Today I went to the AT&T store to get information about purchasing an updated cellular phone. Going into the location I was greeted by the manager she was very friendly. I’ve never went to a location where the person greeted me asked my name and how my day was going even before they knew what I was coming in for. It felt like that no matter the reason that I was in there they were happy to see me even if I wasn’t spending money with them or not, they were genuine. Go to this AT&T location and you will not be dissatisfied the staff is kind, courteous, honest and makes environment fun.

Great staff good service, I like that when my family came in the lady at the door let me know how long the wait was and ask what I was coming in for. Very polite I was welcomed when I came in the store I didn’t feel like that I was just there looking like money to them.

I have been to the Collierville AT&T Store at 900 W Poplar 3 different times and each time received such good service. First time I was assisted by a representative named Tim in looking at new iPhones and checking availability. Then at a later date last week Tim was assisting another customer and a very kind lady (did not get her name) worked with my husband and me in making decisions and placing our order. We went back this week to return old phones and met with Tremaine who did the paperwork for the return of the old phones and set up our new phones for us. He was both patient and kind and most knowledgeable. All three of these people were a pleasure to work with and such good representatives of AT&T.

Tenesha and the entire staff were very helpful, there was an error, on my part, and they were able to fix it with no issues at all. The only thing I would say is that they were very busy end very short handed. Tenesha made sure everyone knew there place in line and apologized for the wait. There was this one man being extremely rude but Tenesha and staff never lost their cool, my point in saying this is be patient with the staff especially if they are continuously letting you know what’s going on. In this new “covid” world, things are changing, and sometimes somethings that normally take 5 to 10 minutes may take 15 to 20 minutes. Go see Tenesha and staff at the AT&T location, you will be very satisfied.

Went in to the ATT store in Collierville and talked with Adrianna and the store manager Tenesha. My mother who is 86 years old needed a phone on her account. I went to one of the other stores and the sales person there was very extremely rude to me. When I came in the store I was already upset and Tenesha the store manager noticed that something was wrong with me and she came over and just happened to ask what was going on. I explained to her what was going on and she apologized and explained to give AT&T another chance t make it right and that all stores are not the same. She was exactly right all stores are not the same, the service that her and Adrianna gave was very impressive. Tenesha also gave me her business card and told me to call anytime I needed something. She also introduced me to her assistant manager Ashlyn and said that if she was unavailable that she could help as well. They all apologized again for my bad experience at another store. They made this experience so much better than what it was. I came to the store upset and I left very happy and satisfied.

I went to this location after meeting Sheila at a Signature event last month. After some talk about a possible upgrade that turned into a decision to add a new phone and tablet to my account. A week ago I made a 3:00 appointment to meet Sheila at the Collierville store to complete our business. I arrived a few minutes early and properly was greeted by store staff. Sheila came in mere minutes behind me then introduced me to Tenesha whom I later learned was the store manager.Sheila and Tenesha were totally in sync, they were well prepared for my visit. They had my phone and tablet picked out along with a screen protector and case. Tenesha talked with me about my existing service, set up the phone, applied the screen protector and let choose my own phone number. As a matter of fact she provided the best experience EVER.The reason this post does not get five stars is because, of Tenesha’s boss, Virginia, the area manager who was also visiting today. While Tenesha was providing excellent customer service, she first sent an associate out to ask her how long she will be. Tenesha explained she is working with me because the associate that was going to assist Sheila is out today and I was a scheduled appointment. My total time at the store was less than 45 minutes, so imagine my surprise when she, Virginia, stepped from the back, yelled across the store and asked how much longer she will be with this customer! I was stunned and so was Tenesha and Sheila. I thought this was rude and unprofessional. As the area manager, she showed no respect to me as the customer by wanting to rush the experience as if my money has no value. She embarrassed both Tenesha and Sheila who laid out the red carpet for this planned visit. Virginia demonstrated how NOT to lead by example to Tenesha, the store manager, along with her associates that were working today.Anyone working with Sheila during one of her Signature events will be pleased with her and the Collierville location when she partners with this location. Tenesha, before I knew she was the store manager, is great with customers. I imagine with her as the leader, all of the associates are too. I just hope and pray Virginia isn’t visiting and exhibiting her unprofessional behavior.

