I was there a bit before 8am. Everyone was very friendly and kind. My car was fixed before I expected. Keith my technician made sure to give me feedback on what to do and not to for the next couple of days. I’ve used this Safelite shop at least 4 times, fortunately all great experiences. Thank you for upholding the quality of your shop.

These guys are great to work with!! They come to you which is super convenient; I just got my Jeep done while I was at work, they came to my office! Super professional, informative and pleasant to work with. I also love their systems that they use to communicate and take payment. Totally recommend!

I arrived to my appointment a little early, but Cody my technician, got my truck in right away. He replaced my front windshield very quickly and did a great job! I highly recommend this location to anyone! :)

I definitely recommend this location! They have tons of techs on hand with several bays to work in. I showed up 15 minutes late and my technician got on my car immediately finishing it in just under 50 minutes. Kevin was his name and I highly recommend him!

My original rating was incorrect. I ended up using a competitor that was much cheaper and a better experience. The reason I went to someone else was because I could never seem to reach an actual human being with Safelite. Their phone system looped me round and round and never gave me effective options. I did not feel like they valued me as a person so therefore they do not deserve my hard-earned money.

I feel like the website is not clear about chipped windshields. It says just drop in. Well be clear that there is a process prior to arrival that saves time and allows patrons to be prepared and not feel rushed and left on a limb. Bottom line, call your insurance company prior to ensure you have comprehensive coverage for your windshield. Be prepared to make an appointment online and then they say they will work you in. A bit of a run around so be prepared.

Our experience was fantastic, we had our window fixed in our malibu and it went very well!! The guy drove to us, was very polite, and had it fixed quick! Less then an hour for sure!I highly recommend them, insurance covered our crack so we payed nothing for our small chip!Fast, easy, and made us very happy! Can’t even tell where the crack was on the last picture!!Again our crack was small, kinda deep and about the size of a penny, but we were very happy with the result!!!

Price quote was double everywhere else for a windshield replacement, even over other chains with the exact same benefits. I even called the chain that my dealership uses for glass, and their quote was half that of Safelite. Safelite couldnt give me any logical reason why their quote was 100% more than all the other places I called.

First time here. Very clean and bright. They have complimentary drinks and snacks. You have to call and make an appointment and depending on the crack it doesnt take long. They have 1 tvs and lots of awards. The workers are friendly.

Waited a week, took off 4 hours from work to accommodate Safelites installation window and theyre a no show. With 15 min left in the window they call and say they have to reschedule to next week. So I lost 4 hours of vacation time and my only choice is to repeat next week--I think not. Ill go somewhere dependable and professional.

Cody was the employee who did the work and he did an excellent job, in the time frame they told me, and very friendly. On my way home a rock hit the glass and nicked it, so the next day he repaired it for free! I am very satisfied with the job.

These guys refuse to answer the phone. Online, they asked questions regarding my 6 year old car that I was not 100% sure of the answer...like does the wiper blades have a heater. If you dont know the answers, you will likely order the wrong windshield or get misquoted. So I took a picture of the windshield part number, and tried calling, and they will not, absolutely not, allow you to speak to a human being to ask questions. They say you are going into an agent queue, and then they tell you Goodbye and terminate the call. Zero ability to speak to a human being. What a trash outfit!!! Learn how to serve customers for petes sake!

Willing to help me and work with me as a walk in customer which I know can be inconvenient, so I really do appreciate their help. They were very accommodating and did a great job. I’m not quite sure why fixing a chip is so expensive but I guess that’s half my fault for having cheap insurance.

Cody at the Academy store, did a wonderful job and was efficient. Happy with my service and will tell my friends and family to came and have their windshield and windows serviced with safe little also.

Great place to have your windshield replaced as well as getting your safety systems recalibrated at the sane time!!

They fixed my front and rear glass very fast however I was told to remove tape in 2 hrs to prevent residue and I did within the two hours still residue was there. Also I was told the glass had been removed as best they could but there only human which I understand however when I lifted my seat down 2015 sierra gmc crew cab it was obvious that I was the first one to do that cause glass was everywhere now I have to get my interior detailed and my car seat is ruined as well

Windshield leaked after raining (water went down inside the dash and onto the floor boards)- we even asked about rain before leaving since it was in the forecast. Have tried to get ahold of someone about fixing the problem for the last four days. We finally reached someone via texting with an agent. We were told that the soonest they could get us in was Friday (a week later). Our first dealing with Safelite was on Academy and the service was great. Our latest was at Aerotech site.

Office was clean and staff were professional and courteous. Was able to schedule my appt in short notice and get accomplished same morning. Def worth the $ compared to the other run-down establishment I initially attempted that gave away my spot. Glad Safelite had me covered.

