Didnt rush you through good conversation as we discussed the one I wanted. Delivered the next day am happy about my choice! I looked over the reviews before I went there. Happy customer here. Nobody rushing you through was great. With covid going on timing was everything to me. Moved to Brooklyn ordered a living room outfit had to wait 4 months for one. Wonderful experience purchasing a mattress. Because it is by appointment, we were the only ones in the store. It was a bed for my teenager and he was a little unsure of laying on the beds if others were around. Thom was great and let us try the different mattresses without any pressure. This place takes all the things that suck about furniture shopping and gets rid of them. It was just us in a store laying on mattresses while the salesman left us to our own decision making, but was very helpful when we had questions. We got an amazing comfortable giant bed for much less than the small budget I had planned, and even though the delivery driver was out sick, Thom delivered our new mattress set personally. This is where the experience became truly amazing, as he managed to pull a king sized mattress to the second floor of a Lakewood duplex like an elephant birth in reverse. Outstanding experience, no headaches, great value, and some great nights of sleep ahead.

The experience from start to finish was spectacular. He was able to squeeze me in between appointments, which was great. I was greeted with a great warm smile and a handshake. The process was very quick and efficient, I was in his office for no more than 20 mins, thats paperwork signed and payment made and out the door. Delivery was even better, we had a little obstacle with getting stuck in the mud, but we took care of it laughing through the whole experience. In minutes i had scheduled a appoinyment for the same day.
