Prices were really about 1/2 of what I was being quoted around town. For me, no wait time. Installation was about 1 1/2 hours. Fillmore and I25, east about 2 blocks.

They made sure that they had the right windshield before coming out to replace my cracked windshield. The guy was very pleasant to talk with. I would recommend them to anyone for a windshield.

((Before i continue this place is now a Safelite) went in to get a price to get a chip not even the size of a dime (barely noticeable) they quoted me the cost of a whole new windshield even though it could be fixed, save your money and go somewhere else they arent honest and arent looking out for their customers only money

My windshield cracked while driving down the interstate. I callled many shops and this one was by far the cheapest. They were able to fit me in the next day and got it replaced for me. It took them less then an hour and all the staff were welcoming and polite. On a plus side they had a sweet playful shop cat to hang out with while waiting. Will definitely return for any glass needs.

I had a great experience here. The service was quicker than I thought it would be and the price was amazing. The cat made my day even better it made the waiting area feel more comfortable and relaxing.

This location is now a Safelite AutoGlass. Regardless, the staff was extremely kind and courteous. Im blanking out on their names, but the front-office lady and the guy that filled in the rock chips on my windshield were so nice. The guy even vacuumed the front rugs in the car. Amazing service!

I was blown away by the service I received here! Not only were the chips in my windshield fixed, but my car was vacuumed, windows cleaned and the technician left a lollipop in my car seat in the back seat! They went above and beyond their service! Highly recommend.

Wish I could give negative stars. Horror-able experience!!!!!!! After going to their website, setting up and printing an assigned repair date and time was told that they didnt know who I was. Showed printed appointment to no avail. Was told by manager all customers had been called the night before. NO NO THEY WERENT. Was called by company later the same day, after complaining. Was told I had been given the wrong estimate. The price went from $210 to $800!!!! REALLY? WOW nothing like price gouging. In my opinion totally amateurish hillbilly operation. Would NEVER recommend going here.

Called and set up an appointment. Just kidding all the time I spent on the phone was for nothing. I show up no appointment made. No glass ordered. I was told I would have to wait. 2 and a half hours later still no idea when the vehicle will be done. Very upset. Would recommend just using safelite and spend a few extra dollars. I will next time. I believe the appointments are made up. They recently started doing Premium appointments which is what I had and now Im paying more money for slower service. I strongly urge anyone to bite the bullet and go with a better glass place. One that keeps appointments. Understandably there was a massive hail storm but Ive waited 3 weeks to replace my windshield and this is what you do for a living and you cant get it right.

Ive had good experiences here. I had to replace a windshield and then got a new car and had a crack after a few months with the new car. Came back here because they have fast service, similar prices to other places that do this, and the customer service is good. The employees are very friendly and helpful when I go in and I appreciate that they have free coffee and bottled water while you wait.

Got our apt super fast, friendly professional staff, they have food and drinks to eat and tv to watch while your repair is being done too.

Went in for a rock chip repair and they got right on it. Did not take them very long. You can barely tell where it had been hit. The employees were very professional and helpful.

The team/staff was very friendly and accommodating. Up to date information and stayed even a little after closing to help out clients. The area in which theyre located may be sketch, but the service they provide is golden!

Victim of the recent hail storm technaglass had the best price in town and fastest appointment. The work was delayed but I saw them working as hard and as fast as they could while I was in dropping my car off. They were kind and kept me informed of where I was in the process, I also witnessed them listening to folks who only had one car really needed theirs back quickly and then working with the technicians to help them out even with over 80 cars waiting for service. I want one of those people. But they were great and I got my car back clean, I will be going to them for my future chip and windshield needs!

I highly recommend this place. Even though they were inundated with customers due to a recent hailstorm, they maintained their courtesy and friendliness. Also they didnt increase their prices and take advantage of the excess demand.

I had my windshield replaced yesterday and I have to say that this was probably one of the best customer service experience I have had in y ears. They could get me in within a day, the price was extremely competative, the quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was second to none. I have some missing and broken parts that the receptionist spent time trying to locate and price for me and then offered to install them for free once I get them. Price and work were great. Front desk customer service is poorly lacking. After being told they did not have me scheduled, lo and behold there I was in their system! Then was told they dont have appointment times, after I was told to be there at a specific time. Told me it would take all day, but that seemed to change as soon as I told them I had no way home and that I would just wait. I think they are over whelmed from the recent hail storms, but that should give them reason to FIX their scheduling and work time allotments.

