My husband and I were having difficulty sleeping so we walked into the store just to look. The staff was super helpful finding us exactly what we wanted. We were in and out in under 20 minutes which is what we like- no nonsense! The gentleman who delivered the mattress came almost immediately after we left the store and were super friendly and fast! We went to buy a mattress. We have purchased here before. Only one salesman who takes phone calls instead of helping us in the store. This happened last time too. He said he did not have access to previous purchases. we wanted to buy the same brand. We left without him saying anything to us.

Impressed! I needed a new box spring for a king sized bed, and I called The Sleep Station to see if they had any in stock. They asked when I needed it, and I told them I needed it now. The said they would check to see if they had any in stock and call me back. They called me back within 10 minutes and told me they had it in stock and gave me the price (which was very reasonable!). They took my cc info over the phone and had the box spring delivered to my home and set up within just over an hour. Wow! Excellent service. Will be going back here the next time I need a mattress!
