Lug nut was found not torqued, cross threaded, and somehow was released back to me. There are serious safety and quality assurance concerns with this service department. When I spoke to the staff, including the manager, it seemed to be an acceptable issue. The response from the advisor was β€œthe lug nut cross threaded itself”. My concern is any good technician should be using a torque wrench on lug nuts and would see that one is crossed threaded (which usually results when they are threaded on with an impact instead of by hand). It’s unfortunate this was my first and last time I will be bringing my vehicles here for service. There is no trust they are servicing vehicles to standard.

I made an appointment to get my radio up and working in my old Honda because I couldnt find the manufactures code. Stephanie was so awesome! She notified me of recalls and had 2 completed the same day as my original appointment and they ordered a part for the recall that they will complete as soon as the part is in. They took out the whole console and found the code! wahoo- I have a radio and a safer car!

I highly recommend Freedom Honda as the place to have your care serviced. They were friendly, polite, courteous, and provided β€œexcellent customer service”. I had my car winterized. They not only took care of my oil change, but topped all fluids, checked my tires and filled those that needed air. They also washed my car. I will be a permanent customer. We have used freedom Honda twice and both times have been a great experience from start to finish. Mikey in service made sure we were comfortable while we waited for our vehicle. They stay in touch during the service to let you know how things are going. The waiting room is huge and comfortable, big screen TV included or easy to just read your own material. Our car came out perfect! Had a follow up call after we were home on how our service went. We will be back when our vehicle needs servicing.

Angelo was a fantastic help! He was very knowledgable, very personable, and just seemed like he cared about me getting what Im wanting and not just about his pay. The thing that really sold me was just how he didnt act like a normal car sales man who pressures you to buy. I was in Colorado Springs, over 100 miles from home, due to my husband being in the hospital when my car wouldn’t start. I went to another dealership in town to have my battery checked. They said it tested good and I shouldn’t have any other problems. Well, a few days later my car wouldn’t start again. I drove straight to Freedom Honda service department. The helpful staff got my car right in and determined that it was the battery. Replaced the battery and got me on my way to the hospital. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will never forget this help and will be sure to recommend your dealership to others.

Great technical service. However, I was assured they had $30 per day car rentals there, over the phone. When I arrived, they had no vehicles for rent, the in-person customer service rep was initially attitudinal about my polite complaint, and I was then offered a ride over to nearby Enterprise to rent a vehicle for nearly $80 per day. The rep later corrected his attitude and made up for it. The initial snarl kept me somewhat guarded for the rest of our interactions. As far a I can tell, the repairs were done well.

Dalton helped us out tremendously. Did a great job showing us the features of the vehicles we were interested in. we ended up buying the vehicle. Dalton is the only reason we purchased the vehicle at this location. He spent a solid 2 hours with us helping us choose the right vehicle.After selecting the vehicle... you deal mainly with finance department personnel. READ PAPERWORK FROM FINANCE DEPARTMENT CAREFULLY. Be very careful when dealing with the finance department. Do your research. Know what your trade in is worth.... and how much the vehicle your purchasing is worth. An β€œerror” almost cost me $1,500 during final signing. Magically numbers started changing.They ended up fixing the β€œerror” and I purchased the vehicle. If things went smoother in the finance department..... I would have given 5 stars

Some of their service advisors are thoughtful and great but some will offer smug indifference to your concerns when expectations are not met.They’re great as long as everything goes according to plan…after that they don’t really care about the impact to your life or wallet.

I was happy that they did not install new brakes because I actually did not need them. They pointed that out so that’s a plus. This review is about the lack of communication by the Freedom Honda management team. In short, it takes 30 seconds to update operating hours online, which would have saved me 40 minutes of driving. The Google business profile says the service department is open today, 9/11/21, until 5 PM, but there is a sign on the door that says the service department closed at 3 PM. Absolutely unbelievable.

