Today is day 1 of my storage rental. I had no idea the climate control side is INFESTED with roaches. They are everywhere!! Now, I will have to rent another trailer and move the items somewhere more sanitary.

We rented a unit for 2 months after a relocation from Illinois to Texas. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Friendly reminders for payment were convenient for me with everything else I was dealing with. Everything was just super easy and all of our items seems to be in great condition. I would definitely use them again or recommend their facilities!!

The two ladies in the office hope and frankie they are the most amazing girls they got me all set up in my new unit that i needed last minute. I had so much stress and they took care of everything i needed and made it so easy for me to get my stuff moved. Every visit to thestorage unit they sit and talk to me play with my puppy. Theyr the most amazing girls. I love them at life storage.

I went to CubeSmart last week to rent a storage unit. Angela was the young woman that I met with and she was the sweetest. She took care of everything and got me all fixed up. I went in a couple days later and signed the paperwork and I could not be more blessed or happy with the whole experience. I will be moving to College Station in September and came by to see this facility. LOVED IT! I almost rented today even though I do not need to store my belongings until September! Super clean, well maintained, and most importantly, the General Manager Angela Marrs was AWESOME! She took the time to go over the different sizes and helped me decide what best fits my needs. I will renting for a year and this is the ONLY place I want to store!! I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out!!

Came in today to inquire about different sizes and prices in hopes of finding something right for me when I move to Bryan/College Station next semester. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have NEVER seen such a clean storage facility! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit.

The 5 stars is mainly because of the manager Angela Marrs. Storage Units are just storage units, but Angela provides customers a persona and caring touch. She was very fair to me when we started renting 2 1/2 years ago and when we left a few weeks ago. She was always very pleasant, helpful and positive. A real asset to that business.

If I could leave no stars I would. Its a bunch of college kids running the facility that are very irresponsible. They charged our credit card for 2-3 months to another persons storage unit after we were no longer using them, and have yet to refund us our money. Would never recommend.

This was the first time my husband and I rented from this facility. Our experience was great! Clean storage with more than ample space for our needs. Staff was very helpful and courteous! This will work well for us in the long run!

This has been a great experience from beginning to end! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the units are clean and easy to access. Also, the staff helped me worked though a scheduling issue, which helped to make my move as stress-free as possible!

Whitney was very courteous and helpful during the whole process of getting our storage unit. Even when we last minute reserved a unit late the night before, she called the next morning to confirm and was very accomodating. Even later in the day when we realized we needed a larger unit, she worked with my husband to get us upgraded to a bigger size without any hassle. I was impressed with the large cameras In the office lobby monitoring everything from the parking lot to every area of the storage grounds. This storage unit is super convenient, clean, and staff is helpful. Angela, especially, deserves 5 stars and really goes above and beyond every time I have spoken with her. I only need storage intermittently but I will continue to return to this CubeSmart!

Every so often there is a rate increase and no email notice. They claim there is a formal written notice in the mail. A change of address could be why I havent received these, but ultimately for as many price increases they have had since I have been there I still havent seen one written notice. They are not the original owners I started with as I understand it from them. I told them it would make sense that my billing is electronic then notices of price change should be as well. Traditional by mail option frees them of any legal obligation of notice, but then those of us relying on notice in emails wouldnt be aware of price hikes until we check our bills, assuming we check our bills. Anyways, not happy with their billing practices. As soon as I can get back in state and make arrangements, I may drop them. As far as storage goes, its a place and holds stuff. Not a complicated task; however, reaching into my wallet/into customer wallets without notice is unprofessional, a legal form of theft, and ticks us off. I could be more understanding of small hikes if I just received the notices!Oh, and hopefully they have corrected what they claim to offer. They informed me they were 24 hr access when I first used them. They are not unless things have changed, but bringing my last bit of property over before leaving town to realize I was locked out did not get me real excited about the place.

I received a Southwest greeting from Ms. Angela Marrs upon entry of the facility. Her knowledge of CubeSmart services, coupled with her supportive and friendly demeanor, allowed my first ever storage experience to be uneventful. Thanks to her openness to share her storage knowledge - I will definitely use them again. The company should clone her - she is worthy to be duplicated.

This is a great storage facility. Nice and secure with automatic gates. Everything is always clean and in great repair. A+++. Highly recommend!

The facility is very clean, well-managed, and secure! The manager was extremely helpful and was very good to call ahead of time to inform me what I would need to bring with me to sign for the unit. All in all its a great location to store your stuff.

This facility just changed names to Life Storage, but they have made the transition smooth and accommodating. The facility it well maintained and I have no worries about my items being stored here.

My grandparents have been renting here for years and always talk about how nice everyone is. I had to go pick up something for my grandma yesterday and stopped by the office to use the restroom. Everyone was SOOO nice!! The office was clean and when I went to my grandmas unit, the hallway looked really clean. If I needed storage I would definitely rent from here! Ask for Angela or MLyn!!

Angela at Cubesmart was an absolute joy, despite it being at the end of one of the busiest days of the year, college spring move out. The unit was clean.My only complaint is the tight driveout lane. There is barely room for someone to drive by when someone else is parked at their unit. A bit scary.
