I cannot say enough wonderful things about this auto shop! A few years back my husbands reverse lights would pop on when he would hit breaks and we took it to multiple shops. Then within 15 minutes of looking at it here they found the problem! Recently my car had to be brought it and I was told one thing by another shop, but once they looked it they informed me the other place had been wrong and fixed it that day for me, it was an all day fix! Also the front desk ladies are so kind! This is hands down the best shop in town and are so knowledgeable on Toyota’s and Honda’s, as I can say from them working on my husbands and my car!

My sister and I brought our vehicle here for a service. The shop was neat and clean. The lounge area has sofas, magazines, and coffee for your enjoyment. The owners were great at explaining what repairs were essential and what repairs could wait. No up sale or overcharge attempts. Its great to find an auto mechanic you can trust. A great mechanic is something everybody wants but many have a hard time finding. Autosmith is the real deal--trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure. Darren takes the time to explain necessary repairs and gives his honest assessment on what to look for in the future, sometimes opening the hood and pointing out exactly what he’s talking about.They simply go above and beyond. When we were looking to buy a used car, Darren offered his advice on what models and years to look for/avoid and why, and Jamie remembered that one of their customers had mentioned wanting to sell the vehicle we were looking for, resulting in a perfect match. Talk about great customer service.Also love the email specials, loaner car program, and waiting area. Always feel welcome there. We have recommended them often and will continue to do so. Been using Autosmith since they day we moved to the Springs in 2007; if only we could go to 6 Stars. Had a last minute inspection I needed done for a car my daughter wanted to buy, they stayed open just to make sure we werent getting a lemon and layers out the cost for the basic maintenance that needed to be done. They have never oversold and will always tell you if its a necessary repair, preventable maintenance, or a nice to have.

Honestly, Ive never reviewed a service before, but because of how good my experience is - I feel like it needs to be done.My car needed a new engine which is not cheap and I was unprepared! . Long story short, not only did Autosmith go out of the their way to try to save me money- they walked me through every step of the way. What I appreciated the most was their honesty, communication was clear and timely, left no stone uncovered, good/fair pricing and... FAST!!! From start to end was a matter of DAYS and I received updates regularly. Autosmith is the only auto repair shop I know that takes a lot of time to explain and if possible, even show me, what is wrong with my car. Also, I was amazed when they talked me out of doing a transmission flush on my husband’s truck. Most repair places I know would say ‘Sure, brake and transmission flush? Go for it and would you like to super size that?’ This place has earned my trust.

Just went to Autosmith for the 1st time last week. So impressed with not only the ZERO wait time, but also the waiting area where my kids got to play with Marlowe their dog and watch Netflix. I love this shop!!! i have been going here for about 15 years. They are pros at finding the real problem and fixing it. only once did i have to ever return for a rework and it was a part failure, They fixed the problem under warranty. They made it right when other shops would have said your out of luck on that one.They have kept my truck running right for a lot less cost than many other shops. I would say they are one of the few honest shops in town. also its a great place for women to get repair work done. they wont rip you off simply because you dont know. I fully recommend this shop to anyone and often do. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Autosmith is hands down the best mechanic in town. They are honest, hard working and accurate with their quotes. They are knowledgeable about all cars, easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. My husband had an issue with his 2003 Volkswagon Eurovan that every other mechanic in town couldnt solve. After taking it to Autosmith, it was fixed quickly and effectively! And it is not just the hard stuff they are good at -- they are affordable and reliable with routine maintenance as well. Would recommend to anyone!

The staff have always been open and honest about additional and scheduled vehicle needs, never pressure me to accomplish a fix immediately, but provide a timeline and price estimate. This really helps me to understand vehicle health issues of which I would otherwise not be aware and gives me the opportunity to plan my budget for future maintenance requirements. I am not only an Army wife, I am an Army Mechanics wife. So needless to say I dont go to very many auto shops. But when my husband is deployed and I need someone to work on my vehicle, I only go to someone I trust and I know wont try to talk me into something I dont need. Thats what I love about Autosmith. They fix what I need fixing and they do it quickly and with care. They even have a loaner vehicle if you need one. These guys know what theyre doing!

This place is great. I own a VW (which they dont normally service) but they helped me out just fine anyways (front splash guard, tires, nothing too serious). They worked efficiently and the staff is very friendly. I would trust Autosmith with my car any day.

This is an amazing place to take our car in for repair. Not only great customer service and excellent repair job but loaner cars as well. Also they repaired a broken hood latch without me asking them to do it--at no cost to me! I had my car at another repair shop a few years ago and all they did was complain that I had a bad hood latch. No offer even to repair it. Ive now taken my car to Autosmith several times for oil change, new tires,repair etc. I will go nowhere else for auto repair. If you want a good decent auto shop with amazing customer service look no further than Autosmith--you wont be disappointed.