Freedom Honda is pretty much...one of the best dealerships I’ve ever worked with. I was the previous owner of a 2003 BMW 325i, but during Happy Honda Days decided to spring and grab myself a few car. The catch? I have zero credit. The team at Freedom was able to work with me and get me in a brand new 2018 Honda Fit EX for 300/mo, pretty much fully loaded. Called Freedom and talked to Dylan and brought the car in and they tested battery, alternator and starter, all registered fine. They couldn’t recreate the problem, so we picked it up. This is my first time going to Freedom Honda since moving to Colorado in December. I’ve had bad previous experience with another Honda dealership, back in Tacoma, WA and let the service representative know this right away. I’m currently leasing a vehicle and wanted to be sure everything was up to par. I also have a maintenance plan for the vehicle so there is no out of pocket for mechanical issues or anything on the vehicle itself.I was told, for the items I requested (power steering fluid, transmission, oil change, tire rotation and balancing, brake fluid, air and cabin filters) that it would cost $650+. I told them with the maintenance plan there should be no out of pocket. They looked over the list and took off the transmission and power steering fluids, then stated this would be covered and it would take a couple of hours. Now, with current COVID precautions the courtesy shuttle is unavailable, but I was neither offered nor suggested a loaner vehicle to offset the time it would take. I did however hear another couple ask the same thing, and were told β€œwe have loaner vehicles but they rent at $30 a day minimum” On my account it stated a free loaner vehicle with service, so I was a little frustrated.Upon reaching the two hour mark, I asked for a status update from the representative and was told β€œany minute”. Finally, after 2 hours and 40 min I was told everything was okay and sign here. They did not walk me through what they did, what they found, and left me a little perplexed. I drove home but upon almost arriving, my tire pressure warning light came on. I then had to drive back to the dealership and ask what had happened. Rather than feeling like a customer and valued, I felt in the way and demeaned because I had asked for them to simply fix the issue. They proceeded to recalibrate the sensors and said that should suffice.I’ve had multiple issues with Honda dealerships and their service centers. I was hoping for a fresh start and a reinvigorated trust in the company, but instead I feel more frustration and concern for my safety and my family’s safety taking the vehicle in to be worked on. I have no idea if they really did what they stated, but if the tire alarm is any representation, I feel let down yet again.

I had problems with another dealership in fixing the heater core in my 2012 Honda CR-V. As a senior I felt taken advantage of by the other dealer replacing a different part and trying to convince me I didnt know how to use my heater correctly. Freedom Honda went out of their way to help me. Everyone in the service department was wonderful to me, and the managers went out of their way to help me. I was not treated this well after I bought my car from the other dealership. Its worth the extra hour drive now, to be treated honestly, with respect, and know my car will be fixed correctly. I took my car in today and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The service itself was fine. However almost everyone there was not properly wearing their masks. The person who first was outside of my car when I got there for the appointment? Mask under the chin. Person who I checked in with? Took down his mask to talk to me. Person who drove my car back up when I was picking it up? Mask under the chin, in my own car. Colorado guidelines dictate that masks restrictions can only be lifted in areas with incidence rates under 35 per 100,000 and we are at 247.5 in El Paso county today solike in my car??? Even in my car? After paying $325 for my brake fluid to be changed?? Come on.

I made several attempts to call and text for answers and they didn’t respond in a timely manner. I was very disappointed, I went and retrieved my car due to their lack of service. I don’t recommend Freedom Honda , all they will do is waste your time. Not deserving of a one star. They act too big to care.

I bought my 2020 Odyssey here in October 2020 and just went in for the first service. Both experiences were fast and efficient. The sales was very fast with minimal haggling and I felt I got a very good deal. For service, it was only 40 minutes or so for an oil change and tire rotation. Mikey was my service advisor and let me know of a promotional price for the work done which I appreciated. I generally DIY my own maintenance but I prefer to use the dealer during the warranty period but for this price and speed I think I will continue to use Freedom Honda.

I had a recall for a part on my vehicle, so I made an appointment for it to be fixed at this location. I was not informed that the appointment would only be to inspect, not to actually perform the repair for this recall. That was ok with me as I was informed after their inspection that day that Freedom Honda was ordering the part and they would notify me once it arrived a couple of days later. They said I would be able to get the vehicle fixed no later than the day after the part arrived. I called to check on the part today, was told it was in, and I asked if I could drop my car off this afternoon to have the repair done tomorrow. I was told yes over the phone, but when I came to drop off the car I was told I would need an appointment and they are booked until this weekend. Even after explaining the chain of events, I was rudely told they could not do anything to help me until the end of this week. I am not sure what is going on at this location and why they would not have told me I needed to make a second appointment when I was there in the first place.

