My son came up back in Feb to remove some stuff from my unit. His key card didnt work but he went in the office and they updated it for him. When he got around to my unit he realized he didnt have the lock key. He broke the lock and went to the dollar store and replaced the lock not knowing it had to be a Uhaul lock. He did tell me he replaced it and I assumed with a lock from Uhaul. Apparently when Uhaul did rounds they saw it wasnt their lock and placed one of their locks on but no one told me. I came up two weeks ago to get in and I took off the master lock but didnt have a key for the lock they put on. No one in the office could find it and argued me down at first that I had the key. I explained AGAIN what had happened. Long story short the manager wasnt in amd I was told to call him on Monday after Ive drove four hours. Longer story shorter we are at week two and I talked to Tavaris the manager who had a very nasty attitude when he got on the phonr and said look this has gone too far. I said wait back up. What donyou mean etc... they are the ones not giving me a solution. I never once had an attitude although I could have but I was so busy anyway it gave me a reason not to get the stuff.His attitude shocked me because we have never had a problem in two years. He told me that if I wanted the lock broke I need to come and he would only put the key in my hand when my son has access. I asked for corporate and he gave me 1-800 uhaul. I asked for yhe district managers number and he said 1888uhaul will give 8t to ke. I am still on hold with 1-800 and have been for forty minutes but I will continue to hold because his attitude is unacceptable.

Tavirris, the manager was super helpful.Even called other locations trying to find what I needed.And moved my uhaul for me. (I cant drive large vehicles well at all so this was super helpful in a tight spot)

The general manager and the assistant manager both were a absolute joy to have assist me with my needs.. the assistant manager answered ALL and EVERY question I had asked the general manager helped me with my trailer and they both sent me on my way... Definitely will back to rent again!

I had a issue with the truck i had , when i brought it back the staff was more than accommodating, it was a great experience and i really appreciate this staff.

The assistant manager is a disgrace to this company, she clearly hates her job. Lacks basic communication and customer service skills. Rude and ghetto to the maximum level.

Ive rented moving trucks and trailers a few times and this is the best U-Haul location Ive seen so far. The staff at the counter was very quick with the payment and paperwork. After the paperwork a staff member helped me back up and then did all the work hooking up the trailer. Upon return it was the same story. A friendly employee came out, helped me back up the trailer and then unhooked it. Fast and easy.

Great people here, awesome experience. I went to the wrong location here and they gave me a better trailer for the same price so I don’t have to go elsewhere. We were driving across the country. Sold! And they went further and admitted they don’t have the correct lights adapter and sent me down the road to another location, I’m sure knowing that they might lose my business to them but they wanted it done right and safe. So I went down the road and came back here. All the guys went out of their way to help and get us on the road. Other locations are not nearly as helpful nor as cheerful. These guys are true hustlers for their customers. We ended up having to bring it back and not doing our cross country trip and they just charged us the daily rate and offered to return the hitch we had to buy. Tavoriss Moss is the GM there and is a rockstar. Thank you guys!

I went to the college park Godby rd location and had the most amazing experience. I was helped by shonderick and was nothing but satisfied. I was in & out with no problem.

I had to move things out of my house and had to find a available storage unit, I held and secured the unit with a credit card and when I called to follow up I was told there were no units available at hat location. I was about to lose it when the manager came back to the phone to tell me she had me taken care of. Great customer service!

Shonderick is a amazing professional person. He had a answer for every and anything I needed. I would recommend this location to everybody I know but make sure you ask for mr williams

Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful. They assisted me with finding the correct trailer accessories, and also walking me through the entire rental process. They were even very helpful with the reprint process of my rental agreement. I highly recommend this site.

Didnt have my reservation but was still able to get a small truck. Was very nice and helpful then. I filled the truck back up to the gas I started with dropped it off that night. The next morning there was an additional charge of 25$ saying the gas wasnt where it started off when rented. Then I was placed on hold for 10 minutes she never came back to the phone. Hung up and called back she then told me she went to check which Im sure she didnt check anything. Wish I took a picture before I dropped the truck back off that night. I will never request a truck from this location again. And I will make sure I drop the truck off when everyone is there and we ALL can look at the gas. Never had this problem before. I have always used uhaul to move. But wont go to this small location ever again.....any way to get that extra money huh

The service there is horrible! I work for a very large company and I was sent to relocate to Georgia. I was soooo excited about my move until I met “keneidra” a employee at the south Hampton, college park Georgia location. Upon my experience of visiting the site kenidra gave me the worst customer service experience of my life! She told me I can go somewhere else, because she doesn’t have time to sit around and wait on my decision if I wanted to purchase a storage unit or not. She also told me “She does not care if I report her to corporate”. I will NEVER come back to that location again!

Usually this office is professional but I was offended by the unprofessional behavior. People are already stressed when moving; especially, when all they have is in your storage unit...dont answer the phone laughing in unison followed by talking down to customers.

I made a reservation for a U-Haul truck online, requesting a location in Union City but it was changed without any notification. I never received an email, phone call or text even though they claimed they tried to contact me. I just happened to check the website late the night before to verify my driving directions or else I would have had no clue it had been changed. I ended up with poor customer service when calling the 800 number and was told to call back at 7 am the following morning to speak to a manager. When calling back, the manager authorized a credit to my reservation only to end up having that refused when I went to this location to pick up the truck. The newer gentleman, Maika, was apologetic and polite, but his boss was abrupt and rude, refusing to honor the discount that was promised. I was stuck, this was the only day that I had available to move my recently deceased fathers belongings out of a house he rented to be near my mother who is in a care home with Alzheimers. I live an hour and a half away and had to coordinate with work schedules, lease termination and the money to afford the move. To have to deal with such ineptitude and rudeness is unnecessary and uncalled for.

The staff is helpful willing to assist where and when they can. I hate they make you pay extra to have 24 hour access.

That idiot caused all kinds of problems by talking me we had unlimited mileage. He actually insisted that we drop it off Maa or house which was over 30 miles further than the storage place we wanted to use originally
