Nice store. I always find something interesting here! IMO, the quality of bath rugs, bedding, etc. is superior to anything I can find at Kohls or Target, and for a very comparable, competitive price. Recently purchased several bath rugs on clearance & with coupons, spent $5 - 8/ea. For that price, you can buy different looks to switch out as the mood strikes you, or while 1 is being laundered.Tip: if there is a product online not carried in the store, they will order it for you, no shipping charges (only if ordered in store). The sales associates go out of their way to be friendly & helpful.

They changed the layout of the store. I do like that its more open but they clearly got rid of A LOT of their normal merchandise they carried before.

Visit this store so it doesnt fade away. Lots of stuff you need most any time, right there. I was looking for a few kitchen things, got them, and picked up some pillow case covers that I saw, and needed as well. Good pricing and possible sale on anything, anytime. Nearly always worth the visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful with a return. They are also training new people and they were managers were helpful and friendly to the new employees. It is also being remodeled.

They are going through a remodel which i feel like has made some of their sections more sparse. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful though!

Was waiting in line to pick up order and one of the employees saw me. I was the only one in line the two behind the area had customer they were helping. The employee that had helped me previously asked if I had a purchase to pickup gave her my name and she went off got my items, checked my ID and on the way I went. Very helpful and extremely pleasant.

I placed an online order for in store pick up. The items were in stock and I received a confirmation email. Their website states that there is a two hour window and I would get a confirmation email and text when the order was ready. I’m about 30 minutes from the store, it has been more that two hours, so stopped by the store. They couldn’t find my order and it was cancelled. Apparently the items I ordered were already obligated to another customer. While a minor irritation, I ordered Christmas garland, so not a big deal. What I do have an issue with is the dismissive and nonprofessional discussion with the store manager. It’s a COVID world and he could have been having a bad day. He didn’t offer to look for the item at another store nor if they would be getting another shipment. All he did say is that he wasn’t selling something that was obligated to another customer and he walked away. Again, I wanted garland and ordered it online with prime delivery from Amazon. I want to support brick and mortar stores and support the local economy. People like the store BBB store manager make it easy to take my discretionary spending elsewhere.

Very clean, stocked with a variety of high-quality goods, some hard to find elsewhere. Narrow, cluttered aisles are a bit tricky to navigate. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

I had some question regarding returns and i chat online with keithlene and she was really great . She listened all my concerns and explained to me eveything. It was really good service .Thanks to Bed Bath & Beyond.

Came to get stuff for my brother for college. We got great discounts, and had a very helpful staff. We had three employees ask us if we needed help. We even had a staff member grab us something from a high shelf where she had to climb a ladder. We were able to save 69.14 on a nearly $300 shopping haul which is amazing!

My favorite bb&b. Always find something to look at or buy. Bigger location so they have what Im looking for most of the time. There is always multiple cashiers, so lines are never a problem on my visits. They could use a bigger clearance or discontinued section, I love me a great deal. 5 stars

Always well kept and staff is super helpful and nice. There was an older lady who helped us check out and she was just a sweetheart. Its kind people like her that just makes my day and makes me happy to return.

I bought a ROKU stick online here because it was on sale. Also a sprayer that attaches to a garden hose and a fatigue mat for the kitchen. Nothing else that I needed.

My fiancé and I went here to build our wedding registry. The experience was amazing!! We worked with Preston who made sure we understood the process. Wonderful person to work with and helped us along the way with ANY questions. Definitely would suggest going there if you are looking at upgrading household items.

My husband and I love this place. There is always something beautiful for the home that you wont find in the more basic department stores. They also send lots of coupons. My only complaint is that I wish they would build one more into Marysville.

They have a great variety of items to choose from. If you need help you have to look around a while, but once you find someone, they are helpful. I believe they need more people working there. People that are in the aisles to help you, and more people at the register so that the lines are not so long. I do enjoy shopping there.

