Giving rating of 1 because negative is not available. I bought SUV and immediately repented my decision going to them. This dealership is only interested till they sell you something. They are least interested in looking at the poor quality vehicle they sell it to you. Poorest after sell customer service I ever experienced. We tried to follow up on a very dangerous safety issue with the windshield and all they could tell us was to contact KIA. I am following up for a week and KIA America sends standard auto replies. Come on folks, at least show some concern about a customers safety. They can buy more if they stay alive.Do not trust their dealer add-on like Pro Pack. Mine started peeling off within 2 days. Peak Kia Colorado Springs has one excellent service department. My family and I drove in to the Springs from Southern California within the miles range from our last Southern Cal Kia Dealership maintenance service. I needed to have a maintenance service done before the 1100 or so miles drive back to Southern California. I called all Kia Dealerships in the Springs to try and make a service appointment but all were booked solid past my departure date back to Southern Cal. Peak Kia told me on the phone that I could always try a walk-in for service, so I did, and service advisor Ricardo Figueroa took my 2020 Kia Sedona in for maintenance service right away. I asked Ricardo to point me in the right direction for a short walk to a restaurant for breakfast. After breakfast it was a very short wait time for service to be finished with my Kia Sedona. Service did a great job on the maintenance. Peak Kia Colorado Springs put my mind at ease (since the maintenance was done) about the long drive back to Southern California.Great job Ricardo Figueroa. Peak Kias other service people such as Dave Reed were also really nice people. A big thank you to Peak Kia Colorado Springs.

I went to Peak Kia with an open mind on what vehicle I wanted but in the specific mid-size SUV/Crossover class. I was amazed at the experience Kia offered compared to what I remember of the brand a decade ago. I ended up purchasing from this dealership from Rachael, in sales, and Eric, as the manager, mainly because of the customer service experience I received there. I had the option to save a small amount on similarly equipped vehicles but I believe in customer loyalty if I am treated well and I have never had a dealer be more honest and direct with me.

Very disappointed in the service here. I purchased a used vehicle with only 16000 miles on it. After a week of owning my new vehicle I experienced some mechanical issues. I brought it back to peak kia since they offer a 30day satisfaction, to help me pin point and solve the issue. They kept my vehicle for 9days before telling me their mechanics where not equipped to handle my vehicle. They sent it to another shop that held it for 5 more days they did an alignment and a warranty item. I get my vehicle back saying it is all fixed i get on the highway to go home and experienced the same issue I asked them to fix. Beware of purchasing a used vehicle here.

The staff here is amazing this is by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I went to try and look at a car I was interested in and I was paired with this amazing car salesman Brandon Hanks who was just amazing. Also the GM I didn’t catch his name but he was awesome they basically told me that I was trying to trade to early and really broke down what I needed to do and to return in the future which I definitely will be. They didn’t pressure or force me to get a car so that I appreciated and Brandon thank you for your help and making me feel comfortable my first time going to a dealership alone and it wasn’t terrifying. Will be returning and referring people for sure!!

I came in looking for my first car not really knowing what I wanted. Wisdom suggested the Kia Optima because of the safety features. I took it for a test drive and fell in love! The price on the window said $29,000 but Wisdom got me a deal and saved me nearly six grand. I highly recommend Wisdom and Peak KIA and I will come back when its time to upgrade

We bought a new Kia Telluride from Peak Kia and not only are we incredibly happy with the vehicle but the sales team and management were fantastic throughout the entire process. Donovan H. assisted us with the sale, he was not pushy or gimmicky, just a nice, knowledgeable guy that we really enjoyed working with; we were happy to buy from him and Peak Kia. Eric the GM and Steve in the finance department were fantastic as well. Highly recommend Peak Kia.

Update: I have been in touch with the general manager, who I believe genuinely wants to make this right for us. We have come to an agreement that feels like it will make up for the miscommunication and extra money we had to pay. After experiencing this customer service, I have changed my rating. I am thoroughly impressed with how this was handled, as they could have easily blown me off saying its too late and the contract is set in stone. As we see the agreement through, I will provide updates.Original: If I could give zero stars, I would. The biggest thing I can say about this dealership is to be careful. We leased our first Kia with Peak Kia in Littleton and loved the car. About three months before our lease ended we went to this location in Colorado Springs to turn in our lease and purchase a different vehicle. We had been received end of term information in the mail and even clarified with the salesperson that all we would need to do is pay upfront the final monthly payments, then of course purchase the new vehicle. The end of lease statement at the point even said that we would owe less than that, so we are talking a few hundred dollars at most left on the lease. So we turned in our Kia and purchased a Honda from this dealer. Something felt off as we went through the finances, but I couldnt figure out what is was (as my experience purchasing a car is limited). So my husband and I went through with all the paperwork and we left with the new car. That feeling I had stayed with me for almost a year, and one day as I was looking at the contract I noticed we were charged an extra $5000 somewhere. Well apparently, instead of accepting our lease as an end of lease vehicle, they basically had us pay off the remainder of the value of the car minus whatever they agreed to cover. Why on earth would they do that? And who in their right mind would agree to a contract like that? Us apparently.. but to be fair, we would have NEVER expected something like that, because it is absolutely ridiculous. After many attempts and contacting the general manager, the finance worker finally called me back. He explained what happened and even agreed that what we chose to do was not the best option. He continued to speak as though this was all our idea, and that the dealer had no influence on this whatsoever. From my perspective, I am very disappointed, because the finance worker knew what he was doing. There was clearly a miscommunication between our salesman and the finance office. And no one in their right mind, would pay $5000 toward a car they were turning in, when the other option was only to pay a few hundred. What they did was absurd. $5000 is a big deal. We are in the process of adopting a child and an extra $5000 would pay for a lot of things. I remember being in the finance office when we were purchasing the Honda, and I made some joke about how my parents used to hate going to buy cars because it was such a hassle. You know, the typical experience we expect when buying a car. The finance guy responded assuring us that they did not operate that way. Well this experience has shown me that dealerships do still lie, and all they want is more money regardless of what is best for their customers. My trust in this dealership is gone. On a side note, their service department has been phenomenal, but I am going to find a new place to go, because I dont want this dealership to take any more of our money. If you do choose to use this dealership, make sure you understand the numbers. I dont feel like we were completely clueless going in, but what they ended up doing was unfathomable and unexpected. Bummer.
