Worst experience ever! Don’t store your things here. We had a varmint living in our unit. It pooped and peed on all of our things. They obviously don’t use an exterminator. Their customer service is even worse. They charged us for the whole time and were very rude. Their units aren’t sealed. This place is a nightmare.

This is such a great place to rent, I am glad I found this location. It is a great location to navigate between Bryan and College Station. Their security is great, being gated & having many cameras onsite, it’s more like a safe, quiet little community. The staff is also top notch, always there to answer my questions and help me out.

We have had a unit for almost 2 years. The staff is always friendly and ready and willing to help with whatever is needed. They keep you informed of any situation that has taken place at the facility.

This place is highly recommended, my husband and I have been on the fence about renting a storage place just because of the hassle. This place has exceeded our expectations tremendously. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the gated premises are are very nicely kept up. We love how you have to know the password to the gate to enter and leave. We also love the fact that there are so many security cameras throughout the property( including outside and inside.) They offer temperature controlled units that are also private and secured as well ( meaning you have to have a separate code to get inside the door for the temp controlled units. ) We are very satisfied with our decision! We definitely recommend anyone looking for a safe convenient place come to We rent storage!!!

We have used this storage facility for almost 2 yrs now. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the many other storage facilities in town. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that ask.

Weve been using We Rent for about 3 years now, and have had nothing but good experiences. Paying is easy, and the air conditioned space gives us an extra layer of comfort. Additionally, the staff is always responsive.

We stored my college age sons stuff here for the summer. The whole experience was great - I was able to use my AAA discount and Samantha was extremely responsive answering all my questions and being very pleasant every time we talked. I was able to pay monthly on line and take care of everything else by phone. The space was easy to access and when we were moved out, my deposit was promptly returned. I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Priced better than most of their competitors, the front desk folks are very friendly. They do a good job of keeping storage tenants up to date on changes.

I have rented from WRS for five years now and have never once had a complaint. They communicate regularly with you on issues of importance I.e. bad weather alerts, specials, concerns. They take pride in their property and cleanliness of it and hold tenants accountable who disrespect its cleanliness and security. They are a local-managed property and take pride in running a first class facility at good prices. I left CubeSmart to come here, and the difference is night and day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I like how they send out emails to let everyone know what’s going on.

Our Girl Scout Troop has used this facility for the second year in a row during cookie season. Weve been very pleased with their customer service and controlled temp facilities.

If I could give a lesser rating, I would. I had my entire house full of belongings stored here for about 14 months. When we went to get them out, there was extensive damage from what appears to be animals/rodents. Everything is covered in urine/feces and mold. The conditions in the unit were absolutely deplorable. We Rent says sorry, we arent responsible. Yes, I have renters insurance, but they say they dont cover animal damage. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
