The storage unit was fine however some of the staff should not be in the front taking care of guest if they do not know how to treat nor talk to people. One sales person in particular told not only me but also another guests “she’ll just cancel our reservation”, because things were going how I guess she wanted them to. I’ve never known that to be the first resort anywhere especially when you’re spending money on storage units, trucks, and items in the store. Due to her attitude I canceled my unit as well as my truck and took my business elsewhere.

Went with my dad to pick up a 17 ft truck and car dolley. They were quick and very professional. The manager noticed that one of the tenders was broken on the dolley and immediately replaced it.

Horrible...Service and just about everyone working tye daylight shift had Owner ?name tag. Never again...U-haul grrr.

I went into this location and the two associates did not acknowledge that I was in the store. They both continued with their personal conversation. I entered the location at 2:15 pm today.

I was treated with disrespect to the point that I will never shop at another uhaul ever again. My husband said he started to slap the taste out his mouth but decided he wasnt worth going back to prison for.

I used this storage facility for a month. When we move my belongings out of storage we saw roaches. I reported the bug issue to the Manager, who was very rude, his response was what do you want me to do step on them? We had to store my belongings in my garage and hire a pest control company. I will never use this storage facility again.

Location was easy to find from the main road. The store and bathroom was very clean and organize.But the staff was lean when we encountered them (on a Saturday there were 2 employees working!!!)Overall, professional. The truck rented had one tire which was worn to the wires. Please fully inspect the vehicles before updating them back into the fleet.

Great experience all around. Such ease booking the reservation online for the same day; pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful employees in-store during pickup; clean, spacious, quality vehicles; along with easy truck return even after the store location is closed.

The owner went out of his way to help me with my wiring because I did it wrong. He helped me for 20 minutes in the heat and didnt ask for anything. Really great service. Thanks for the help Quincy!

DO NOT rent any trucks from these people.One of the trucks I rented needed to be service.As I was driving ,it was so much heat coming from the lower vent when you place your foot on the gas, my foot was on fire, I had to take my foot off the gas continuously in order for my foot to cool off .I called in service times and was placed on hold several times.Tyrone came back to the phone and SAID, he contacted the person that rented after me and that customer said everything was ok, which was a lie.This was the worst experience ever with Uhaul. You would think they would compensate, but instead they made excuses.Poor customer service skills, very unprofessional....again DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these retards...

This place is the worst!!! They steals! The lady told me they will hold $56 on my card, but they end up taking $62 out before I even drove out the parking lot. Than when I came back the guy told me I have to pay $108, so I asked about the $62 that was take out of my card? Than he open his mouth to tell me no money was taken it’s only on hold. So I login to my account and showed him that money was taken out. Than he looking stupid saying I see it but I don’t know how that happened. He said ok well you got a week to pay the balance $49, so I said okay. I went online to pay it yesterday it says total is $49, I payed it....I checked my account and they took out $56, which is extra $7.....I which I could give this place 0 star

Rented 15 ft uhaul and auto transport. Before arriving very anxious due to a previous experience at Your Extra Attic UHaul in Suwanee GA. They did not have my equipment and made me drive to other Uhauls to obtain. Also, the manager hooked up the auto transport but would not assist with loading my car on the transport. The manager said we are not obligated to do any more than hook up the trailer. Loading the car is your responsibility. I was alone and he would not even assist with guiding me while driving the car on the transport. Fortunately, I was able drive my car on the transport and figure out how to tie the car down after watching Youtube instructional videos on my android. It is not extremely difficult but never tackled it before and this must be done correctly. In any event, the UHaul at 5400 Old National Highway was great. Lorenzo (hope his name is correct) attached the auto transport. Then, based on past experience, I started to get the transport ready for my car. Lorenzo stopped me and said this is my job I am happy to help. You dont do this everyday and I would hate for something bad to happen. Needless to say, I was very pleased he did such a good job and was very friendly. They had everything ordered and did not have to drive to different locations. Very efficient and took 45 minutes compared to 2 hours at the other place. Thank you Lorenzo. You put the other location to shame.

Poor customer service. They charge your card unnecessarily. They give you a truck on E and then expect you to put gas in their vehicles. Will not be using U-Haul services. Don’t waste your time and money.

The manager Tyrone was rude. Associate TJ incompetent. And associate Lorenzo rude. You would think when a company makes a mistake that they would be accomodating but that s not the case . Due to TJ not doing my contract correctly I was over charged 50$. Now its this big ordeal when this should have been done right on the first place . I will be reaching out to the district manager and whoever else i need to to get the word out that this location is horrible eith customer service and also that the people are not trained. If you dont want to be nice to customers get a new job.

This is a well ran Uhaul. It has plenty of storage locker space and they are well organized.

My name is Maria Thurmond and I booked my 20 foot truck at 3am on the 25th of June. I was at the Old National location 15mins early and upon doing my mobile check in it told me to go inside for the keys. Once inside I was told the keys should be in the vehicle. I go back out and they are no where to be found. I went inside again and was told they couldnt find the keys and there was only a 26 foot truck available. I selected the option that keys could not be located which reversed the reservation. Upon calling the 800 number I was told there was in fact another 20 ft truck at this location. I specifically addressed the concern of having to pay a second time and after being on hold between the location staff and on the phone with traffic they said they would use the same authorization code to avoid me having to pay again. I left with a truck an hour after my scheduled pick up of 7:30am. I returned the truck the same night at 10:30pm. I called today 6/29/2018 because I received three additional charges since the initial charge of $71.93. I called the location and both the woman who answered (very rude may I add) as well as the assistant manager TJ gave me the run around and after TJ put me on hold to check something the female came back on line and asked what exactly I was holding for I informed her that the manager put me on hold to check something her smart response was theres nothing for him to check he already explained that you were charged multiple times for the one transaction again I pointed out I was charged twice on the 25th and twice on the 26th she said well Ill give your number to the GM to call you ok would I really be on hold still had the so called manager said he explained everything no I wouldnt because as they heard in my background I was feeding my child. Everytime I have to rent a truck I try to avoid this janky location because something always goes wrong and the females are always so unprofessional. Now instead of having the $67 charged they have an additional $70 something held up on my card all because they lost the keys to a truck.

I do not recommend for storage use.The staff are very nice but that place is INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!! Will never store with them again!!!

I was disrespected and hung up on several times by an employee because I didnt I know exactly what time I will be bringing in my truck because I had a busy day of home renovations. I did however let her know I would have the vehicle by my check in time. Im guessing she was upset because she hung up on me 10 minutes later I receive a text message from her saying that she tried to contact me and was unable to and because of that she was going to be reporting a vehicle stolen and she wished me the best of luck because I will be arrested. Distraught I had to stop my busy work day to contact a general manager immediately he didnt seem to be too concerned which is why I need someone to contact me asap