Well, no one wants to have to get their windshield replaced, but they made it as painless as possible. My boyfriend scheduled the appointment, they saw me as soon as I got there (early), and got me out in less time than they predicted. Even got my registration sticker transferred neatly. The staff was all very nice, the lobby was nice and clean, and stocked with water and coffee. They were also about 2/3rds the cost of what the other guys were quoting. Will definitely be going back if the need arises.

I am feeling harrassed! I wanted a quote and expected an email. Rayley has called twice in little over an hour between each call. The first time she assumed that my vehicle is in unsafe conditions and told my voice mail to get in here so that they can get my car back on the road safely. No quote left. I am on a budget and looking at best options. Between the first and second call, I get an email from Brock, with a quote. I explained that I will not use them because I felt pressured from Rayley. She then calls back and says they did not have enough information to give me a quote. If she calls again I am going to file a complaint.

I wish I would give negative stars as well... I went there and did the line and the girl in the front desk was so rude. She didnt say Hi or anything just: Pick up or drop off??? And I go like... No... I want an estimate. And in a matter of a second she goes: Im too busy for an estimate. Excuse me?? Just three customers there (including me) and youre too busy?? That was mean, rude and impolite. Im not spending a penny there, neither my family and Im telling my neighbors and everyone around!!!

I would give zero stars if it was an option.First, we get hit with another hail storm that smashes out both my husbands and my back windows. I get online as soon as we realize it and book mobile appointments for the next day and day after with prices stated.Almost an hour later I get a call that we arent doing mobile right now. So why have it on the website? I go through a 40 minute phone call from hell to which point did I not get an appointment until mid month and end month, but my prices also went up significantly. I stay patient knowing everyone in this area is in my situation as well. Finally my appointment day arrives, and almost 2 full hours before my appointment time I receive a call from a very rude, snarky and condescending woman telling me they like to close early on Saturdays so they are asking everyone to bring their cars in like now. Yes actual words. I said I set my appointment time so my husband who wont be off at that time could take me and take care of our 3 children. I ask, so is my appointment time not in fact an appointment? She replied with ugh its complicated just bring it in when you can. Again, her actual words. So naturally I end that call and figure it would be a good idea to call and speak to someone with a little more customer service savvy to make sure everything is still good for my appointment. Im then told the man who booked our appointments ordered the front windshield when I specified multiple times it was the BACK window. Im then told they will probably have to order from Denver and there will possibly be an extra fee for that. A fee for a mistake that was not made by me?In the end we canceled our appointments and I will never give this place my money. I urge you to do the same.

This shop has been a god send for living in Colorado. A colleague recommended the store so I gave it a shot. $50ish to repair a chip and buy a lifetime warranty for future chips. If you get your windshield replaced it comes with the chip warranty. Just had a chip repaired last week - bought the chip warranty. Tonight I just got another chip so will go back in the morning to repair. Cant speak highly enough of the business.

TechnaGlass was by far the cheapest quote I got after calling all of the top 5 rated places on a Google search. I probably could have gotten it even cheaper if I went somewhere extremely low key but I needed to convenience of having it done at work and I wanted a good quality product and service.The technicians came out next day after I set the appointment and got the new windshield in in almost no time. It was very quick and painless. The new window has a tiny scratch on it, but they pointed it out to me immediately and took $50 off the price. I would have been upset if they would have not said anything but they were very honest and made a very reasonable offer to compensate.I will recommend TechnaGlass to my friends and family and I am glad I used them.

The price on windshields are not bad, and the workers Were polite. But their service is really slow. I saw the majority of the workers that were outside just standing around for about 10 min or more. Who knows what is happening in the inside of the building. I made an appointment 2 to 3 weeks out, and when the day came. I was their until closing time and my vehicle was not even touched. Why even do appointments if you cant help customers the time that was given to them. They should just have walk in service.

