I had a wonderful experience at this Goodyear location. They were able to get me in and provided speedy and reliable service. They were extremely friendly. Compared to my experiences at other mechanics, this one has been by far the best. I highly recommend and will be returning for future repairs.

It doesnt get more honest than this establishment downtown off S Nevada. Tim was prompt, knowledgeable and educated me on some tricks to identify tire issues. Saved me money when otherwise I could of been taken advantage of when diagnosing my tire issue.This kind of customer service is what creates life long customers. I can’t offer enough praise to Store Manager Ryan Holt and his team. Our rental car lost air pressure and we limped into the Goodyear lot at 6 psi. Ryan’s team learned we had no spare, but offered to find us a plug with his parts suppliers to get us back on the road to swap out our rental car. It took 3 different calls and about 2 hours, but Ryan came through for us! All along, he and his team members stopped by the waiting room to keep us up to date on progress. Ryan went above and beyond for a stranded family, and we imagine that’s what he does every day for all his customers.

Great service!!! Super fast! They take care of veterans because they are vets as well. 40 minutes for alignment. They don’t try to up sell you on parts they you don’t need. I know what I need for my truck I rebuilt it from the ground up. Thank you for doing the job I asked for. I will bring all my cars here anytime I need work done for now on. It’s hard to find honest good people now a days and the good year on Nevada has honest good people.

Had to come back early from camping out of town because of a flat tire.I called the guys here at Goodyear they told me to come right away so they could check it out. A pesky little nail we couldn’t see 🤦🏻‍♀️. The employees here got us in and out, we were treated with nothing but respect! We will definitely be coming back! Thumbs all the way up! Thanks guys!

We were traveling on vacation and had unexpected flat tire. GoodYear in Colorado Springs happily repaired tire free of charge and helped us remount on back of our Jeep. Ryan was very professional and courteous, making sure we were okay despite being very busy. Five star plus experience!

These guys were great. Dropped off my car with a leaky tire and they jumped on it. Repaired the tire and we were back on the road. Especially nice that they figured out how to turn off the TPMS alert. Outstanding service!

Everyone was so helpful and helped me compare prices and options (I wasn’t mentally ready for new tires- they talked me through the whole process). This is my go-to shop for almost all of my cars needs. The people who work there are SO kind, helpful, and efficient. They always fit me in and are very reasonable. They are the best in town!

I have the 3 year plan for alignment. My tires were rotated, the balance was checked, and my alignment was checked and adjusted in an hour and a half.

Tim and his associates demonstrated superb customer service. A Goodyear tire on my truck needed patching, and they repaired it quickly, and mounted it back on my truck at no charge. The next time that I need a new set of tires, Ill be returning to Goodyear Auto Service.

I absolutely love this Good Year. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and I always feel that they’re giving me an honest opinion about the work that needs to be done for my car. I also have always paid less than anticipated for their work. If I can’t go to the S. Nevada Good Year, I seek out other Good Years because of their quality service. I recently had a flat on. 2 yr old Goodyear tire that came with a used vehicle I purchased. I brought it to Tim at Goodyear and they were able to quickly patch and mount the tire. The best part was they didn’t charge for the repair or mount. It’s good as new and the customer service was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time to get these replaced. Omg! I cannot say enough about this Goodyear. I came in 3 minutes before close bc I hit a pothole and blew my sidewall. Im 5 months pregnant with twins and cannot replace my spare myself. The lovely gentleman did it for me in 20 minutes with no charge. They didnt have my tire in stock but offered to order it for me ASAP. Superior customer service.

Our 2008 Dodge 2500 diesel serpentine belt broke while traveling thru Colorado Springs. Dodge recommended Goodyear. We called and they were able to get us in that day.The staff at this Goodyear was great! I can’t say enough about Tim and his crew. I blew out a tire on a Friday afternoon and nearly stripped the lug nuts Trying to get the spare on. I was ready to buy a tire on the spot but Tim explained that because of the 4WD I’d need at least two and suggested I get to Firestone as I would likely get some road hazard credit. Still, he and his crew were able to get my spare on. It will take 75k miles, but I absolutely plan to get my next set from them on account of his honesty and their customer service.

