The store staff was incredible in helping us pick out a mattress and getting it to our home. The staff was so friendly and helpful, but we would likely want to light Seth. Because of him, we found a mattress within 5 minutes of being in the store. He was extremely informative. He gave me the grand tour and walkthrough at a leisurely pace with no rush. I really appreciated that we werent pushed into buying anything we didnt want or need or that was out of our budget. Mike was a great salesman – knowledgeable and professional, not pushy, and fun to chat with. When setting our delivery date, he warned that due to the pandemic, it might likely be that transportation may be delayed. The advance notice has allowed us to set clear expectations for the delivery of the goods. It was the right place to purchase a good quality mattress at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the experience, I would recommend this store differently.

Last month I purchased a new mattress at Mattress Sleep center. After sleeping on it for a week I noticed that it was too soft. I went back three more times in the last month, trying different mattresses to exchange for my recently purchased one. the sales team was so patient with me and even gave me a firming pad to try with the first mattress I bought. That foam pad helped me to decide on choosing a more firm mattress. They are super helpful and have high quality products. Looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress! Great service!

If you want the best mattress for your home, this place is definitely for you. The selections will let you custom select the layers of your mattress so that you have the most comfortable rest. I end up picking a coiled bottom with 2 inches of foam with a 1-inch plush foam top, and it honestly hasnt been the most comfortable of mattresses.I would definitely recommend Mattress Sleep Centers to family and friends.

They have excellent customer service & great prices!! The only problem I had was after 3 months of using the mattress and box spring. I moved my bed set around and when I lift up the box spring the pieces of wood from the middle were sticking out because it is broken. Our mattress also has like a dent in the middle which makes it really uncomfortable to sleep in. Since the 30 days were over I knew I wouldn’t be able to do anything. Also, when I was purchasing my mattress they recommended me to not get one with springs because they tend to mess up after a while and I remember getting one without the springs but after a while of using this one I notice it has springs inside. When I wake up in the middle of the night that’s all I can hear. I don’t know if I might of gotten the wrong one. Other than that they are a great company!

We did buy a full set here and are quite happy with it -- they have a very reasonable delivery fee for students and were great to work with in every regard. We have had to come to mattress sleep centers in college station twice now. Once for a mattress and a second time for a bed frame after our Target bed frame broke after only 2 weeks. Seth has helped us out above and beyond each time and I literally only go here now for anything regarding beds! Phenomenal service and I love my new bed.

After doing a ton of homework on the internet, I decided to try this business out. They had a lot of good reviews on various sites. The sales staff was friendly, met me at the front door, and showed me the selection they had in my price range. No high pressure tactics, they just made sure I understood the different firmness and made sure I tested the beds in the store. I purchased a queen size mattress and box springs at a much cheaper price than I could find anywhere. Sleeping better and would recommend this store to anyone!

My husband and I had a great experience at Mattress SleepCenters! The staff was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress within our budget. They had us try out a number of different mattresses and did not rush us through the selection process. We also bought pillows that we wont ever spend the night without!

Like most others I was not impressed myself. I spent about 10 minutes showing myself around (they had other customers so no problem) I was greeted by a young lady then the salesman. I told the salesman the deal the other mattress place had offered. He reduced the price on a similar bed to the same price and threw in the other things they were throwing in for free as well. I still wasnt convinced that I like that bed more than the other store (just based on preference) and when I said it, he just got rude and told me basically to either buy their stuff right now for this great deal (the same price the other place offered) or leave... So I left...

I bought a bed from the mattress sleep center in March of 2020 within 45 days of having this mattress the bed is sagging over 1inch in the center.I went into the store to try and talk to someone about it,I was given the run around in the 3rd degree.As a Business Owner here in BCS,If a customer of mine has a legitimate complaint of concern about my work I always go Above and Beyond to see to it that my customers are happy in the end...

The store employees were pretty nice but I hate this mattress! Dont buy Restonic. Its not as good as a Serta and I could have gotten better for the price paid.

Totally disappointed! Bought a mattress with a discount and a promise that I could exchange it within 30 days if not satisfied. Killed my back. Returned it, picked out another mattress, then they would not honor/apply the discount on the second mattress, so I had to now pay full price. Should have applied the same discount to the second more expensive mattress as to the first. Sent them an email, and they will not respond. I will NEVER do business with them again.

While shopping for a new king size bed, I made Mattress Sleep Centers my first stop. It was a rainy day so no one was in the store when I arrived. I was promptly greeted by a young man named Kolby (who I later found out is a part ownership). After looking at several options in my price range and getting an attractive quote, I decided I better shop around town a bit. Kolby was very understanding, respectful and overall a really nice guy! I went to every mattress store in the B/CS area. The only place that compared in selection was Denver Mattress. However, the salesman (very much a SALESman) at Denver was pushy about me spending more money and refused to work out any kind of deal. I went back to Mattress Sleep Center with my fiance to show him what I thought would be our best option. We ended up buying an all foam mattress, king size foam pillows, a mattress cover and an awesome crazy long warranty that was less than the price of a similar bed alone at Denver. They had to order the bed for us but after just days it was delivered to our home, set up and the old bed was taken away for us. Shortly after, we received a thank you not hand-written from Kolby himself! This is a family owned and operated business that definitely gives you a feeling of being treated as family. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a bed because they have a great selection, very knowledgeable staff, fair prices and awesome customer service!
