Tony and the entire service dept took great care of me and my F Type.

Purchased a used 2017 Jaguar XF 35t AWD Premium from this dealership. At first I was taken away by the sales and finance department. This whole experience started off as one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. As the months went on with the vehicle I applied Chemical Guys Clean Slate to find numerous deep scratches, acid rain spot, and tree tar embedded in to the finish that was covered cosmetically from the dealership during sale presentation. Then it wasnt until 4 months in that I took my first 8 hour road trip in the vehicle to discover that I did not have 10 way power seats as was presented to me at the time of sales. The parts department if impossible to communicate with. I have tried to order several accessories and parts to no avail with this dealership that I receive better service from the dealership in Albuquerque which I pass twice a month. Which leads us to the service department at this dealership. They are extremely undermining and confrontational. The one service rep through a tantrum and stormed off while I simply inquired about a warranty item. There arent many options for Jag dealers in the area but I would shop elsewhere or use extreme caution and judgement when dealing here.

Jaguar Colorado Springs is an amazing store there is a Salesman name Micheal P. He is a very intelligent guy he knows his Jaguars inside out very knowledgeable guy with a great personality and very friendly. On March 20, 2019 my husband and I test drove the F-Pace. A delightful and very professional salesman by the name of Michael waited on us. Of any salesman at any dealership we visited he was by far the most courteous and knowledgeable. A truly great experience.

Service as it should be. Other CO dealers quoted a 7 to 17 day lead time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Although the travel to the Springs dealership was inconvenient, the service was friendly, prompt, same day and accommodating (I had a large dog with me). The requested service was performed efficiently, a loaner was provided for the lunch hour service window and the F-PACE was serviced, vacuumed and washed when I returned, about an hour and 1/2 later. Thanks to the Red Noland Jaguar-LR dealership.

We came in to test drive cars yesterday and we were blown away by Deon Canales. Were not making a decision until end of this year, but we are highly considering a Jaguar because of her. She was VERY conscious of listening to what were looking for and wasnt trying to rush a quick sale (which now makes us want to buy from her even more). Deon cares about the relationship with her customers. She spent a couple of hours with us while knowing we arent pulling the trigger. We cannot wait to work with her! I highly recommend you go in and ask for Deon if you want a sales person you can trust.

I travel extensively and Jaguar Colorado Springs takes excellent care of my vehicle. They notify me of tech orders and applicable recalls, show me issues and plausible fixes and let me decide. If parts need ordering, they are quick to get them coming and schedule times for service that fit my hectic, unrealistic schedule and they still manage a smile and a joke to make my day. I usually need a vehicle whilst they work and they give me one right off the lot! 5 Star service without a doubt!

This is a good jaguar dealer really good parts department if you know how to work on your own stuff and the land Rover stuff is really thoughtful too Tata is doing a good job well see what the french do with them hopefully they turn out a little more Renault and Bugatti than peugot

I recently brought my car in for a recall and also to speak about a previous recall that was done on the gas tank because mine was leaking. The dealership said they would preform the one recall and look into the leaky gas tank. They said there mechanic diagnosed the issue as the entire tank needed to be replaced because the tank was bad, this being the issue for the original recall. Replacing the tank means the pumps and all internal components would need to be replaced as well quoted at over $3,000. Luckily I am an experience Harley Davidson Technician and was able to diagnosis the problem in 5 mins by pulling off the top retaining ring were the leak was to determine it was cracked. I have a temporary fix in place that has stopped the leaky tank and have the parts on order to fix it for less than $200 dollars.Be extremely careful if you are going here to get worked done. They will not sell you the small part that needs fixed they will try to sell you the entire component. They may even say they need replace the entire component that way they can warranty it. That is BS and that is there way to make more money and rip you off. This is no way to run a business!!Jaguar Customer Relations called me today about this. After voicing my concerns hopefully something is done.

Great Response Time

The service department is fantastic, Curtis Kincaid is the Service Consultant that handled my repairs, I was traveling through town when on a Saturday at noon my car needed a major repair, and Curtis Kincaid discussed the situation, set my expiations and then exceeded them. My worst case scenario turned in to the best scenario possible. I was fixed and on the road by late afternoon. Love it!

This is truly a business worthy of a 5 star rating! I have worked with the sales team at Red Noland JLR to find the last 5 vehicles I have owned. The team at Red Noland, especially Rob Franko is always on top of my needs as a customer! I had to special order my vehicle from another location in the U.S. and Rob took care of the necessary details to make it happen. Working with the service team has been a smooth experience as well. They always make sure I have a loaner vehicle when my car is getting repaired so my time isnt wasted waiting for the repairs. Most dealers have a churn and burn mentality when it comes to treatment of their customers- this is not the case with Red Noland. They treat each customer right and spend time to make sure all their needs are met and exceeded!

The new car sales team are great.But I had to wait for the mechanics to finish up their lunch and then wait for a NAPA parts truck, just to replace a front indicator lightbulb. $25.00 part(?) and waiting over an hour for a fteakin OEM light bulb? Seriously?

Excellent service department that was helpful in suggesting a product to clean the wheels as well. I am a repeat costumer.
