7, 295. They couldnt even bother to give me a break down sheet, they wrote the total on a tiny post it note... I asked if we could negotiate and they told me no because i was paying cash they dont make any money from finance company kick backs. I offered $7,000 and said i would finance it. They still wouldnt budge, just kept telling me no they couldnt do it. I asked for a moment to discuss it with my husband and the salesman said yes but grabbed the keys and made sure to let us know he was moving the vehicle back onto the lot in case anyone else wanted to test drive it. It was a nasty sales tactic and I feel we were not treated with the respect we should have been. Its a 0 out of 10 for me.

There was no pressure to buy, and when we said we were paying cash, there was no grief over us not financing. We found something we liked, but not loved, and he had something similar coming in the next week. He called us one week later, we test drove the car and loved it, and when he was putting it back to get the paperwork he heard something go wrong and wrote us an IOU to get the belt replaced for free after we bought the car. Were very happy with the experience!The sticker price doesnt include the ~$500 paint protection fee or whatever, but this dealer still had the lowest cash prices for reliable cars with low mileage in the Columbus area. They will bait and switch you. Be warned.Showed up for a 2017 Honda Civic. Sales rep went outside and came back, said that it wasnt anywhere on the lot. Showed me a nearly similar car, for 500 less. Didnt find out until a year later that the car I purchased had been in a serious accident before. Now Im having electrical problems with my center display.I checked the Carfax for the first car, which showed clean. Never considered theyd pull something like that.

Drove over an hour to this place to look at a car that I was pre approved for. Once there I asked to see the car I was interested in and was told they could not let me see the car because someone else already had an approval! I was there with cash in hand and was turned away!! Will never go back!

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Auto Boutique. I hate shopping for cars but this experience was very good. The salesman assigned to me and my son was Jordan Gamble. My son and I were there for 2 1/2 hrs Thursday and almost 5 hrs Friday. Jordan was there with us the whole way. Always a smile and never frustrated. He actually was very honest and open about a couple cars we were wanting to look into. He was very knowledgeable and open. The only reason this experience was not a 5 stars was because a lot of cars on the website were unavailable due to servicing or in transit to the store. I will definitely go back again to Auto Boutique and will ask for Jordan.

He was extremely informative, there were no pressure sales tactics from him. I highly recommend asking for him if you come to this location. 5 out of 5 stars, would buy/come here again.

These people refused to sell me a bmw x5 they had listed for sale despite my coming in 300 plus miles from out of town. I even asked to leave deposit or pay online and they (sales and managers) all refused by business. I will not do business nor recommend others with Auto Boutique.

There are no high pressure sales, the prices are very fair, they stand behind their cars and the staff is is phenomenal (Tyler, Zach Z., Dillon, Josh and front desk staff). My experience is that they aim to please and will do everything they can to make sure you have a great buying experience.I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Alex, who treated my son and I like royalty.