If I could give Freedom Honda 100 stars I would. From the service director Chris to the service advisor Danny and technician Jeff, these guys are all top notch! I recently noticed a gas smell coming from my daughters Honda Fit, and contacted Chris about scheduling and getting the car looked over ASAP. Not only did he get me in right away, but as soon as I arrived, Danny and Jeff made sure the car was thoroughly tested for any possible leaks, and within a half hour determined everything was okay. Reviewing service department.Listened thoroughly to our concerns. Did a timely and complete evaluation of the vehicle. Communicated the problems clearly. Our problem was a safety issue and the service department handled it in a way that really gave us confidence it was being addressed correctly.The service manager (S.G.) really went to bat for us, fought to make sure we had the proper coverage and that her people were given enough time to do the work well while also respecting our time. Whole department seemed to move fluidly and efficiently. While waiting I heard many interactions between other service reps and other customers, they were respectful, listened, communicated well. I even heard one rep suggest that a requested maintenance wasnt needed yet -- he was happy to do the work, but informed the customer that it wasnt necessary. That was free money the department turned down to do right by a customer.Dealership service departments, in my experience, have a justified bad reputation. They are often the very last place youd take your vehicle if you want it repaired well, at a reasonable price, and want to be treated decently while dealing with them. They are either rude or they condescend and spin their conversations. This was 100% not my experience with Freedom. I was really shocked by how hard they worked to do an excellent job. Cant praise them enough.

Marty Stuart was my service writer and he was outstanding! He assured me that what I was having done to my 2017 CR-V was necessary based on the mileage and year. He even took the extra step of informing me that Freedom Honda had discount coupons available for some of the service recommended. For all that was done on the vehicle, the time it took to do it was remarkably short and the car was returned spotless with a fresh wash! I live much closer to a competing dealership but the extra time and trouble needed to travel to Freedom Honda is well worth it.

:EDIT: I had purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Touring in June, from Mike Maroone Honda….After a few weeks I had noticed that some of my dash lights were not illuminated so of course I took it to Mike Maroone the first time whom had told me that’s how it was supposed to be and the car was normal. After doing my own research I found those dash lights were supposed to be illuminated so after feeling shoved off by Maroone I decided to take it to Freedom Honda, my service advisor Marty….the first visit in for them to assess my vehicle was a little rough communication was not particuarly great but they Atleast recognized there was an issue. But after picking my car up and no returned phone calls from Freedom for a week and a half I decided to take my research back to mike Maroone whom kept my car for 2 hours only to come back and tell me there’s nothing they can do that they can’t β€œadd lights” because that’s how the car was supposed to be. Chris Burris from Freedom had gotten in touch with me professionally polite and understanding that I was rather extremely frustrated at this point made the appointment to take my car back and just like magic, I have dash lights lit up again! In a world of a pandemic and short staff everywhere, and excusing my light frustration and my apologies to Freedom Honda, I cannot thank them enough for making my car right and I didn’t even purchase from them they didn’t hesitate to evaluate and fix the fault from the factory, all I can say is…Thank you Freedom Honda, Chris, and Marty.

The starter failed on a 2016 accord sport. I called Rick in Finance dept. He confirmed that I was covered on my extended warranty. I live in Springs but work in Pueblo. Pueblo Honda was horrible.Rick helped with my warranty. Brad in Parts helped moved me forward- ordered my part and arranged for service. Chris in service saved the day. He went above and beyond expectations. He made things happen like it was nothing. I’m a matter of 3 days, one rental car and a replaced starter- my car is golden.Gentlemen- I can’t thank you enough. Second-to-None experience when I visited these guys!! (13 and 16 May 2019) I felt zero pressure, in fact I initially visited the dealership on Monday May 13th (didnt buy or lease anything) to test drive a few of their recommendations and asked a ton of questions. After about 5 hours, I left to conduct more research and think about my options. I came back the following Thursday (16 May) to lease a beautiful 2019 Honda Accord Manual 2.0T. I chose Freedom Honda because of the professionalism, knowledge, and patience from the staff. You can find car deals anywhere at anytime. I bought a Used Chevrolet Truck here from Eric Holt as my representative. Did not cause hassle with haggling paid sticker price. To my knowledge the vehicle was in great condition.About 9 Months or so later took it in to a Chevrolet dealership and they informed me that someone had drilled into one of my fluid tanks when putting in an aftermarket product. I had not done any work to the truck so I bought it this way from the dealership.I have tried contacting them to see if they could help with any of the payments or damages that were present when I bought the vehicle with a response from Jeremy Lehrman saying he was looking into the issue. I have not heard back since and spent all of my COVID relief stimulus check on paying for something that was not my fault and they told me everything was in great condition when I bought the truck.Not really the best Business Practice to satisfy a customer who drove 2 hours to pick up the truck and didnt cause any hassle when buying the truck.I would stray away from this dealership.

I don’t always have good luck with dealership service departments but Mikey came through with some honest answers and the service department did a great repair. I appreciate service departments who will work with you to complete necessary work and can put reasonably priced fixes in for larger issues to put off the major repair expenses. Mikey at Freedom Honda was able to get my car serviced quickly and knowing I have Honda parts for my repair let’s me know the work will be under warranty if there are any issues.
