I recently purchased a new iPhone and jet pack for WIFI service for my house. Antoin assisted me with my purchase, answered all my questions, and had a very knowledgeable and professional demeaner. He was a joy to work with, and I appreciate his patience in making sure I understood everything we discussed.I went back to Verizon the next week to pick up my new phone and Jamiah had my phone ready for pick up. She picked out a case for me and made sure all of my information was transferred to my new phone. She was delightful and very competent in her skills.Both representatives exhibited what a true service rep should be. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Was told it would be a 35 minute wait. Waited 3 hours and asked if we could make an appointment for another day. Was told yes but to call the store phone. Then tells us nevermind they have no idea how to do that. Any time the people in front of us had a question, he had to call his supervisor to find out the answer. These people need to be properly trained before they are left alone. I felt bad for the poor guy. He was trying his best but how can you properly run a store if you cannot even answer the most basic questions?

Let me start by saying this store manager and associate are cheating new customers and giving misleading information.The buy one get one offer they say you can buy any devices however it turned out to be incorrect I had to pay for both the devices.I suggest not to trust what they are saying along with all this prepare to wait for more than 60- 90 mins even you book online.I would not suggest anyone to visit this store they are cheater.

Here is what happened, Mar 7 I went to Victra Verizon store (S Houston leaves Collierville TN), I moved from t mobile to Verizon. The store manager and one of the associate told me about the 1 on 1 device offer, I ask specifically at least 3 times can I get 1 Samsung and 1 apple and still be able to get offer. They both said yes and processed the order, later every month I am saw I am paying for both the devices and I reached out to verizon support and learned that the both devices has to same manufacturer to be eligible for the offer. Also said that theres a Bring your own device offer of 300$ which we never received.This store manager and its employee are lying, misleading in fact cheating new customer, upon confrontation to store manager he said you got pay off both the devices he just said we can’t do anything. Now verizon can’t do anything, store cannot do anything but I lost the offer so I had to pay $1000 device. I am trying to save every penny this hurt my saving, so I left with only 1 choice is to leave verizon as I felt cheated so I left verizon. I have suggested all of my friends and connection not to trust victra specially that store.I am reaching out to you, I have not used the other device you can do battery cycle check can I return that device and get my $1000 back

When we arrived to the store they had a couple of customers ahead of us and I was very impressed how each customer was given impeccable services in spite of the growing line of customers waiting to be seen. Yes I was a little irritated waiting to be seen but it was worth the wait. I walked away feeling valued as a customer.

On February 17th i had a devastating house fire, resulting in the need to replace 2 phones and 1 tablet on February 20th.I have been a Verizon customer for 27 years, I would like to congratulate Mariah F. For being the most diligent, cooperative, knowledgeable, patient and concerned representative i have ever dealt with in that 27 years.During Covid the stocks were low on some items I wanted, Mariah was so diligent in obtaining the exact phones and tablet with all the necessary accessories needed as quickly as possible.I believe Mariah needs special Acknowledgment for all her actions.She obtained the exact equipment needed, without any steering of us to what was in stock at that time.Thanks again Mariah for your much needed assistance.

I woke up to a completely dead work phone on a Saturday morning and as an independent contractor I needed a new one immediately. I wasn’t looking forward to shopping for a phone during COVID and decided the local Verizon store on Houston Levee was likely to be less crowded than some of the big box stores. I was right. Maria greeted me as they opened the store and spent over an hour assisting me in my purchase, downloading all of my info from the cloud to my new phone(sooo glad I back up my phone), and switching my Verizon plan to unlimited data plan at the same price as my old plan. Her willingness to take the time to do all of that was much appreciated and relieved me of the stress of having to do it myself. She was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I recommend going to see her if you have any mobile phone needs!

I had an amazing experience at Verizon today. Mariah was great! She was at the store by herself and continued to handle herself with calmness and patience as people continued to walk in, in need of service. She took her time with me and another customer. I wish they had her more help but she made my experience great! She explained everything to me and even walked me through set up and explained my new device to me. I wasnt even planning on upgrading my phone but because of her kind service, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone. Thank you so much, Mariah for all your hard work. When I decided to go to Verizon to finally upgrade my old 6s Plus my wife said to be sure and ask for Mariah. And was she right! Mariah, was very nice, knowledgable and very patient with me. I knew what I wanted and she presented options along those lines. No hard sale pitches. Upon my decision she made all the necessary transfers from my old phone to my new one. She not only found a trade in amount amount for the 6s but found a discount for my new phone 12 Pro Max. I never felt pressure or rushed during the purchase. It was a pleasant experience throughout.So rare these days. But don’t take it from me take my wife’s advice... she don’t play.