We bought 2 news phones and wanted our old phone information transferred over. This company wants to use the lame Covid excuse for not transferring old phone information to the news phones you’ve just forked money over for but they’ll put 2 new SIM cards in 2 other phones for my daughters. If this company is that afraid of touching phones then put on some dang gloves and do your jobs and provide full customer service. Covid being used as an excuse to be lazy is ridiculous. AT&T isn’t the only show in town and people can take their business else where.

This store gives me heartburns, it took them 4 days to switch my service to AT&T, in these 4 days I have had multiple sales rep helping me, overall I am amazed on how they are running this store with such incompetent employees. Every sales person walks around with a huge chip on their shoulders, the manager was decent, but can’t have her every time I walked in. Horrible service is what I would conclude.

Very poor Customer Service. Sheila(Manager) and Kim(“Sales Rep”) was very rude during my visit with this store. I waited in my car due to COVID, after I was told to come in to be helped, Kim left me sitting multiple times to help others that were walking in the store,as if I wasn’t waiting to be helped. I went in the store wanting to upgrade and check on some other plan options. Kim told me to “Google” what the differences were in two phones I was interested in. If I wanted to google the differences, I would’ve while I was waiting. I was treated like I have never been before in a store and I am very disappointed that people working in Customer Service think it is okay to treat potential customers like this. I know the Manager overheard our conversation and how rude Kim was being. She was no better and just as rude when I wanted to know the differences in the phones. I told them how rude they were and left. Your employees are only as good as your Management, in this case, very unprofessional.

The funny things is, even the at&t Reps complain about the at&t stores network being slow while trying to process your order but they turn around and offer you AT&t home Internet service. Really!!!?

I went to the store and switch my three family plan from T-Mobile to AT&T because They told me that my bill it will be include insurance and tax $185 and they will give me free Sim card and free activation fee I was surprised when I received my bill after 25 days that my bill is $480 and that’s not what I got told from the people who work there they just be lie to people just to get the commission...... plz make sure that you don’t go to this location

Went into At&t in Collierville only to pay bill, but I had been having a few problems with my old phone. The technician Sabrina was so awesome in customer service. I ended up purchasing a new phone and it took longer to transfer my data because of a few wifi issues, she didnt brush me off but patiently took her time to make sure I would leave a satisfied customer in which I was. I am grateful for such a wonderful experience. Right now as we face so many uncertainties with our world wide pandemic, it does the heart good to see people such as Sabrina take pride in what she does as she followed the steps to keep me safe as well as herself. Way to go!

After walking in I was told to wait in my car for a text in order to be serviced. I went to my car and received my text that it was my turn. As I approached the entrance to enter the store one technician says “I almost gave up hope for you, i’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. I’d only gotten the text 45 seconds earlier. A female technician then blocked the entrance and said it wasn’t my turn. I showed her the text and she said “oh, I don’t know why it’s doing that” and pointed us back to our car. I had to ask how would they alert us since they already sent us the text message. She stated they would come to get us. The male technician came to our car to service us and as we were headed inside again , the female technician interrupted us and stated another customer was ahead of us. Frustrated we return to our car. After almost an hour of getting inaccurate details about when we were being serviced, we left. Unfortunately, without a new phone. There is so much emphasis on waiting your turn but they obviously don’t know whose turn it is. Do better!

Some time last year while making a plan change on my phone, a rep in this store convinced me to upgrade to the $15/month insurance instead of the $8/month I already had. His convincing point was that it was worth it just for the battery replacement it provided.Fast forward 9 months to a year later, and I want a new battery since my phone has to be recharged multiple times per day when i used to charge it less than once per day. I went to the Collierville Poplar store to inquire how to get my new battery. She sent me to Wolfchase location and said they would change it there while i waited with no appointment needed. That was false which i found out after driving all the way there. They did however have me wait in the store for 45 minutes while they tested to see if my battery met the criteria for replacement which it did not. Even if it met the criteria they said i needed an appointment and would have to come back another day.Short version: They tricked me into buying a warranty to cover my battery which i dont qualify for, and now ive paid more for that insurance than a new battery costs. Ill find a new place to shop for my next iPhone upgrades.

