It was a very good experience dealing with them. I first went in about 2 weeks prior but they did not have a unit the size I wanted. Katherine took my number and said she would call if a unit came open. I really didnt expect that to happen but she did. She called and said they had a unit the size I wanted. I went in later in the day, she showed me the unit and had the contract signed in just a few minutes. It is a very clean facility with lots of space to maneuver my trailer in and out. I certainly would recommend.

Katherine and Will were great! They were so kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend to anyone needing storage!!!!

Excellent customer service and very fair move in/move out policies that are flexible. We spent over 8 months in the same unit while our new house was being finished, and we had a fantastic experience. Clean, safe, well-lit facilities. 24 he access.

This is the second time Ive rented a storage unit at Morningstar in College Station. The Manager, Jennifer is so friendly, and tries her best to work with your schedule! They are completely automated, so all paper work can be completed quicky online. The storage units are super clean and located in a good area. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this storage facility! It’s new, clean, and the staff is extremely accommodating. I happened to lose all of my keys to my unit, and without hesitation they were able to open my unit for me. Again, highly recommend.

When I went to check on my things, there were rat dropping everywhere. I moved my belongings out quickly after that. I was hoping since it was indoors and climate controlled that I wouldnt have to worry about my stuff. Wouldnt recommend.

Wow! The customer service provided by Jennifer is always professional and caring. Even through this crazy covid time, she has managed to go out of her way to help our college student store her things. We had such a great experience with morning star! The facility is very clean and the office staff was always pleasant and helpful. There was never any hidden fees, move in and move out was very simple and fast. We would use them again in a heart beat!

Yesterday, the lock on my unit refused to open and the young man who does maintenance there saw me struggling with it and came up to help. He ended up having to drill the lock out to get me inside. Even though it was 5:00 he stayed with it - used up 2 batteries trying to drill through and then gave me a new lock and swapped out the clasp to stainless steel so it would not rust again. That was really good customer service! Thanks again

The staff at Morningstar was so helpful, patient and friendly, it was unbelievable. Elaina and Cat went far out of their way in an effort to accomadate my needs. A new employee, Stacy, was equally kind and although it took a bit to get it all ironed out, it was only due to her newness and lack of familiarity with some things. (I believe that I was her second customer at her new job.) These people are simply great.The facilities (I was at two separate locations) were virtually spotless.What a pleasure to do business with such an outstanding company with outstanding facilities and, remarkably, outstanding staff. I recommend Morningstar highly to everyone.

I’ve been to this storage facility several times. I love the fact that they provide free use of a moving truck and I can access the unit 24 hours a day. Elaina was very helpful with my questions regarding the unit

Whatever you do, please, please, please get all the details before you look at these units. I called the number provided online and spoke to Jazmine at 8:15 a.m. this morning. Every bit of information that she told me, the manager - Elaina who called me back at 5:15 this evening - told me was not correct. From the price of the unit, to the rental information - everything. This is mass confusion at its finest. The price the manager quoted is $10 higher than what Jazmine told me 10 hours ago. She told me it is their busiest season so they can charge higher prices now, and lower prices in December when it is not. I understand that totally; however, at least make sure that the people representing your business know what is going on and everyone is on the same page.

Elaina Ross and her team are FABULOUS! I serve on the Texas A&M Staff Appreciation Week (SAW) committee and got connected to Morningstar Storage through the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce.Morningstar offered us a complimentary storage unit for our committee to use in the weeks leading up to SAW. Elaina offered to donate goody bags for one of our events and we gladly took her up on that! 550 TAMU staff who work non-traditional hours each received a goody bag (Morningstar tote filled with fun swag inside). Staff who received these bags were so pleased! Morningstar even offered us the use of their 16 foot truck to transport the goody bags to campus.Additionally, Elaina donated a couple of gift certificates for storage units for our committee to use as SAW prizes.Each time we came in, we were greeted by Elaina herself or a member of her helpful, friendly team. They truly treated us like family. We were overwhelmed by this companys generosity and are extremely grateful for the kindness they showed us. Were looking forward to partnering with Morningstar for future TAMU Staff Appreciation Week events!

I highly recommend the Morningstar storage units of BCS. Elaina Ross at MorningStar Storage BCS is a #ROCKSTAR for her support of Texas A&M Universitys Staff Appreciation Week! Morningstar Storage was the official sponsor for staff working non-traditional work hours! She donated 550 goodie bags, a storage unit, & prizes! We stored prizes and give-away items in their indoor, AC, super clean unit. I was very please at the security of the facility and the easy it was to have over 40 boxes delivered directly to our unit and by-pass our office! We didnt even need to be there, the staff took care of everything. And we learned you can even have UPS & FedEx packages delivered to Morningstar Storage and they will put them in your unit! That way you dont need to worry about expensive items being left at your home door. Wow! Elaina and her staff gave great service and helped wherever we needed it. They are the best.

Very clean units. Good service

Manager is never in the office, she wont answer the phone, seems like she only works 3 hours a day while her mediocre assistants sit there on their cell phone playing games. I will be going to another storage facility in 29th Street in Bryan.
