I purchased a Dryer in 9/30/21 it was a open box. The Sales Rep said it was in store 2 days, it should be ok. It was Delivered on 10/14/21. I used the Dryer on 10/16/21, it took 3 hours to dry my small load. It was damp dryer. I had to go to the Laundry mat and dry my clothes. I called Customer Service 10/18/21.I told them about the Dryer, and they said they will replace it. I called Customer Service 10/21/21 to make sure the New Dryer was coming. I called 10/22/21 no call,no e mail, no text, no show. They said I would have to pay for a new Dryer. I went back to the Store 10/22/21. The Manager Malik .W and David .Douglass help solve the problem and I didnt have to pay for a new. I got a replacement coming. They were so nice and helpful. Im so grateful ! I paid alot of money for the Dryer the first time. Im glad I was professional and nice to them.

Often busy but their is always someone to help you. These people definitely know what they are talking about. I bought 2 Mac computers, Sonos speakers, a receiver, a turntable, and noise cancelling headphones and have never had a problem with the associates. Overall, a great experience.

I have shopped at Best Buy maybe twice over the last five years as my experiences have always been horrible. I gave them another shot and they did no disappoint - just as horrible as I remembered. I had an important meeting coming up within a few days and because my laptop camera failed to work, I ordered a new camera to be delivered in one day. It didnt arrive in time, so I went to this store. They had two models ($149 & $49). I purchased the less expensive model. Upon being rung up, it came in at $149. I returned to the area of the store where I found it, grabbed a shot of the model with the price and returned to the cashier. She told me that it was labeled incorrectly. Thats NOT my problem. She offered no apology or remedy. There is no way I was paying them $149 or even a dime. I will never, ever buy from Best Buy ever again.

I went to the store probably 10 minutes before its closingtime, regardless, the girls at the electric section were incredible, they not only acknowledged me but stay way after the closing time to get my issue resolved. After buying a twelve hundred dollar laptop, with a BLACK TIE WARRANTY, it looks like we could have a replacement power block without spending any more money. No such luck. We were told, I apologize for the inconvenience; unfortunately we do not have the AC adapter/power cord you need for your Asus laptop available to order. However, under your Geek Squad Protection Plan if you were to buy the part from any other retailer – online or in person, or direct from the manufacturer - we can provide you a reimbursement.So we had to buy another one for $120.00Now we have to wait for 60 days or so for a reimbursement.

I apologize to the employee I interrupted. They were having a heated discussion about video games. Since they keep the laptops locked up i had to interrupt them. Thankfully I didnt have any questions or there might have been a melt down. As soon as I showed them on my phone what I wanted, they were able to pick up there discussion while trying to help me. That may have been why he brought back the wrong item.... fortunately I was able to finally get the proper item.

I bought a Yamaha Home Theater Integrated Amp off the showroom floor In the Magnolia department. I got it home and discovered they didn’t put the power cable in the box! It’s a proprietary connector. They don’t answer the phone in the store, all calls are routed to a Customer Service person after an hour wait on hold! Now I have to drive 3 HOURS (round trip,) to go back to get it!😡

Wasnt bad I like how they greeting and Welcoming customer especially when you dont have mask, they always there for customer they serve mask and sanitizer, friendly and care about customer opinion. Best thing that I like about Best Buy They always tell you what brand is good and what fits your budget pocket money, in another word, I recommend all friends and family to go check it out.

Purchased a router 4 $214 dollars. Installed it, it kept asking for me to change my password. Could not find my receipt, bank statement was proof. Best Buy told me that it should have been returned in 15 days. Claimed that they could not put it back on the shelf. Gave gift card. Dont shop there. He said...you opened it! Really!! I bought it to use it.

Purchased a $200 Google mesh Wi-Fi system When moving into a new home. Literally out of the package one of the mesh systems did not work, and I purchased a year warranty in case of defect. I was not made aware by the employee at time of sale that they only have a 15 day return period on electronics. I made the mistake assuming they had 90 day return period and brought it back within that timeframe to exchange it and they wanted me to purchase the protection AGAIN on the one they swapped out. They sell you a lemon and charge you a fee to exchange it with the most absurd return timeframe I’ve even experienced at any retailer. I asked just to return the item instead of exchange it, but they would only put it on store credit… which I have no intention of shopping here again, so I declined. When you spend $200 on electronics you expect it to function as it should, and that an 11.85 billion dollar company wouldn’t try to swindle clients out of a measly 35$. Management made little to no effort to resolve the issue in a customer friendly way. I will not return.

I ordered a TV on 6/12 with delivery on 6/16 between 12-6pm. At 8:30pm, I still had not received my TV, had not received a call, nor was there an update on my Order Status. When I called, I was informed my delivery would have to be rescheduled for 6/23.I demanded a call from a manager and not surprisingly, never received a call to explain the delay.The next day, I finally receive an e-mail stating I will need to reschedule my delivery. Problem is, I am moving and the delivery missed the moving van, which left today.So disappointed in my experience and now I am concerned about the delivery of a washer and dryer to my new house.

Good customer service, but some employees were on their phones and huddled at their desks. They should probably be walking around their station ensuring that all the customers are ok and can find what they need. I should not have to go searching for you. However, once I have found someone they are able to assist me properly. ( This does happen often when I visit and not just a one time experience. That is why I updated my rating from a 5 to a 3. )

Had what we were looking for on the way of new phone cases and accessories but I was most happy that I wasnt bothered by any of the staff there. Only problem I really had was the fact that we had to go thorough a whole enrollment questionnaire or seemed at the counter and only got our receipt emailed. Its just a process I dont want to do.

What are best buys even for anymore? Place feels empty. Prices were way higher than Amazon on all the stuff I looked at. Just didnt see the point. Their movie selection is also very small and limited to new releases or the few collectors edition stuff for cable TV shows.Service was friendly.

The place to go if your looking for a purchase or some advice on what tech is the best! The store is neatly organized and there are effective ways to pick up with no-contact. The staff are very polite and are always eager to help when approaching the store.
