Stopped in to transfer service from US Cellular. Daniel was super awesome to deal with and very knowledgeable. Got us all set up and ready to go pretty fast. Would definitely recommend this location!

Great experience. Super friendly husband and wife team that are very committed to providing a great service. Saved a ridiculous amount of money. So far the coverage has been very good for calls. Internet is way faster. Cant beat it.

Went into the store to find out about plans and coverage for a phone for my mom. Stephany answered all the questions we had, even helped to port over our current phone number from the current carrier to the new phone! She made the process so easy! She was helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely terrific! I plan on switching my current service to cricket soon and will go back to this location for her help!

I’ve had multiple phone lines through different companies before but one thing is that Cricket Wireless is the real deal. Customer service is exceptional and kind. I did not feel welcome.I was asked several times what I was doing and what I was going to figure out.I have been a cricket customer for 8 yearsI have 4 lines.I buy in cash every new Iphone and a new android every other year.So they get 1500 in phones a year plus 1296 a year in service money.So Im no slouch.I was informed were I could go to have my phone worked on outside of cricket wirless.I had insurance on two lines.I was also informed I could get a free replacement on LG for a year but I would have to mail mine in.In the end I left with having insurance removed from one line and not getting my phone fixed.Operation program issue on stylo 6.

Yknow I never really write reviews for stores Ive been to but this was an exception. Karina helped me with my mountain of questions on what plan to choose and what phone best suited me. In the end I went with the family plan of 5 lines for $125 a month.

Cricket Wireless, Not Good w/Business. Totally messed up on, prepay/set at time of purchases and then tried taking it off 1 day before, set date, of the 1st of month. Costs $15 EXTRA every month since I bought it!!

4 lines for $100 when I currently paid 2 lines for $212.00 month from Sprint and I got 2 lines for $80 Unlimited and they offer the $60 plan including 15gb of Mobile Hotspot! Great for travels and kids to be occupied on the tablets. Love it!

The girl at the store is always friendly and great to work with. Saw an earlier review and I know the things said were not true. Lady was not being honest about the interaction. I have been helped by the same girl every time and she has always showed the utmost respect and she is wonderful at her job and helping customers feel like they can come back!! I got ur back girl, I know the review must have been lying or atleast greatly overexagerated.

I am not a person who complains very often, but I have to say, If they would allow customers to give a no star rating I would certainly choose no stars for this review. I first went to the waukee location to pay my bill however they were closed and we were redirected to go to the 86th st. Store in clive. We did not have an issue driving just a few miles to a different store. I walked in and told the associate working about the waukee store closeing early and told her I would like to pay my phone bill. She directed me over to a seat and asked me for my phone number. I told her my phone number. She didnt hear me so i repeated the number to her again. She still didnt hear me say the number and then proceeded to rudly say I needed to slow down instead of asking politely. I repeated the last 4 numbers to her slowly and clearly since she had the first three numbers correct. She then acted like she didnt hear me and handed me a piece of paper to write my phone number on. I wrote my phone number down. The entire time she was extremely rude and almost seemed like she was bullying me and treated me as though I had a lower intelligence. My boyfriend witnessed all of this take place. As she was done assisting us she proceeded to continue her demeaning dialogue and talk down to me. She told me I wasnt allowed to return to that location to pay my phone bill. My boyfriend was appalled to witness her abusive attitude and unprofessional exchange with me. In summary when I entered the store I was in a pleasant mood. The sale associate appeared to have some issue with me walking in 15min before close to pay my phone bill. I got bullied and banned from the store after I had to drive a few miles away from the original store due to lack of internet. The sales associates name is Karina Martinez and she demonstrated poor customer service skills and complete disregard to customer satisfaction. I have worked retail and customer service. I was trained to treat the customer with respect and to maintain the companys integrity, as an employee is a representative of the company. The is always a professional way to say something and it is paramount that the customer leave satisfied. Even if I were to have been rude to the sales assosiate (in which I was not) she should have tried her best to treat me professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. I would suggest corporate reprimand Karina Martinez before they loose anymore customers because I will be switching to Verizon.