Twice Ive come in with a slow tire leak - both times they worked me into the schedule and took care of the issue so efficiently. Theyve been awesome!

Best customer service I’ve witnessed in a very long time. My tire popped from a pothole on Platte at approximately 4:45. I entered Goodyear right before 5 (closing time). They took care of me (and my one year old who was asleep in his car seat) even though I was there at closing time.

Great shop. I didnt have an appointment, but they saw me right away. Found a nail in my tire, patched it up, and didnt charge me a nickel.

Went here for a second opinion on $1100 of recommended work from another shop that said it was necessary before alignment. Goodyear said that work wasnt necessary. In addition to doing an alignment which fixed the pulling to the right, they also solved a long-standing wobble at highway speeds. A simple tire balance! These guys are the best.

Great service and convenient downtown location. I had a slowly leaking flat tire and made an online appointment. They were prompt and finished patching my flat quickly and didnt try any upsell. And best of all, there was no charge for the patch job. Ill be returning when I need any future service or tires.

Ive been in Colorado Springs for a few years now and have been bouncing around between mechanics to feel out who I like the most. It was surprising to find this chain store shop to be the best. The customer service is great, they do a good job and are completely honest. Ive been here a few times now with varying types of work to be done and its been the same experience each time. I have no intention of trying anywhere else now.

Staff are very friendly, and helpful they are lifesavers on our way to Arizona our BMW was making loud grinding noise they were able to fixed it.

Went in for oil change and alignment. They did the oil change, but said the alignment was good and thought that maybe my pull was due to faulty tires. After changing tires, however, the problem persists. So I didnt figure out my tire issue, but props for them on not doing what they thought was unnecessary work charging me anyway. Seem very honest.

Quite a disappointing experience. Took my car in for an oil change - the first time for a “new to me” car. It had already been inspected by the dealer and another shop a few months prior when I purchased the car with no issues. I dropped off the car with Goodyear (which I’ve gone to for years for oil changes) with an expectation of getting it back in an 1hr+. I received a call about 20mins later - the dipstick to check oil levels broke when they went to check prior to changing the oil. So they ordered a new one and asked me to bring the car back in another day. I have never heard of a dipstick breaking but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Brought my car back in a couple days later and dropped it off. Got another call about 30mins later this time. “Well, we can’t get this dipstick out. It just broke off more and we’ve been working on it for about an hour. Called the dealership and they are saying we need to replace the dipstick tube now for an additional $200 to start not including labor.” WHAT!? I did a quick google search for removing broken dipsticks - numerous accounts as it happens to be more common then I thought - BUT removing it takes some heat, lube, and patience - Which Goodyear clearly didn’t have or take time to research. Now they won’t own any of what’s happened. The blame is - “we’ve never seen this car before”...hmm. So the dipstick broke itself? So the damage you caused to the tube trying to remove the dipstick is my fault? A $60 oil change will now cost me numerous hours, phone calls, a number of other car shops, and an additional $200-$350 in parts! Doesn’t even account for labor. An oil change is now going to be about a $500 repair. Unbelievable.Can’t believe how terrible this customer service is to not own anything. Offer to cover labor, the cost of the new tube, the new oil, or the new $35 dipstick! Or just say sorry. Goodyear has seen me as a customer for the past 20 something years in various locations.

This place is amazing their manager is always really nice and really eager to help I will definitely be going back here for any of my tires and for any of my oil changes and Battery checks.

I scheduled an alignment and went in for service... normal experience. Another time I looked at tires on their website and then went to the service center, but the price was higher... I was told that online pricing is discounted and not available to in-store purchasers. Really?

Absolutely horrible. Eric said he would take the vehicle if we had it towed, then said it was too damaged for them to work on and did not offer to compensate for the tow. I wasted 85 dollars to have it towed to him, and he did not accept responsibility or make amends to his mistake. Horrible business practice, dont go here.
