Bought my car from here and I continue to go back for oil changes. They are always very nice.

They always do a great job. I asked questions if I put oil in right lol they was so helpful. Mu husband had just past away and the guy there said of I ever need anything to come by and they would show me or check out the car. Now that customer service excellence.

I purchased a used Toyota tundra 2016 from them. Wasnt expecting to buy anything that day but they had just got the vehicle in. Was told that the vehicle would not be ready for me to be able to pick up until the following week.So me and my wife had already done all the paperwork and put down a big deposit and was told next week. Since everything had been paid for and was told definitely next week. I went ahead and sold to a friend my old Dodge truck that he wanted to buy. Thinking that in a few days I will have my new truck didnt need my old one.I live 3 hours from the dealership. When starting my drive to go pick up the truck on the date they specified. I was about halfway there when I received a call saying that it would be another week before it was finished. When getting ready to leave that following week to go pick up the vehicle I received another call saying it would be an additional week. They were waiting on parts they said.The salesman I was working with said for me to not worry that he and the dealership would make it right with me.After 3 weeks I was told the vehicles ready to be picked up. My wife took off work to drive me 3 hours to pick up the vehicle. When I asked about making it right like the salesperson said. He said that he has me covered and he would call me the next morning.It has been about a month and a half since Ive had the vehicle never did receive any call from the salesperson since I guess he already had a sales and commission and he didnt care.Since I sold my old vehicle because them telling me my truck would be ready the following week that left us down to only one vehicle my wife needed to drive to work. In those three weeks I had to actually pay people to take me to different doctors appointments I had which was an hour away from where I live. Since I live so far away from town I had to pay three times $50 each for rides. I told this to the salesman also. Never did get any response.Im giving this dealership three stars only. I would give less but I have to figure that any salesman I would have went to would have probably done the same thing. Its widely known that especially car dealers and sales people will say anything to get that sale. So I should have known better I guess.

Wish I could say anything positive about this service. This is not my first review of the Service Center at Alpine South. Unprofessionalism, rudeness, and overall really unwilling to help the customer.I think that I have only had 1 good experience with the service department and that was January 2020 when the Advisor let me know what was recommended for the Mileage of my vehicle. She was polite and let me know what to expect with my next service.Unfortunately, she was never my advisor again. When I came in for the next service and told the advisor, Anthony, about what she had told me he made a very unpleased face claimed he couldnt access my account and that he would see what he could do. Anthony has always been very short and unpleasant to work with, the way he comes across is that you are a inconvenience to him with anything. He will not print out detailed reports from the multipoint inspection, any additional service you ask for (Balancing and rotating tires, break life, ect.) is met with attitude.I have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was just having a bad day but after almost 3 years of this Bad attitude I dont think its just a bad day anymore.

Be very careful if you go here pay very close attention to your paperwork because when you get home itll be different than what you thought! And then when you thought you had the warranty that you paid for theyll turn around and tell you things are not covered!
