The sales associate seemed very knowledgeable about different types of mattresses, which was helpful for first time buyers. We chose a mattress after testing out several and hearing the pros and cons of each type. When we went to purchase it, the employee offered us a financing plan, which we stated that we did not really need. He persuaded us into taking it anyway in case unexpected expenses come up later. While he was filling out the application, it looked like he was filling out a credit card application. I stated that I did not want a credit card, to which I was told that this was not an actual credit card account. He said it was just a financing plan for the mattress only and that I would receive a bill in the mail after a month and that the payment would be due after that time frame. Low and behold I check my mail a week later to find a new credit card in my mailbox and a bill that was due in 2 weeks. Misinformation like that is really going to cause some issues for someone down the line. I plan to just pay this off and close the account that I never wanted in the first place.

I recently spent $3300 on a Tempur-Pedic mattress and base. They were supposed to include 4 free “$100 Tempur-Pedic pillows” ($400 total) to compensate for two separate push backs in the delivery date and miscommunication on their part regarding that.When delivery day finally arrived we received our full order - which was good - but the 4 “$100 Tempur-Pedic pillows” were actually Comfort Revolution pillows that sell for $35.90 each ($120 total) on Amazon. I called about it and the manager explained that they mark up the $35.90 pillows to $100 (probably to make you feel like you’re getting a good deal).Overall I had an okay experience doing business with them.

Considered shopping here for a mattress tonight but walked away when I got to the door and saw the employee vaping at the desk. I dont know if this is company policy or if the employee is taking advantage while no customers are here but it was a total turn off. I will go across the street to the competitor instead.
