April is super friendly and upbeat. They were able to have a technician show up early in the day to get my windshield repaired before I had to go to work at noon, Chris did amazing. Fast, through, from start to finish. The first windshield that came in was damaged, the shop ordered another on the fly. Came in the next day and was out before I could even read a chapter in my book. Job looked well done, no issues.

This was the fourth place I called, I finally found a place that wasn’t just mobile. They saw me right away and did a great job! You can barely even see the chip! The gentleman that repaired my windshield also scraped some gunk off and cleaned it with glass cleaner. A+ service, will definitely use again if I have a glass issue.

After getting quoted a ridiculous amount from safelite premium Auto Glass glass saved the day with a reasonable price and a very friendly staff. Receptionist April (I’m pretty sure that’s her name) was amazing, very friendly and kind made my bad day a lot better. Windshield looks great and the process was really fast and easy! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back if I ever have any glass repair needs.

These guys do a great job. Somewhere around $100 cheaper than safelite with quality just as good, if not better. I’ve had windshields replaced on three vehicles with them and always a great experience.

We were in a pickle. We were visiting CO Springs on vacation when a rock hit our sunroof, shattering the glass everywhere. Premium Auto Glass was the only company to pick up and actually offer to order the right part (sunroofs are apparently very challenging to replace & repair). We ended up booking an appointment to get the glass vacuumed out and temporarily shrink wrapped. We arrived a few minutes early to our appointment and they were already ready to take our car to the back. They were done in 15 minutes and didn’t even charge us for the service. Premium is a great local glass shop in the Springs area. They quickly, easily and inexpensively replaced my Ford Escape windshield at work after a huge hail storm. I also stopped by to get a chip filled on another vehicle and they did it in 5 minutes without any notice on my end, and free since I was a customer. Id definitely recommend them!

I called in the morning and they didnt have my windshield in stock. I was told they could have it by the afternoon and install it same day. My drivers side window was smashed over the weekend and Premium Auto Glass were the absolute best people to fix it! I called them and they gave me a free quote and offered to crash wrap my car. I got the first available appointment on Monday morning. While there, the staff was incredibly nice, made me coffee, and finished replacing my window/vacuuming the glass out of my car in 45 minutes!

I was referred by Don at Clear Max Collision--twice now for different cars. Both times I got a great price, prompt service, professional installation, and no worries. The first time I took my car to their shop. The second time Joey came out to the house and I watched. He was aware of small things that could complicate the job, did a thorough job of removal, prep, and installation, and was both friendly and respectful. The ladies in the shop were cheerful, friendly, and responsive as well. I hope I never replace another windshield, but I am sure that if I do, I will go to Premium Auto Glass first, with confidence.

My car was broken into via the back window & I called all over town but no one had the glass. It happened on a Thursday & every place quoted Monday as the soonest they could repair. Premium Auto Glass not only got the glass over night but they came to my house & installed it the next morning. I wouldve gone with them for the convenience alone but they also happened to be the cheapest quote! Ive used Springs Auto Glass before but they couldnt get the glass & are closed on the weekends. Premium Auto Glass really came through for me & Im so thankful!

I wanted to get windshield chips repaired on three separate vehicles prior to the first frost to prevent cracked windshields. Problem was it was after 10:30am on a Saturday and the cold weather was to arrive Sunday night. I called Premium Auto Glass Inc. and not only were their prices for cash pay windshield chip repairs very reasonable, I was told if I got to the shop before they closed at noon, the tech would be able to take care of my vehicle as soon as he returned from a service call. Within minutes of my arriving at the shop, the tech returned and got right to work on my windshield. The Tech, Brad N., was very knowledgeable and friendly. Since I did not have enough time to bring the next two vehicles to the shop before closing hours, Brad gladly followed me to the other two vehicles (parked at two separate locations!) so he could fill in the windshield chips. I cant say enough good things about the entire experience. Thanks Brad and Premium Auto Glass Inc. for your great customer service!

Best windshield company I’ve ever dealt with!

Had to leave town for work and made an appointment with Jen to have my windshield replaced on Thursday afternoon (10/13/16). Left the car with my husband, the appointment under his name. I picked this shop specifically for their mobile service, proximity to my husbands workplace (just a block away), and the price I was quoted. Not ever having gotten a firm window, he calls around 2:30pm to double check. It is confirmed that he is scheduled. 8:00pm rolls around, no one has shown up, no one has called, no one has left any sort of notification with either of us. The lack of communication is absurd and an EPIC waste of our time. Thanks, Premium Auto Glass! 😒

Subaru had warranty work done on my 2018 Subaru WRX Windshield, I have yet to accept the car back over 4 times with the cheap work, non OEM parts (and yes Subaru warranty is paying!) the glue destroy both A and B Pillars, the first windshield sunk down and there was a gap. They have yet to get it right. I will try to post photos.

Well the glass install was quick, but it cost me several deep chips in my paint. Very disappointed.

We called on a Thursday for a quote for a back glass replacement for a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Chelsea first quoted me 277 but then quickly apologized because she realized that was the cost for a windshield. She then gave me a quote of 350 plus tax for the back glass. They were scheduled to come Monday morning. On Monday afternoon the gentleman showed up with a windshield. I was told they could come back the next day but that it would cost 660. I said ok because we were leaving first thing Wednesday morning and needed it done asap. On Tuesday I get a call asking if I can drop my car off to the shop so it can be done faster. I have other things going on so I said they could come pick it up because I was busy. Two hours later my husband calls to tell me that he spoke with a girl from the office who now says they only have the back glass for an Outlander, not my Outlander Sport. They continue to ask if they can reschedule for the next day, again. They also tell him that now its going to be about 1000! I have never dealt with a more disorganized, dishonest company. I called Safelight and got in within an hour and only paid $400. Avoid Premium at all costs; its not worth the hassle.
