These guys are the best! My beloved Apple 8 Plus crashed so I purchased a 12 Pro Max but unfortunately the US Cellular associate wasn’t able to retrieve my data from my 8. He recommended Mobile Spot. They were FANTASTIC!! They all were super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They were able to retrieve my data and upload it to my new phone, all within 24 hours. I came in to have 2 iPhone screens replaced. I didn’t have an appointment. They did great work for a great price. I went in for a cracked screen and got it back with a weird issue. The phone kept turning off on its own, so I went back in to get it looked at. After they got back into it and couldnt find anything wrong, they replaced the screen again (I belive?). So with the phone being 3 years old we agreed to changing the battery for a fair price to see if that would help. Turned out that old battery did need replaced. However the problems continued after I got home. Went in a third time and they immediately started looking at it and found a loose part and fixed it no charge. Its an old phone so who knows if it was bound to break eventually or not. Super apologetic and professional with awesome customer service.

My phone screen was shattered around 3:30pm today. I called Mobile Spot at 4pm, brought my phone in just before 4:30pm and had it fixed before 6pm! These guys are FANTASTIC. Would highly recommend them and if I have any other oopses will definitely be back!

Great service and they had the product I needed to fix my broken phone on hand. My phone was fixed in 20 minutes. They were also less expensive then another shop I stopped into who didnt have the part, wanted to order it and said it would take 2.5 hours to fix. Highly recommend!!!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Super friendly staff and in 20 minutes they fixed not only my cracked screen but also my LCD display which was absolutely destroyed. The repairs plus cleaning my phone and installing a new tempered glass screen protector all together cost less than just a cracked screen repair at all of the other places I checked. They replaced the glass on my note 9, and after 5 months or so it has cracked. It hasnt been dropped, and there are no chips in the screen, but a stress fracture starting in the middle of the glass worked its way to the edges. It was nice for a while though.

I called to see if they could replace my iPhone 8 battery in the morning. They not only had those batteries in stock, but when I came in, I was in and out in about a half an hour. The whole way, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Replacement cost a heck of a lot less than I thought it would.

I have always heard horror stories about divce repair shops so I was a bit skeptical about takeing my phone anyware but I read the reviews and had someone recommend this place to me. I would like to say that the staff where professional and very knowledgeable. Had my LCD screen fixed in no time. In and out in 30 minutes. If I have a frend or family member that needs a divce fixed this will be my first recommendation thank you.

I took my phone in because the microphone didnt work at all, and because you could hardly hear when people talked. I was sure it needed a new microphone because I tried to clean it with compressed air and afterwards it didnt work at all. I thought I blew it out. US Cellular recommended the Mobile Spot for repairs, so I took it there expecting to pay $100 for a new microphone. Ben Marlin the repair specialist looked at it, took it in back and cleaned the ear piece area and microphone and now it works fine. I asked how much I owed him and he said no charge. He wouldnt ever take a tip. I asked how he could clean it and make it work, when I tried doing the same thing. He said they have specialized tools for cleaning. He was very personable, and friendly. Highly recommended. I told him the next time I need a new phone that I would come here. BIG THANKS.

My phone pooped out on me in the middle of quarantine. I know we all have bigger concerns, but having my only lifeline to the outside world stop working was terrible. After over two hours on chat with Verizon (and a completely pointless trip to the one open store- thanks, Verizon) on a work computer, I went to these guys as a last ditch effort. They were friendly and knowledgeable and had my phone back to working and in my possession in AN HOUR. Reasonably priced too! Thanks so much guys!!!Bonus points: They just sent me an email for a two week follow up to see if everything was still in working order. Excellent customer service.

Brought my phone in to get the battery replaced, and Eric, the tech, was SUPER nice and helpful, even though I came in half an hour till close. Said hed stay late, should be done in an hour. Came back 40 minutes later and it was ready! Phone looks just as good as when I left it. Will be back!

My Google Pixel 3 had a nasty crack on its back side, but they were able to find the replacement part, order it, and have just within a few days. The repair work itself took under an hour, which I thought was quick and easy to schedule. I would definitely recommend this place for phone ailments such as this.

Decent options for used phones & very BASIC 1 year warranty. Friendly service (though gentlemen who assisted me coughed nonstop the entire time & made me want to not touch anything for fear of catching the crud over the holidays) Parking is a joke at lunchtime - employees should really consider parking in (almost empty) upper lot to accommodate customers.

When you first walk into this store one of the first thing you will see is a sign that states Support local. When I saw this I was wondering if they will also treat you how a small business should. All I can say is that you will get world class service from a small business as expected.
