Pam is such a wonderful person who is dedicated to helping. I cant recall the gentleman that willingly helped me move my appliances (we definitely needed the help for what I got). The only problem I have is in regards to the business owner. I feel he should treat his employees with more respect and consideration. He was extremely rude in the presence of a customer (myself). I can only imagine the stress he puts his employees thru during closing, or any time no one is present. Pam and the gentleman made my experience wonderful. I greatly appreciate the support.

I hate to shop! I hate it with each fiber of my being.Appliance & Mattress Center, just WOW.Kim greeted me at the door. As I went through the process Pam came in, since Kim got busy in the office while she was waiting for me to finish my paperwork, Pam immediately took over.She assisted me with deciding between a refrigerator with an ice maker versus a refrigerator with out one. A simple question Is there a water line for the ice maker? It didnt matter to her that the one with the ice maker was a higher price, what mattered was what I actually needed.I went with the one without, purchased a gas stove, a queen mattress, and a platform frame.We were finished in less than 15 minutes. Both ladies were kind, patient, professional yet friendly.I was told that my items would be delivered on Monday between 11 and 3 p.m. I explained that I work from home, please text me and I would leave the door open.I received a text at 10:26. Stating they would arrive in 25 minutes and they did.Because they read the instructions they were quite, professional, set up my appliances quickly made sure everything was just as I wanted it and they were gone.I shopped on line for over a week. I called various stores, some not open when I arrived even after calls of confirmation.Appliance & Matress Center has great appliances, money back guarantees, financing; using the best approach, what do you need. There was no pressure to sell.Did I mention the prices? They are reasonable, affordable. This was by far the best shopping experience of the last 15 years.Im going back for other appliances! I wont shop anywhere else! A great experience.

We bought a dryer and it worked good for a few days but the door switch accidentally broke. We took it back and they fixed it for us. We were delighted as Pam did not charge us anything for fixing it. We definitely recommend this place as they fulfill their customer needs. We will for sure be coming back !

Bought a stove on 4/24/2021. Used self-clean function on 5/1 and the oven light never went off. Manager says I have to bring the stove back to the store for any repairs? WHO DOES THAT? 5/27 the oven stopped working completely. Go somewhere that understands you cant just load up stoves and fridges and washer/dryers and drive them around town for them to honor their alleged 60 day warranty that has soo many loopholes you dont really have a warranty.

Pam was very helpful and pleasant. Was very satisfied with customer service while purchasing washer and dryer. However, was not satisfied that delivered a day late and once delivered washer not working properly. Called appliance store and was told to call Samsung. Not so customer service now. You make a person feel as if they are bothering you now that you got the sale. Maybe a little help would have went a long way. Could have ask if there was anything you could do to help so that you would still get my family business again. Think not!! Only had the washer 1 day and still one load of clothes not done.

Even though this business has been in Columbus for 30+ years- I had never heard of them before! They have great inventory and amazing prices! They also deliver and will remove old appliances if asked!

I purchased a mattress & box spring set and I was delighted!!! Getting ready to purchase another set for my guest bedroom. The sales lady and manager are great!!!

I would give it one star because the issues I had with my appliances. I got a washer and dryer from there and they both messed up like a week apart. Then end up having to give me another washer. The dryer stopSpinning because it needed a new belt. They did some out to fix that but not even a year later the dryer won’t stop spinning when you open it so you have to turn the dryer completely off for it to stop. The washer wouldn’t drain out the water so they came out to fix it then it broke again and they replaced it. Not even a year later the kid switch on my washer broke, so I’m back to square one. I would recommend anybody to go to Lowe’s, Best Buy or any other appliance store because they all offer payment options if that’s you issues. Some of them even go through the same companies as here. I gave it one star because they were nice during the process but it still a lot to go through when I just got it but I guess that’s what you get when you get used appliances.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with in my entire career. We just called inquiring about which dryers they had in stock since we are located 2 hours away at the moment & experienced terrible customer service. Instead of reading off the model number to us of the unit they had over the phone which takes seconds, she insisted we drive two hours to come look at it. When I told her we couldn’t today since we were working out of town, she insisted we come Saturday & giving us attitude. Then after I gave up on asking for the model number, I simply asked for the price for the new unit and she hung up.This entire phone conversation was extremely unprofessional and she gave attitude the entire time. As a small local business owner myself, I am very disappointed in how this local business is handling their sales & customer service.I DO NOT recommend.

The customer service overall experience is excellent I was in and out I got accepted with a credit application I put in for my washer and dryer they delivered it the next day. Even though I know they say same day delivery but, I had stopped in when it was about to close and I was fine with Appliance and Mattress Center delivering my washer and dryer the next day.I heard about Appliance in Mattress Center from my grandmother she has been going there ever since I was a little girl for whatever she needed in her household and I chose to give Appliance and Mattress Center a shot because Appliance and Mattress Center has helped my grandmother and other family members for years.
