I bought a washer on September 20th needless to say I haven’t got wash a single load of clothes in it since and it’s now October 1st they completely avoid my calls they gave me a loaner washer for a couple days and came gave me the one I bought back with the same issues as it had before. Highly don’t recommend they may be cheaper than other places but you don’t get good appliances or service. The owner however keeps saying he’s gonna handle it and call them but never get anything back that he’s handled it because I’m still sitting with a broke washer 11 days later with two toddlers that have 2 working parents that don’t have time to go to a laundromat!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Ive been dealing with this company and the SAME ISSUES for the past few months. I bought a washer and dryer and a dining room table... The washer and dryer didnt work so they replaced the dryer and that dryer didnt work to great... And after MONTHS of complaining that the washing machine didnt spin they finally brought another one and the agitator doesnt work and its full of black mold... Smh Highly Disappointed.They also dont answer the phone and have terrible attitudes when I walk in to let them know about the issues...

I think they provide great customer service , They will stick to what they have committed and I have personally experienced , They have great range of washers and dryers which you can purchase in 300-500 dollars budget which can last long. Will definitely recommend this place to my network

Do not buy from this business, spend a little extra and save a lot of headache. We paid cash for a washer/dryer which supposedly included delivery and 6 month warranty. We scheduled delivery for a Monday. They didn’t show up. They did call later to explain they shouldn’t have scheduled delivery on a holiday. Completely understandable. But, then they didn’t show up Tuesday or Wednesday or any other day that week. After multiple calls we finally got the set delivered only to find the dryer was broken. The delivery man took it back with him and promised he would deliver it, fixed, the following Tuesday. He never showed up. Many more calls to finally lead to us showing up at the store only to find the dryer was still broken. We were then offered a different dryer, plugged it in and it was also faulty. Finally on the next dryer we got a winner and drove it home. Terrible customer service. There was not one offer of a way to fix the problem. We love supporting local businesses but this one is banned from our list forever.

Our contractor has bought many refrigerators from this place and they never work properly, warranty guy doesn’t show up to fix his work, he bought a new fridge they promised they’d deliver same day, never did. Will never use this place again.

Beware of this place they sold me a baddryer they need money that bad.The ownerwouldnt even fix it or swop it out.The repairman came by drop off the dryer Ibought it would not heat up he told me the outlet was bad not getting enough power.Acouple months later i called another repair shop he told me it was the timer elment wasbad.I replace it guess what it works perfect itheats up.I wana kill ur business because helied an sold me sum shi.I hope they close down shut doors with they bad appliances.

I got a fridge and washer. I very excited until they started leaking. Messing up my paint on the wall and almost my hard wood floors, but within a week the fridge was replaced. The washer hose was replaced a few months back but now its leaking a lot more seems to be from the bottom. I called them they were closed today. I will call again tomorrow. Im trying not to say you get what you pay for. But it has a warranty so lets see.

I bought a fairly nice used refrigerator, it started leaking for a whole week, it took another week for them to come out and now it is taking another week or so for the part to come in . It has caused water damage to the carpet in the dining room. We also bought a used washer and dryer, works pretty well as of now. But we are disappointed on how long we had to wait until repairs could be done :(

This business definitely deserves 0 stars if that were even possible. They are rude, and they do not value their customers. I saw firsthand how disrespectful the MANAGER was to my mom over the phone, and how he lied to her with no problem, promising to come out and fix an issue in which no one ever showed up, multiple times. These people cursed my dad, and called him a lier, after they sold him a broken appliance and gave him a hard time about fixing it. Please do your due diligence in reading reviews and ratings before spending your hard earned money in a place that doesnt value you as a customer, they just want your money. I have half a mind to help my parents pursue legal action.

Washer was messed up from day one and this was June 2020. Isnt aggitating and needs a water pump.They only showed up a few times out of the several appointments I made but still have not fixed the issues. Why offer a warranty if you dont honor it? (Update) I ended up just buying a washer from Lowes bcuz now their number is disconnected when I call. The washer is on the side of the road. Straight trash. 0 stars if I could!