They take advantage of people during a hail storm, kicking you when your down. I made an appointment at 3pm for two vehicles and when I showed up. The rude c u in Toledo girl yelled at me and said you heard what I told that guy, I cant get you vehicle in till 11pm tonight even though I had made an appointment.I left work early having to find coverage not being paid to sit my fat but behind a desk messing up peoples lives and yelling at them to leave their vehicle over night ....then when they called I decided to give them a second chance, and low and behold when I did, my windshield was put in incorrectly and when it rains my floor board gets drenched. Nobody likes driving with a puddle of water under their feet. Its called sealent for a reason.

I was driving on 115 from cañon city when I got a massive chip in my windshield from a stray rock. I was sincerely annoyed because this was the 2nd crack Id gotten in under a month. So I bust out google and search for windshield chip repair near me and TechnaGlass is a few miles away. I pull in, get immediate service and they have it done and back to me within the hour for $30. Its been about 3 months and the repair is holding strong, you cant even see where it was.

Been good to us, especially in Colorado where Rock dings on your window are a once or twice a week affair. Make sure you get the life time plan. Saves a lot of money.

I had a windshield on my truck that needed to be replaced after the recent hail storm. I couldnt get scheduled with some of the places my insurance recommended so I called the local TechnaGlass after driving by it many times since moving here and neighbor recommendation. They got me in same day!! I dropped off at 10am this morning and picked up at 5:30pm. What awesome service and speed in this stressful time. The two employees at the front desk were super helpful and made everything move smoothly. I will definitely be going here from now on. They were even $100 under the other place I called that couldnt me in. I highly recommend giving TechnaGlass a call.

Its been 6 months since the last bad hailstorm. Today I was able to have a Denver SunRoof specialist company finally able to repair the damage Techna Glass did to my Toyota sunroof. The Denver company told me it was impossible for hail to cut the cable on a sunroof. They showed me where it was cut. The tracks had never been correctly cleaned and continuously showered glass particles. I cannot recommend Techna Glass to anyone. My USAA auto insurace rep called TechnaGlass on a 3-way call. We were assured that they wanted to make me a happy customer. Just bring the car back in and it will be fixed. When we brought it in....we were told to take it to a Toyota dealer because TechnaGlass couldnt help us. $2300 later the damage has been been repaired by a Denver specialst. If I could I’ve 0 stars a would. I had an appointment today for 10 and 11 for two vehicles. I showed up at 9:45 to be informed that one of my appointments was at 9 and the other at 10. I called at 830 to confirm the original 10 and 11am appointments and was told that was correct. A representative at the shop told me that since I was a half hour late (which no one told me I had a 9am appt) they couldn’t fix my windshield I asked if there was a later appointment since their hours on their website show 8-5 on Saturday and I was told no, they closed at noon. No one called me after 9 to inform me I was late and no courtesy was given to me at the shop. I told them I spoke to someone on the phone and they said I must have gotten the call center because I didn’t speak to any of them. I drove 25min to be informed that the call center and the shop don’t have the same record keeping. Luckily I was able to contact “a broken windshield” they quoted me less than Techna Glass and can come to my home to replace my windshield.

After searching around I finally came to CWC they reference and they had me in and out, and prepared for the snow! Right in time!

Scheduled appointment to replace windshield after a big storm. Was told to drop it off in the evening and it would be ready the next afternoon. It is now the next afternoon and now the windshield is unavailable for at least a week. Thanks for wasting my time.

We use these guys for all our glass needs and never have had a problem. The ONLY downfall is that if you want the free rock chip repair you have to go to the location in Widefield which is nowhere near where I work and live.

I only had a chip in my windshield. I walked in this morning with no appointment. They were slammed with hail damage repair. But they got me in and out in about 20 minutes. All the staff were friendly even though it was super busy.

Promised times are lies, took 4 hours longer than quoted, the call center has no idea what is actually going on in the store.Called and said it was ready, went over and its still not even been touched.

Lets you schedule online for a certain time and then they call you the day of the appointment and say they are all booked. So I think I have an appointment today and take an afternoon off only to find out Im wasting my time.

Car was left out over night unlocked. Also took them a whole day after we were supposed to get it with zero communication from them about what was going on!
