Bought a bunk bed for my kids, they were courteous, and professional. They delivered everything within a week, and he even gave me replacement parts that my boyfriend broke when he put it together.

Absolutely horrible. Delivered broken furniture and refused to acknowledge broken furniture or refund money. Completely unprofessional. Bed bugs, I’m sure

Drivers came to my home with a complete incorrect order only thing that was right out of my 5 piece bedroom set was the bed everything else was Mitch match furniture the drivers said they would be back later that day with the correct pieces never came back they ignored my phone calls. I spoke with the store manager/ owner he advised I would get it within a week it’s going on 3 weeks since the original delivery date and I still only have the bed I’ve been making payments on bedroom furniture with only one piece to the 5 piece bedroom set I should have right now on top of that their communication is horrible! Great prices, great sales men aside from that they’re very unprofessional!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The professionalism and customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered and paid for furniture in full (a little over 7,500) July 2 and still have not received everything I ordered. The only communication I have with them is if I go to the store and I just keep hearing delays due to COVID, personal issues that they’re having, & promises to call me that never happen. They keep asking me to be patient and understanding to their personal situations but it’s business so not my problem if you can’t run effectively close down. In November I had the owner/manager Adam put in writing that I would get my money back and he asked me could I wait until after his Uncle (the owner) finished planning funeral for wife that passed away from COVID. I still haven’t received it just keep getting the run around. Save yourself the headache & trouble go somewhere else the savings aren’t worth the hassle

Just heard about them on Facebook and I’m happy that I drove 2 hours definitely worth it the quality and prices are amazing and I got approved quick delivered with no issues.

They close at 8PM yet they don’t answer the phone. I was told my furniture will be delivered in 4 weeks. No show. Then they told me they don’t actually have the furniture..they’re waiting to get it from Ashley’s furniture and to wait another 2 weeks ..umm?! Been a total of 8 weeks now with no furniture.

I was able to receive a price that was fair and better than I could get elsewhere. We shopped around in brick and mortar establishments and online. The price and quality met my expectations. It is the worst place to shopping. I really upset and telling that please do not go there for shopping .. worst costomer service .. needed various and unwanted things to verify your information... store manager Adam do not know how to deal with costomer.. other associates are worst... I ordered sofa set from them before two months.. they did not brought a chair which is one of the sofa set.They lie me many times even I need to bargain several times for my paid items. Even the store manager angry with me and told me to take back money of chair. I have not given him to use my money instead I paid for my furniture. Even the delevery is too worst they will call and not leave the voicemail and right after call they refuse to bring the ordered items and posponed more than two week time. If there is a zero rating i would give them. l would suggest everyone that if you need to bargain and want to waste of your time and money then only go there for shopping. I was super impressed with the selection we could choose from and the owner Adam was very helpful with matching the description of what I wanted from my sectional. Great place to buy beds. Worked a great deal with me for a king bed and a platform bed frame . They were able to bring me the bed and frame same day , and provided set up for the following day . Had a furniture set online for 300 each sofa for a sale at Ashleys and decided to ask this place about the same living room set and they gave us the price of 999 and they would throw in a free rug so I said well that is a deal then didnt get my items from Ashleys that were already in the cart. So I go back today and now the price went up to over 1600 dollars. These people are so rushed with everything and dont honor prices. I go to Ashleys and now the items are out of stock. I am beyond annoyed 😒. Never will I do that again!

Adam is in the process of working with me but currently I am dissatisfied with the customer service provided. I ordered a headboard in April and to this day it is unclear whether I will ever receive it. David is the person I did business with and when I call about my order he always has a reason to call back and never does. Adam ended up offering a different headboard and a free defective end table to compensate for the persistent problems, however the substitute headboard is the wrong color and after looking online its cheaper than the one I originally purchased. I feel robbed. I want what I paid for. Over the phone Adam told me he would check the inventory and see if or when the headboard I purchased would be in and I could swap out the substitute (which remains unopened). I never heard back.

I was so disappointed! I bought a bedroom set, living room set and dinning table. They promised to deliver in a week. During delivery I was missing my table and bed frame. I called them and they said the bed frame was broken and the dining table is not ready. They promised me a week again. I waited 2 weeks, nobody called me, no delivery as well. When I called again, I was told they have the bed frame and for my dining table I will jave to wait for another week. When you call before 2 pm, there is rude lady over the phone. She will tell you she has a customer and you got to hold. Great, since they got your money, your no more a customer. When she put you on hold, it is for 30, 45 minutes and more. You will have to hang up and called back. I have called the 4th week and they said my will be delivered the next day and yet another deception, no delivery no call. I called again, but this time I was not nice. I yelled over the phone and told them I will receive the table if not delivered the same day. They finally delivered the table in the night. I did not like the lies over and over, didnt like my stuff delivered piece by piece, I was disappointed I have to fight over the phone for what I bought.

Very rude no communication and when i said i wanted to cancel my order he started threatening me. That things that were going to happen to me because of it.