We bought a black side by side black fridge from this company on 10/19/2020 because we got a home that did not have fridge in it already. Let me tell you that from the start it has just been a nightmare. When we went in there was only one fridge left. I asked if the ice and water worked and the young girl in the front told me that it did. When she went to take out her personal food from the fridge and unplug it I noticed that the ice water line was broken, but since she said it would work, I thought nothing of it. When we got it home the fridge was cool for maybe 1 day and not surprising the water and ice was not working, but leaking out onto the floor when I went to get water. Monday it was not cooling at all and all the food was bad. I called the company to use our 6 month warranty and they said theyd come out the next day. The next day a man comes out, looks at it and stays maybe 5 minutes and says he needs to order a part. Let me just cut this whole thing short by saying in a full month of having this fridge, we have filled it 3 times and had food go bad, the guys have come out at least 5 times (and never when they say they will show), the woman up front had me confused with another customer in phenix city with apparently the same problem with a fridge and literally argued me down about it being our home and not someone elses she was talking about, and the fridge still does not work. We have since just bought a new fridge. Save your time and money as it is truly not worth the frustration. This company does not care, they stand up for theyre employees when they are wrong, and its clearly all about the money. Go elsewhere.

We bought our washer/dryer back in July and had a small problem with the way the washer was functioning. It was still under warranty, so we decided to call, even though we couldn’t find our receipt. They said it was no problem, sent someone out to look at it right away, and even made us another copy of our receipt, just in case! We were impressed with the service we received both times someone came to our house to work on the washer. They were so apologetic, even though it wasn’t really their fault, and they worked hard to correct the problem.

Good luck getting them to return calls, answer the phone or make a repair. Its been 4 months waiting on them to repair an ice maker in a fridge. Also have an issue with a flat top range, gave me a price over the phone without ever coming to check out the problem. Told me id be better off buying a new range from them. Thats rich.

I had no problems bought a use washer and dryer set for 250.00 works great had it over a year now. Everything still works properly they even install it and gave me the pipes as well as the dryer part that connects to the wall so the heat can go outside. I was amaze at the price and the professionalism the employees showed. Great job 👍

Really nice at first when you are buying something and once you call and tell them it is messed up its hard to get them to come repair it and still having problems. Also tore a hole on my new floor that was just put in and tried to say they aint responsible on any damages thats why the offer free delivery but I picked my own appliances up what they were delivering was a repair they couldnt fix and had to bring a new one out. WILL NOT EVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT EVEN SEND MY DOG TO THEM

Ive had a washer for 3 months and have had problems with it. Then the guy that comes out to fixes it gets my carpet soaking wet, doesnt even put the washer back together all the way. And fixed the 1st problem and left me with a whole new problem. Then when you call the lady says she will call you back and then never does.

The repairman never showed up and my 80 something year old granddad needed him for a rental house that my family owns. They said they would show up and never did. I don’t know what is the problem but that sounds rude to me.

I bought a fridge from them in April of this year. They told me that there was a 1 year warranty on the fridge and that if I had any problems to call and they would fix it. Well 2 months later the fridge stopped keeping things cold. I called them and it took several times of calling but I finally got someone they contracted with to come out and fix my fridge. It was fixed and it worked but then 2 months later it stopped working again! I called and called finally got someone, made an appointment to have someone come out and look at it and they never showed up!!! I called several times and never got someone to answer the phone. I left messages and they never called me back. After a week of this, and all the food in my fridge going bad, I gave up and called another repair company. This guy came out right away looked at my fridge and told me that the fridge was faulty. He told me he could do a temporary fix but that it wouldnt last very long. I asked him if it was possible to fix it permanently but he told me it would cost as much as I paid for it to fix it!! Bottom line, save yourself the time, money, and heartache and do not go here!!! The prices are fantastic, but its not worth it when they are selling you faulty equipment!!

I AM a real costumer of the Appliance Outlet. My wife and I bought a washer from them about 7 months ago. I can tell you, the people in the store were amazing! Friendly and fast! The delivery was great (although it took three days, but thats all good, it wouldve taken Lowes a week or two). We have had ZERO complaints or issues with our washer! My dryer (that I did not buy from them) just went out, so we are actually about to buy a dryer from them as soon as I can get there to get one. I recommend this place.

They do not use dollies and they are not responsible for Damaging your house because they provide free delivery with that being said my well and floor was damaged and I called 3 times I was told lies that they would come out access the damage but no one ever came out or returned my phone calls when I call them to come and repair my washer I addressed the issue of my floor being damaged he decided to blame it on my dog even though I showed him physical proof of the day of delivery and me calling him after always that day they are dishonest and not professional... Dont be fooled by the prices! That is what lured me in. I bought a refrigerator and washer and dryer set cash. I did not have any where to store it until I moved in my new place, so the owner said he would keep it there for me until its delivered. This was a week, so a couple of days before they were supposed to deliver I went to check on it and discovered that they were about to sell the washer and dryer set I bought!! I clowned and threatened to call police, so they gave me my set and sabotaged my refrigerator. The refrigerator worked for two weeks! I kept calling for them to honor their warranty, but they kept giving me the run around! Finally they sent someone out to only give my fridge a quick fix than to completely repair it! I had to end up buying a fridge from someone else, so that was 350 dollars gone down the drain!!! Not to talk bad about them, but I wasted food because they wanted to scam and by me having children, that angered me alot! I would rather buy from someone thats going to keep it real than someone who scams and lies!!!! I hope this helps someone save money!!!!