BUYER BEWARE. I had an appointment this morning for a safelight technician to come repair a small chip in my windshield, it was just a couple centimeters in length. I met with the technician outside my house. She took a look at the chip, said it would be an easy fix to fill in the chip and it should take her about 30 mins. I told her let me know if she needs anything I will be working inside. About 30 mins passes and I check in. The technician let me know that “she had some really bad news” I thought she was joking bc i paid for an extremely simple fix, and didn’t think you could mess something up that is so seemingly simple (especially for a company that specializes in this area). She continued, “there’s maybe a 1/10,000 chance of this happening, but when I was curing the repair, I cracked your entire windshield and the windshield will now need to be replaced.” I remained calm and sympathetic assuming the next thing she would let me know is that Safelite, like any modern business, would fully cover the damages that directly resulted from their work, while they were doing the work.There is nothing that is more frustrating than being met with incompetence when the bulk of what you’re paying for with inflated service like this is for the PROFESSIONAL to take care of (what should be) a simple issue for you. So that it is done PROFESSIONALLY and without hassle. I would have bought $5 windshield chip repair on amazon and done it myself and would’ve STILL ended up in a better position than dealing with this absolutely atrocious scam of a business. They are now telling me I have to pay to repair my windshield out of pocket, but they won’t charge me for coming out today and CRACKING my windshield instead of REPAIRING a tiny chip. This company is absolute garbage. Do not go here, they are a huge corporation that can’t be bothered to compensate for their shortcomings and robbing the customer of their hard earned dollar. My car is less than a year old off the lot, had a 3cm chip that shouldnt have resulted in 9” crack in the windshield and left me scrambling to make unnecessary replacements on a brand new car. Save yourself a headache and go to a smaller business that cares about quality of their service and respecting the customer.

They did everything I asked and the new windshield looks as good as the original. They were fast and professional. They are a bit pricey but I dont anticipate any issues with it holding up over time and that piece of mind was worth the extra cost.

Windshield looks fine, but the rubber seal/cowl at the bottom now vibrates at speeds over 50mph. Technician looked at it and quoted two options: A new cowl costs $400 plus install, or they can reseat the windshield they just put in, but if the glass breaks, thats going to be $400. I don’t know how often this happens, but its not a complete job nor is it good customer service.

Got my windshield replaced by Samantha and some manager. When I come to pick it up my rear view mirror is broken. And when I ask (the other manager) about it he goes on to say they dont need to touch the rear view at all and in fact they dont even need into my car. The windshield is installed from the outside he said. So when I questioned if Samantha or someone else could have accidentally bumped into it he got all defensive real quick. Said Id have to go to Firestone, Toyota, etc to try and prove to them that safelite brok my rear view mirror. Also I never got to speak to Samantha again, only that manager. I saw Samantha hiding from me when talking to the manager in the garage behind a car. Clearly they know they broke it and refuse to admit it. Terrible customer service by the manager I talked to (dont remember his name)

Safelite ordered wrong windshield for first appointment, One day wasted. Second appointment had to be rescheduled. Excuses and no apology from this incompetent Company If you like having YOUR time wasted call Safelite

Cody installed a new windshield and we had a windshield crack fixed on our other vehicle. All went well. Its your phone chat policy that stinks. Trying to ask a follow up question is impossible if you need to actually talk to someone. For that reason alone, I would not do business with you again.

0 star; poor workmanship and terrible customer service.Noticed an annoying vibration noise coming from the windshield at certain speeds on the highway on the day having the windshield replaced on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Turns out the windshield needs to be re-replaced and cowling has to be properly fastened.However the store refused to re-replace the windshield and properly fasten the cowling.The employee, that installed it, blamed it on a faulty cowling and told me to go buy a new cowling. Revisited to talk to the manager and he refused service and turned me away as well. This facility will not take care of you.

We had a chip in our panoroof, so Safelite was able to replace the glass. Josh repaired the glass and was absolutely amazing! Top notch customer service! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to clean out our sunroof part to get it to work. We left Safelite wishing every company had the customer service Josh gave us! Safelite has always done a great job with my windshield replacements. Ive used them at least 3 times now over the last decade. They are always on time and professional, and scheduling is easy. Most recently, I did have a small warranty issue and they took care of it right away, no questions asked. This is a great company! Thank you, Safelite!

2 minutes changed a rock chip repair into a full replacement, customer service never contacted me nor apologized.

Not impressed with the outcome. I had a star chip repaired on a truck about 10 years ago by some dude under a canopy in King Soopers in monument parking lot and could barely see the original damage. Safellite repair does not even look like anything was repaired. Sad, I chose to pay out of pocket and paid twice as much for a horrible return. The person did warn me that the repair does not make it completely go away...so did the dude 10 years ago but the difference is I had to really look for the former damage. This one likes like before anything was SUPPOSEDLY repaired. Spend your money the way you choose. I know where Ill go in the future.

Very impressed with this Safelite location. The communication, professionalism, expediency of repair, and customer care they showed exceeded expectations. Their Tech. who completed my repair, Cody, went above and beyond to ensure things I didnt even expect to have happen (removal/replacement of my Toll-Pass, new wiper blades, removal of my windshield mounted dash cam) were done with the repair. This shop it doing it right, for sure. Great team, and a 5 star review across the board.

Depends on the tech you get but brokem glass as a result of askimg to fix a chip is unacceptable. Safelite recently banned there ball damaging pin tools. Find the right tech if he questions his own work dont let him touch the glass

So irritating! You can’t call this place. It’s 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be done and I have no way to call and ask. The phone number puts you into an automated system that tells you they don’t answer the phone.

