Went to the on on university east side services great but the on on south side was bad and they try to scam u into buying a phone told me the chip did not work on my phone but did east side guy was perfect

This place is grungy and has less than helpful staff. My daughters phone was having an issue where it wouldnt read the SIM card. We stopped into the store hoping for some help and their reply was to attempt to sell us a new phone for several hundred dollars.

I was impressed with the young woman who assisted me. She was both courteous and helpful. All of my concerns were taken care of in a professional manor. I will recommend Boost Mobile in Clive.

The Clive Boost is owned by a bum. I bought my IPhone XR for 900 dollars and had no contract. I took the phone on vacation using the Boost network and had no service through the whole state of South Dakota. I went back to the store and said i would no longer be continuing service with them because their coverage is terrible where I travel. I then left and went to verizon and they said the phone I just bought is locked to boost or sprint. As a company they have the option to buy locked or unlocked phones. I asked the owner for a refund because this wasnt discussed during purchase. He told his sales associated on three different locations the same thing. The sales people at Boost had no idea that they were selling locked phones. This business will be gone and forgotten soon...do not waste your money there.

Horrible experience came up 2 times 1. They locked the door as we were pulling in before they closed. Next day I come at opening and they changed the time from what was up there an hour later I come back and the sign says they will be back in another hour smh

Associate is very knowledgeable regarding what items would assist my needs. Showed me how to use accessories & I received a free case for my phone!!!!

Poor coverage, customer service has really become the worst...No English speaking staff and background noise doesnt help during communications. I wont be renewing my service.

I was with Boost for almost 7 years, but enough was enough. Signal was always very poor. Even in my own city, I struggled to get even a half-full signal bar.

I drive out of my way to go to this store. They extremely helpful. There are accessories available to buy as well as other random items.
