Not explained that when using your credit card that theres a $100 deposit hold/fee and its not to be applied back into your account until the contract is closed. Then you must wait 3-5 business days before the deposit is refunded back into your account

Awful, awful I booked a climate control unit but when I got to the storage unit, no climate control and it was hard enough trying to find a place that was available. so I had to store my item in an outdoor unit which I dislike BUT on top of that the darn unit was dirty and I had to go out of my way . U Haul you got to do better. They get a two because I did get a unit.

The guy behind the counter was GREAT. It was a line because it was at the end of the month and everyone seems to need a Uhaul around that time. But he asked me do I want to take a seat and also carried the boxes out to my car and apologized for the wait. I would definitely return for that kind of Customer Service

The customer service was great. I ask the sales rep if he felt the location was safe & his response was its Washington Rd. Which tells me to hurry & get my stuff out of there. No support from the staff.

There are a lot of UHaul choices in Metro Atlanta, but I keep returning to Washington Road because of Rachael and the fantastic team she has at this location. She could write the book on customer service...never a disappointment.

This was my worst experience ever with uhaul. I will not be going back to this location because of it lack of customer service! They need to be trained on how to properly communicate the rates and millage to their customers before people rent from them. I recieved two different rates and my ended rate didnt match up to what my receipt stated and she couldnt properly break it down to me. I then called customer service and found out that I was charged incorrectly. The location is horrible and the people who work there matches the environment. I WILL NOT RENT FROM HERE PERIOD.

They are NOT customer service oriented at all. Interpersonal skills are severely lacking. Anxious to over charge. I rented here for convenience, definitely not for service.

She doesn’t know her fractions! She read a qtr. tank as 3/8 tank and said you all did it differently! I had to take a picture in case I had to deal with someone else on the return.I highly recommend this location as the customer service is superb.

When you reserve a rental days before you need to pick it up, they will not notify you that the rental is not going to be available. They dont tell you until you go to pick it up. Why give them your phone number when you wont even call the customer to let them know that your rental wont be available on the day that you requested it for? Keep driving to another U-Haul location with better customer service skills.

The general manager is very perfessional and takes his time to make sure you are satisfied and knowledgeable about your purchase/rental.

I stopped into this location late evening without a reservation and of course they couldnt help me. But Michelle Bryant did a search and found a van at another U-haul on Jonesboro rd in Union City. After arriving there, I said theres no way that this location is affiliated with the U-haul Brand. The location was closed, the building looks a mess, vehicles all over the front property, theres no way imy doing business here! I immediately call Jeff Fowler at the Washington Rd location to cancel my reservation. I then received a call from Jeff that a van just came in and I could rent it. Jeff apologized for something that wasnt his fault and offered not to change me for the appliance dolly or overtime. When I returned a few hours later and received my bill, I thought it was an April fools joke! This is your total, $0.00..... This Customer Service at its Finest!!! Jeff Fowler and Michelle Bryant want above and beyond my expectations. They have made the U-haul Brand Shine. More business owners, Managers and Supervisors should learn from this review. Thank you So much! Anyone reading this, Please do business with this U-haul on 4540 Washington rd, College park Ga.

Well got here at 7 for a reservation, and this lady just was in no hurry at all!! The word for the day is simple! Use another uhaul location!

Not the most stellar customer service. They are open until 5PM on Sundays. That means you take care of business until 5, then close out.I got there at 5 minutes till 5, just wanting a pkg of foam glass packers. I was told the computer/register were already shut down, They wouldnt take cash until morning, no options. - sorry fellas - I went to Public Storage They were more than happy to take my money.

U haul is the worst company Ive had to deal with. They charged me late fees before the due date. If the due date is the 22 then you should have until close of business on the 22 to make a payment, not at 2 am before they open. Am I wrong? Thats how EVERY business operates. When I signed up for auto pay it didnt go through due to employee error and I was charged late fees again which they refuse to waive. There are no options for recourse. These unscrupulous people care nothing about the customers. I just hope people read this and take their business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever! Never rent there. Storages are not secure and owner Jeff Fowler was very rude and hung up in my face after I told him my experience was not good. Every employee there is untrained and unaware of the policies of UHaul and send mixed messages. I wouldnt rent there ever or advise anyone else to.

I lost all my belongings here by force, with a threat of the police being called on me. My kids stuff and all my furniture has been taken l, and i worked very hard to keep my stuff and i am a single mother. Women were very rude and mean....lost years of keepsakes and all. Will be calling the CEO