I entered the Victra store on Houston Levee Rd. Collierville, TN to research iPhones as I wanted to upgrade. I looked at an iPhone 11 and told the salesperson I thought it was the phone i might buy but wanted to do some more looking. She said she could order one and when it came in if I didnt want it I would not have to pay for it. I told her NO! Do not order it. After I returned home I received an email from Verizon saying my new phone would be here in two days. The sales person had ordered the phone on my account without my permission. I checked my Verizon account and the phone had already been charged. I called Verizon but was told they could not cancel the order because Victra is an independent retailer. I returned to the store but was told not to worry I wouldnt have to pay for it when all the while I had Verizon on the phone telling me I did. She then called Verizon and was told she could not cancel the order. I do not want the phone, but Verizon says I have to pay for it. The salesperson used my account to order a $749.00 phone without my permission. I still have no resolution for this matter.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

The ladies at this location were awesome.!!!!! One was up against the clock to leave (understandably) but she helped me and never complained....after she left the other was slammed with customers and she was still so very attentive to her customers while trying to check on me (trying to set up my phone I ordered from Verizon online) not for nothing but Verizon puts these employees at a huge disadvantage by having internet sales, corporate store sales and then they have authorized dealers ............ the authorized dealers have to put up with every complaint anybody has with grace and understanding ... no compensation. ( I assume)... I hate when 1 company pits different sales teams against one another ---- and they all have to fix the problems each creates or lets happen... but thats my soapbox- I am just appreciative of this stores help... I also know that the same woman that helped me initially has been there for several years because she helped my daughter 2 -3 years ago with the same competency. Thank -you!!!

Verizon is beyond blessed to have Mariah on their team! I’ve had three recent interactions with Mariah, and each time she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a Verizon customer. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough, and above all, very patient. My account needed a major overhaul, so Mariah graciously spent the time needed to get it all worked out, and she did not disappoint. By far the best Verizon associate I’ve ever worked with! She stayed after hours at the store for about 30 mins and helped me when she could have told me that it was after hours and that they were closed. She was an angel and the sweetest!! The staff at this location is amazing! Octavious, the location manager, was so helpful after showing up at his location after having an awful experience at a previous location. He worked with me and had me out the door with exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude when I was frustrated from the other location. Octavious and his staff were a breath of fresh air when it felt like nothing was going right for me today.

Let me start off by saying I never visited this location. I live a couple states away. Someone in this location is very dishonest, they allowed someone to steal my upgrade with my phone number and account. They charged $1500 to my account. How do you do that with no ID? DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Potentially dishonest with their marketing practices. I visit on Black Friday of 2018 for a deal on a phone. They notified me when I arrived that I would also receive a free promotional tablet. Of course, I was happy to hear this news. My girlfriend and I were very deliberate to ask about the pricing structure of the new plan. Since purchasing the phone, Ive been billed $10 per month for a tablet line access. Neither my girlfriend nor I can remember being told I would be charged $10 per month for this free promotional tablet. Over the course of a two year contract this will cost $240, significantly above the price of simply buying a tablet. Ive since put in about 5 hours (800# and store) of my personal time trying to give them the tablet back so it will be taken off my plan. The last time I visited the store I was told it was told I would need to continue paying this fee. The associate said he would speak to his regional representative to confirm and then call me back. I never received a call back. I hate the fact I am over paying for a tablet that I would not have purchased if not presented as free. Im tired of spending my time on such an issue, so I might as well help some other customer be aware of their practices.

Michael Fortin and his crew are top notch. I wish other Verizon stores were the same. Within the last 6 months they have recovered 2 of my phones like nothing ever happened and saved my mother in laws lifeline phone after it locked out and had to be factory reset and restored. She is in a nursing home and it is her lifeline to friends and family so Michael saved us again. Thank you so much and kudos to your Collierville store and all of the wonderful staff. They treat you like family. Will be Verizon customers for life. Thanks guys!

I like the store but it was an issue with the phone I bought. By the time I walked out of the store the phone would not even let me make a call. They werent well-stocked with the phones they were selling, and I had to wait another full day before I got my phone. So I did without a phone for more than a day.