Had a very interesting experience today with an employee named Kimberly Cornett. She came to my car twice to ask my name. The third time she came to my car she needed my drivers license. The forth time she needed my credit card. Still no phone. And I thought why not get my name, DL, and card the first time? At that time, I asked her how much longer it was going to take. She then started to get frustrated telling me I should’ve worn a mask. Of course I didn’t have a mask, because I thought they were only doing curbside which is offered on their website and on a banner outside the store which I mentioned to her. After some back and forth, I just told her “I’d been waiting 20 min, you’ve had to come out to my car 4 times, I need the phone so I can get on with my day.” Then she throws my credit card my card back through my car window and walks inside.

Poor Customer Service stated there’s a glitch that could affect a return on their new ATT universe Streaming TV that just started the first of this month. This is a new service that didn’t work and tech support could only say it’s our WiFi..... which makes no sense since our other 4 devices was working on the same WiFi. Oh and the best part was the Immature workers that work at the AT&T store on Poplar in Collierville

Went for a simple phone upgrade since phone was eligible. Employee said I owed 2 months payment still which was incorrect. When she wouldnt budge, I asked for a manager. Was told that was unnecessary because she knew what she was taking about.When manager arrived, manager confirmed the phone was upgrade eligible with nothing owed. Employee even argued with manager. I finally asked for a new salesperson. Eric came over and although we had to start the process from scratch, had no issues and was very friendly.

Its was a great experience until I had to pay my Directtv bill and then still couldnt do what I came there for.. Per management the payment wouldnt update for 24 hours even though it instantly came out of my account. That sucks! I spent 30 minutes of my time only to be told I had to come back 2morrow. Walked in talked to the receptionist named Shay, she told me it would be about a 15 minute wait, waited 15 minutes and I was number 6 on the list. Let her know went to eat at Firehouse, and that I would be back. Came back and I was #3 on the list. Sat and waited another 20 minutes. Saw my name disappeared and asked the manager named Meredith about it. She said I left & went Firehouse and didnt come back in time, I said I came back and my name was on the list and was there for 15 minutes and disappeared. She said I would have to wait again. I dont have time to wait longer as I had to work. I took off work temporarily to get this issue sorted out. I will never come back to this location as they are very disorganized. i sat in the main seating area by the TV that displays your name in line, NO ONE CAME AND SAID MY NAME. My phone wasn’t working, whole reason I was there, so it wasn’t like I was distracted. The employees here need to walk the store and call the name, not just call it at the front where no one can hear and assume you left. I mean come on. I was in the main seating area. I am looking into new service providers as this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this store.

Oh the hell we went through at this store. We purchased two iPhones, only to find that one was malfunctioning completely, and even in the store it wouldnt charge. Every phone call was a failure. One of the members of my family has his own business and was losing customers daily. We went back numerous times only for them to say that there was NOTHING wrong with the phone. We finally went to the Apple Store, and they gave us a new one, no questions asked. I understand that they cant do much at the At&t store, but they basically wouldnt do anything. The supervisor wasnt helpful at all, completely sheltering the actions of her and her staff, and telling me about the policies of AT&T and Apple, as if I have no idea. The problem was that they could have done something but they chose not to.

Ive had at&T for 20+years, bought many iphones... this store lies to your face about contracts, fees, leasing phone ... go to walmart where the phone is cheaper anyway! This store employees must be on commission. Ive been in the store several times and received the same lines from different employees. They told me the lease was not a contract and I could get out of it anytime (only if pay the termination fee or buy out the contract) They dont tell you that you dont own the phone at end of 24 mths, that you pay taxes up front ... I could go on. Just go to walmart.
