The correspondence and personal touch I got pre-sales from JP (the owner) was great and superior compared to other bidders. JP addressed all my questions timely and evoked a sense of this guy is trustworthy and knows what he is doing.The price was not the lowest but thankfully not the highest either. It was middle of the line. The rock damage warranty cinched my choice - Windshield Express. The work was done very professionally and timely just as stated. These guys are great. First off two years when I first got my windshield they had quoted me the cheapest price and I had called almost everywhere in town. Last night i got a chip on my windshield so I called them this morning and they got me in on my lunch break. Took him about five minutes to fix it. Also it was free because my windshield was still covered under warranty. Id definitely recommend these guys if you are needing a new windshield or just a chip repair.

Great service- replaced my windshield in 2019 outside of my job, and when a rock hit it the other day (the night before a huge snowstorm), the owner told me what to do until the moisture was less of an issue so that I could head to the shop to have the rock chip repaired for free. The work the did was very good. The reason I only gave them 3 stars is due to the fact that they did not take any measure to protect their customers from covid. The only people wearing masks were myself and another customer. I know that is their right. There is to many other shops to give my business to that will respect my health.

We’re from out of town and got a couple of rock chips on our drive to Colorado. We called and were able to get an appointment. They were fast, friendly, and very accommodating. They also gave us some stickers just in case we got more rock chips on our drive back home.

Great friendly people with quick service! I called the morning of and they got me into a ten o’clock slot and had me in and out very quickly. Their work is covered with a lifetime warranty on the glass and they fix from what I remember scratches or quarter sized damages on the windshield so long as you have it. Everyone at the shop was very friendly, honest and happy to help in any which way they could. They grant military discounts and all around have a great business!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! We were vacationing from out of town and had our car broken into late one evening. When I called the next morning and explained that we were vacationing and had a full day booked, the staff worked me in for a 9:30 appointment and got me out the door in less than an hour. They even sent a runner to the warehouse to get my glass sooner. While I was waiting I had some great conversations with the staff about the local area and great sights to check out. Very disappointed. My mechanic that Ive trusted for years recommended this business. Dropped the car off at 7 a.m., no word after 4 hours I called to check on progress. The car still had not been in the shop, then excuses of misplaced keys, new employees, etc... After picking up the car I was barely able to adjust the mirror, and unable to adjust it to a useful position where I could see out of the rear window. Then I noticed the molding around the mirror was not installed properly touched it, and it fell off. Perhaps a bad/off day. Just my experience, but wont being going back.

Received quote on glass from Mike. It was $40 less than Premium and $108 less than Safelite. He had glass in stock and same day appointment.Glass in my sons car needed replacing. I went to Windshields Express base off my neighbors recommendation when my rear window was damaged. They had an appointment available the very next morning, so they removed the broken glass and covered the opening with plastic to keep out the elements overnight. The replacement itself was quick - less than 2 hours. My insurance had them listed as a preferred provider so the claims process was easy. The office staff was very friendly, too.

Windshields Express replaced a Ford windshield and a Jeep windshield for me in the past year or so. And now theyve completed a rock chip repair for free!! What could be better than that? I was given Windshields Express as a referral and happy to pass along to you. I got a rock chip that immediately started cracking across my windshield. I was going on vacation and needed a quick replacement. I called and they got me in that day for the replacement. Everyone was helpful and professional and try cared about what I had going on. Experienced a kicked up rock from traveling down I-25 that created a dime sized nick in my windshield while traveling down from Denver on the 4th of July. With the Colorado heat oncoming that weekend, I wanted to get it sealed before the high temps split my window in half. Called half a dozen places the next day to see what they could do for me and they were either closed or were extraordinarily high priced since I wasnt using my insurance plan.Bruce (owner) took my call, told me when I could come in (that day), and was extremely flexible with my schedule. I own a 2006 Scion xB. The cost of my entire visit was $240. Because of the design of my car, the windshield takes projectiles a lot harder than other vehicles and Ive replaced my windshield 3 times in the last 7 years that Ive owned it. My experience at Windshields Express has been the best Ive encountered thus far. From the price to the quality of work, it was the best. My last windshield I purchased from a different shop that specialized in auto glass and there were air leaks from day 1 (and I paid closer to $300 for that visit). The windshield I bought and had installed by Windshields Express has a nice fit so far, 2 weeks old, and I dont hear any air leaks or rattling like I did on my previous windshield. The owner, Bruce was very forthcoming about the service and even gave me a ride back to my office a few blocks away while the service was being performed. Great experience all around and I will return for my future auto glass needs.
