Went to view my storage unit today to see if it would be a decent size. Chris was especially helpful as far as showing me the size and giving me recommendations! I was definitely please with my experience! 5-star rating.

The guys up front are just awesome, always willing to help, very patient, and helpful through hard times!

I have used outdoor storage facilities before and have never had any problems. I had my things in storage for less than a year at facility in Atlanta, GA. I recently went to retrieve my things and everything was covered with rat feces! I had no food items in storage. They chewed on straw cushions and some rubber. The most disgusting thing I have ever encountered! I have yet to talk with someone at the facility about filing a claim for damaged items.

They only allow one customer in the building at a time so I had to wait in the cold. Also this location doesnt accept cash which was very inconvenient and the guy who worked there...I guess we all need a job but I can suggest the names of a few who Im sure would be able to do the job better than this guy. He was of no help with anything and couldnt seem more uninterested. I would rather pay the annoying 5 dollar convenience fee to pay online then go in store. Wouldnt be surprised if that was his plan all along given the piss poor service I received.

Awesome place to rent from. Great rates. Talk to Chris, hes very professional and courteous. Will definitely rent again. Update: Moved into our brand new home and once all the boxes were in we started to unpack. Our clothes, China, silverware were all infested with roaches. So disappointed to have to invest in an exterminator in a brand new house. No wonder the price was so reasonable, also if you post a good review, he will give you additional discounts.

I had such a great experience at this Life Storage. Jonathon was the staff member that assisted me. He made sure I had everything I needed and that I completely understood all of my charges and the expectations of the Rental truck check-in and out procedures. I would definitely recommend this facility. We not only used the rental truck, but also rented out a climate-controlled storage unit for our belongings.

I absolutely love this place. It was clean and smelled great! The atmosphere was so friendly. Really refreshing because in todays world it is hard to find great customer service in these businesses.Also, Kim was really refreshing. She was knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable with my decision.I will definitely use them again and refer everyone I know.

They have two very tall gentlemen in the office who were the best at being prompt and courteous. Christopher helped me from beginning to end. This was the quickest I was ever able to store anything.

Jonathan will tell you that he can waive the late fee, but only says that to sound good. He chooses not to waive it to certain customers. Other customers (females) he will waive the late fee. He also get his customers to participate in a bet between his store and other stores. If you’re not black, he won’t show you the same respect as a black person.Update: It’s been months since my storage unit closed, but Jonathan and Chris still charged me for 2 additional months after my unit closed. Now it’s been charged to my credit.