Replaced the windshield about two weeks ago. About this time my drivers light stopped working. Went through the car wash and water leaked in on the drivers side near my feet, and on passenger dash. About this time the thermometer was not registering temperature correctly. I asked them to fix the problem, which supposedly they did, however at the end they said there wasnt anything wrong with the original job, and said something else was going on, and please try the car wash again. Surprise, surprise! No leaks, and the thermometer works. Very poor attitude on the part of the manager who had to explain everything personally because apparently the tech couldnt do this on his own. The receptionist shouldnt work there either as she was rude and didnt want to answer questions, putting that on the tech.

We have had our vehicle windshields fixed here for years and they have done a great job every time! Our insurance company schedules the appointment and Safelite has always been timely on completing the job. We have always gone to their location, but they can come to your location if needed. We recommend Safelite.

Clown act. Took work off, waited by phone, ensured vehicle was ready for repair. Received a cancellation text and when I called, they stated they came by and called, which is pretty amazing because I don’t have a missed call from safelite nor is there any footage showing a truck or person in our drive. Must be one of those new invisible trucks.Go local, you are just a number to these guys.

The experience was wonderful all the way through. The online scheduling was simple and easy and I knew what my deductible would be right away for a total replacement of my windshield. The facility was clean and very pleasant to wait in. Sean, the tech, was super great and explained the process to me from start to end and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Satellite, this location in particular for their wonderful service! It is clear to me from every member of their staff I encountered, especially Sean, that they care and want to help!

I had an outstanding experience here. Every other company should pay attention, because this is what customer service is supposed to look like. When my windshield was replaced about a year ago, the molding broke, which was to be expected on a veryold car. Of course they offered to fix it, but they had to order the parts. I got busy and never made tree appointment to get it fixed. Then, I decided to give the car to my nephew and it was suddenly important to me to take care of this little detail I had been neglecting. I called and talked to a manager named Jason. He listened, acknowledged, and told me how he would help. Somehow, he didnt make me feel bad about not dealing with this sooner (impressive!) He ordered the parts, called me when they were ready, got me in without an appointment, and didnt charge me. He wasnt there the day I went in to get the work done, but the staff knew who I was, what I needed, where the parts were, and the terms Jason had offered. Im still floored. Truly superior service!

Extremely pleased with the service I received at this location. I was a little worried about having my windshield replaced due to the technology thats embedded in my windshield. Not only did my service technician go over the procedure in detail, but he assured me that the replacement windshield and the technology attached to it would work flawlessly. On top of that, he was one of the friendliest people I have met in Colorado Springs. Upon picking up the vehicle and inspecting the work performed, I was extremely pleased with the results. Had an appt window from noon to 5:00 pm. After 5:00 pm I get a text saying my appt is canceled. Really? Ill find another company and I wont be recommending you guys.

Had the windshield replaced and since it was on a pickup full size it did take an hour 15 mins which was sooner than they originally said it would be done so very pleased about that!!!

Great and friendly people. I went there for a quick repair due to rock from 18 wheeler hitting my windshield. They fixed it and made it look awesome. Unfortunately the crack split the opposite way it was repaired. They were very understanding and work to schedule me the next day due to not being from here. They offered great discount and the amount of time it took to replace windshield was unnoticeable. Safelite is great as the commercials says.

Unfortunately Ive had to visit them 3 times in the past year. 2 replacements and 1 repair. They make it so pain free, from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done. And everyone there is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I love that they replace your ExpressToll sticker now. I dont like having to get my windshield replaced but I certainly dont mind giving them my business.

Want to replace my windshield. Safelite is advertising their mobile service so I called Safelite, only a recording and menu that said if I wanted quote to go to website. Went to website, no place to get a quote, went to write a review and review wouldnt post or give me a reason why it wouldnt post. GUESS THAT EXPLAINS THE HIGH RATINGS ON THEIR WEB SITE. Going back to the small guy that comes to my house.

Jimmy came out and explained about the warranty on the windshield. He got right to work and was able to get the semi window out and reseal it with breaking the glass. He was professional, polite and also had another driver stop by to help finish the job. Both installers represent their office by providing exceptional service!

Ive been happy with their work. Multiple chip repairs and a windshield replacement all done well. They make the process as painless as possible.

I will not use anyone else for my car window service. They were exceptional from beginning to end. They were extremely helpful and got me to work on time. I appreciated that they cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my car.

Josh in Colorado Springs was absolutely amazing! He is the full package a GREAT smile, efficient work ethic, very professional and superb customer service! He explained everything to me, how long itll take to install, afterwards we found out that the windshield mechanize was broken and he put a piece of tape on the opening of the windshield so no rain would get in, that was above and beyond, some people wouldnt take the time to care to do that. I had a completely busted windshield on my Jeep Wrangler. Took it to this safelite because they were the only ones who had an appointment. Apparently the employees couldnt handle themselves and decided to turn my stereo on and play my sub at full blast. For someone who has well over $800 into his sound system this was not okay for me. Later that night when I was on my way home the inner stripping was already coming off. I dont think I will be using them any time soon.