I apparently came in to this location on the wrong night. They were having a bridal registration event, in which there were at least a hundred workers plus (no exaggeration) just walking and standing around. The place was packed to the point where I asked if the place was open to the public. What annoyed me about the amount of workers is that they kept blocking my way, etc., a pet peeve of mine when you are a worker representing the business.So understand that I was excited to go here because I just moved apartments and this time will be the first for me to actually spend money on decor. I had a $75 gift card and intended to spend additional money. I was in the curtain section, and I needed help. I found the situation frustrating when I asked a couple workers there for help and they said they couldn’t because they were working the event (by the way, there were only like 8 brides there so far). One worker even said to “come in on Thursday”. Today is Tuesday, this shouldn’t be how a business treats their customers. At that point, I was so frustrated with my experience I was putting all my to-be purchases back in their place to leave and I saw one of the workers roll her eyes at me because I didn’t put the curtains back exactly where they go.Well sorry I’m not someone who will spend at least $30,000 on one night (bride) Bed Bath & Beyond.

Bed Bath is the place you go for one thing and walk out with 15. Its where you find the things you never knew you needed but cannot thereafter live without. Roll-a-lotion body lotion applicator? Uh, yes please. Mickey Mouse shaped waffle iron? Sign me up! Its like the store is sentient, and can sense what you secretly desire, manifesting it there on the spot in one of the sand trap clearance displays set up land mine style across the main throughway. Also, they are now advertising their membership program in which you get 20% off EVERYTHING for a yearly fee of $29.99. Youll be saving so much money, you wont even notice that youve spent the equivalent of a semesters tuition at community college.

I like the weird gadgety things they have. They have things you never knew you needed!Prices are a bit steep but I have been able to find some great things on sale or super clearance. They always have those 20% off coupons which helps.I really like the homemade soap they carry at this location... I wish I could remember what its called... But they are glycerin soaps with pictures. My daughter got a cupcake one--super sweet smell, perfect for a little girl and my son got a whale--it smelled refreshingly clean.

I traveled an hour and a half with my daughter for a bridal registry appointment that was made months ago at a bridal show. We decided waited a few hours passing time. Only to find out there is NO appointment and only 1 person working the registry area and we waited an extra 20 minutes to talk to them and get the scanner. If we would have known that we could have went any old day or time. Very disappointed with the information we were given.

This is a very nice store. Employees have good attitudes & are actually there to help when needed. Thats a rare thing these days. Purchased new curtains & couldnt find my coupon. She told me to come back in when I found it & they would happily adjust the price. They did!! A bit bigger than my local Hilliard store, more selections & quantity.

Ive been here four times since moving to Dublin and each time, they do not disappoint. General pricing is right in line with other stores, but their on sale items and clearance has some fantastic items for your home.

Staff is super helpful, I think at one point 3 people were helping us pick out pillows and new bedding! We had to order something and they threw in a 20% off coupon, which I had but they let me use that one on something else!! I work retail and I understand how hard it is to run that large of a business and have great customer service, but they do it here at this location!!

They have a lot of odds and ends. Bathroom, kitchen and living room accessories which will keep you coming back to see what more you can do to add to your house. Sometimes you find cool stuff. Sometimes not.

Great assortment of kitchen and bath items. Never really bought many personal care items or bedding from their seemingly equally well-appointed selection. This bright, well-lit, and clean store does impressive ssles volume (one of highest in entire state of Ohio). BBBs value is their breadth of quality assortment in one place. Just make sure you never buy anything full price if you can... their coupons are frequently available via multiple channels.

So happy!!! I was able to find a portable fan for $7.99 that hangs around your neck and blows air on your face. I thought I was going to die at work!! This fan helps tremendously!!!

A little bit of everything but has gone downhill over the years. Its rather disorganized. Shelving in the middle of isles (discontinued items)that associates have not had time to properly mark and place in proper departments . Hard to find what youre looking for.

Its a larger BBB. They have the aisles wide enough for the claustrophobic to traverse. Everything else is exactly what they are known to be. Nice, friendly people. Clean store. Lots of weird, one off items.

Slow, disorganized, and out of half the things online shows them having. There are only about two employees who know what theyre doing. I mean the gal in the bathroom department had never heard of a foaming soap dispenser. She actually thought they didnt exist. This isnt even a teenage worker this is a middle aged woman!

I went in looking for Nespresso pods only to figure out that they dont sell them in stores at least the vertuo ones that being said The salesperson was super helpful and nice when we were speaking.
