I needed a storage unit quickly. The day I reserved online, Robert called to explain additional features and the process for claiming my unit. He checked in the day before we agreed Id come by since I wanted to do everything in person, and he was very helpful and clear when I came in about how things would work once I had everything signed! I feel secure storing my things here :)

My experience was a new one for me, seeing that I won a storage auction with CubeSmart. I wasn’t sure of what the process would be seeing that I had never won a storage before. Amanda, the manager, was amazing! She was so helpful and made this process sooo easy! Robert was also extremely nice and helpful. I am a review writer, for good and bad experiences. I believe constructive criticism is an important part of building and maintaining great customer service. CubeSmart Storage did not fail me! Excellent customer service! Safe facility and very well organized. We did everything online and via phone which I really appreciated. We needed a temporary location for our trailer during a college move, and they offered very reasonable rates. I particularly appreciated their willingness to be flexible with their move-in hours, as it made it very convenient during our multiple days of moving. Would highly recommend this location!!!

I had an un-airconditioned unit (10’x20’) for a year and a half. It was packed. When I went to get everything out I was super impressed how decently clean everything was. There was no evidence of roaches, mice or even spiders.The people who work there have always been helpful and friendly. It was a great experience as far as a storage unit goes. WIll definitely use them again if needed.

I rented a small storage room from Cube Smart located at 17535 State Hwy 6, College Station, TX 77845. The facility is very clean and well kept. Amanda was professional, polite, friendly and funny. She knew exactly what she was doing and facilitated my rental of the unit efficiently. I recommend both Cube Smart and Amanda.

The staff was great. They worked the best deal available for me and worked with some out of control circumstances to make sure all my needs were taken care off. Super nice facility.

We used this location last year when my fiance had the summer off. Veronica and Amanda were extremely nice and accommodating. We did not have any trouble getting in/out or checking in/out. CubeSmart on Highway 6 at Texas Speedway exit was wonderful...allowed us to rent a climate controlled storage unit for 1 month and still honored their offers they were having when we called. Five or 10 minutes after I called and reserved the unit, one of the managers called me back and reconfirmed our reservation and asked if we had any additional questions...so appreciated their attention and helpfulness! The location is great and the staff is helpful and accommodating. Amanda explained the process of leasing the unit and outlined the terms. She also helped me with figuring out the size of unit needed for my things and mentioned that I could change the unit if needed. She showed me a few units that were available so that I could easily see the size that I would be getting once I made my mind up.The center itself is safe, clean, and secure. A safe place to store large and small items. The staff here are fantastic. Friendly and helpful. My dad passed away and had items stored here. The staff were so accommodating to the situation and gave us time to make the proper arrangements to gain access to the items stored. Highly reccomended.

When I went to get the storage unit, everyone was friendly and helpful. They informed me that my online promotion would last 6 months and then the rates would be raised to their normal price. I even emailed after getting the unit asking about the price in the paperwork I signed, and they told me it was my promotion price plus their insurance. My very first bill after not even being with them a month, rent was raised to that price that was to include the insurance and then I had to pay the insurance price on top of that. When I emailed again about this new price they kept saying it was the rental price i agreed on and stuck with that even after i emailed them a copy of their email stating that price included the insurance. This place is not worth the money they charge.

I used two temperature controlled cubes to store a large house load of furniture for a year and a half. I am very satisfied with the security, temperature control, and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. My only complaint is with their telephone automated payment system, which does not let you pay for more than one cube at a time and thus charges you multiple service fees. After the first time of this, I just called the local number directly and gave my CC information to the store staff, and there was no service fee. I dont know about online payments, but you can set up automated payments if you wish.

I have my stuff stored at this CubeSmart In College Station. My lock broke on my last visit but I did not have time to replace it. HOWEVER.... when I went back Amanda had already replaced my lock for me. Couldn’t say better things about this place! Amanda, you are awesome and CubeSmart is lucky to have you on their team! Amber and Veronica were so warm and welcoming! Even though my phone was being derpy and wouldnt receive the confirmation calls, they still made sure I was taken care of on move-in day. They seemed really interested in my life and they really care about the cleanliness of the units. I 100% recommend them because they really do care about helping you.

Within 3 minutes Amanda the General Manager called me to explain all the details and get me set up. We arrived 5 minutes until closing on accident, but the associate Sandy was still kind and helpful. I was uncertain on size of my unit so they showed me two and helped me decide on the best even if it meant cheaper. Its obvious they care to provide amazing service. Nice clean new facility. This might be in the middle of no where,but these people are so kind.space looks nice and clean.Everything was fast,ready and easy.i had no problems with my reservation even though I came a day late.very sweet.but you do have to worry about the bugs that accumulate each month.i used it for one month and when I came to get my stuff there was a lot of beetles and spiders.i never dealt with that out of all the storage places I use.

I arrived at 6:01 pm and missed the entrance. I panicked because I thought I had missed the check-in and would miss my scheduled flight in several hours. I called the office and told them the situation and they promised me that they would wait. They did. The site manager Amanda Crow even stayed and guided me to get my car fit into the storage unit, by which time it was almost 7pm. I could not thank the office enough, especially Amanda, for saving me from a major trouble!!!