Again a no show without a call. Very disappointed

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.....THEY SELL FAULTY APPLIANCES.....I HAVE PROOF.Wow....where do I start.......okay so Im new to Columbus and I was looking for a good used refrigerator, so this lady at the rental company i rent from told me to try App Outet and i did. When I first entered the store i saw pretty decent looking appliances however it was the stainless steel pull out freezer door refrigerator that caught my eye. I walked over and looked at the SS refrigerator thati notice was unplugged, so I asked the lady at the desk does it work good and if she would plug it up.....she says yeah this is a nice very nice one that works good and then she tells me that they leave their appliances plugged in overnight to ensure that they work properly. She said the only thing that was wrong with it is that it was missing the handles. So in good faith, I bought the refrigerator and paid 15 extra dollars to have it delivered to my home. The first week it worked fine baside the rattling noise by the second week the rattling got worse and the refrigerator stopped getting cold. So instead of complaining....I thought maybe its something i can do....so i unplugged it and plugged it back in and adjusted the temps and the rattling stopped and it started getting cold again for about 2 weeks and then stopped again. But this time it kept on shutting off and on along with the loudloud rattling noise as well. So i called someone to come out and he say that i should get in contact with the place i bought it from because its no way that they did not know this was happening which is the reason why they had it unplugged in the first place and why they stated no warranty......and i agree. I even called them to make them aware of whats going on and the owner said theres nothing they can do.....but being the person i am and working at a major home builders store and coming in contact with business owners and contractors on a everyday basis....the right thing to do for the sake of building a great customer report....the least he couldve done was send someone to look at the refrigerator and i wouldve even been happy with that effort at least....just to know that he was going to try and do the right thing wouldve been very genuine and professional....but this company is just out to make a quick buck and from most of their reviews from past consumers it seems like they sell faulty equipment alot.....only thing i can say is that i told the lady at the front desk that i would be back to buy a black stove, a washer and a dryer and would bring my friend who needed the same, but after this experience no sir.......yeah they got me and its a lesson learned......i wish them the best with the business cause you can only get away with doing people wrong for so long......word of mouth travels fast......so from here on out sir be honest and do the right thing. Sales lady - great. Delivery kid - disaster. The like-new dryer, freshly painted, was delivered by this immature punk badly dented, scratched all the way down one side (which he had facing down when brought in). Also the feet were bent 45 degrees. He hurriedly began the install like nothing was wrong. When we pointed out the damage he said yes he was going to tell us. Not. He argued and argued with a poor poor attitude. He said someone would be calling to bring out another and sped away in his tricked out pickup. 3 hours later, nothing.

I found this place online & shouldve kept it moving because Ive had my washer for only 3 days & the 1st time that I tried to use it,it bounced around so bad when it came to the rinse cycle until I had to turn it off so I called them & the owner told the young lady that I had to haul it in myself not only do it have a 6 month warranty its not my responsibility to have to haul it back over there I live way in Auburn,Al whoever the owner is he/she need to take a class in customer service because clearly customers arent their top priority.

I purchased a refrigerator on March 12, 2016 and it worked for about a month. I made 4 different appointments and every time they said they were coming I waited in wasted an entire day for them to never show up. No I would not recommend them.

Dryer hasnt worked properly since the day I bought it almost a year ago and now its completely dead, havent even tried to call to see if they would honor the warranty because I dont feel like being even more pissed off. I would have to run the cycles three or four times and when I did call and let them know they TEXTED me asking me were my vents clear, yada yada. Add insult to injury the delivery guy got my number off my order sheet and texted me which is HIGHLY inappropriate. So now I have a dryer full of wet clothes and no way to dry them. Joke of an establishment if Ive ever seen one

My delivery time was for 10, they showed up at noon. With the wrong washer. When they got mine to me the washer was broken and he jammed a 3 prong into a 4 prong and almost electrocuted his self! I called, no one answered the phone! Worse experience ever!

Hope that your appliances work when you get them, because you will be placed on an ignore list if you have an issue. I was supposed to have someone come look at my fridge as it took almost 2 weeks to start cooling and they completely ignored me. I can only hope the fridge stays running until I can get a brand new one.
